- Some armed men tried to rob the restaurant that Summer and Bane both happened to be in. Summer ended up being briefly held hostage, as Bane objected to doing anything the armed men said, freaking them out and taking down the man who had Summer. Summer thanked him and he invited her to talk to him less publically. He took her in his extremely fancy limo to his extremely fancy home, explaining his history along the way, and told her that he thought she would be understanding. However, not very long after they arrived at his home, Waller arrived to talk business with Bane.

- Lex met with Waller, who wasn't interested in hearing him expound upon the defeat of Teth Adam and simply wanted an update on his current projects. Waller was bothered when Lex referred to Gotham as a sideshow as he did so, reminding him that even the comparatively small threats were still threats. The conversation then shifted to metahumans and how they might be safely used.
