Mr. Freeze here, at your service. While I have a plot or two already in mind for this guy, I'd like to put it out there that I'm pretty much open for anything. So whether you'd like to incorporate him in a plot, or would just like your character to meet him or something, let me know and we can work something out.
Now, I know that he's supposed to be quite the solitary rogue, and that's how I intend to play him. But, there's a surprisingly large number of reasons to intrude into his solitude. Naturally, if your character is one of the heroes, the fact that he's one of the rogues who does things like flat out rob a bank means that the reasons why they'd interact write themselves. But remember that this guy is both an inventor and a scientist, and what you'd want from him does not need to be cold-related - he's the one who figures out that what you want can be done using his knowledge of his pet subject, not you. So if your character needs something that has anything to do with science, medicine, or engineering, he's your man - even if you're a vigilante or a random civilian he'll happily help you. If you can convince him that he cares about what you want, anyway. I suggest bringing lots of money and/or diamonds.
And if you can't think of anything your character could possibly want from him but you still want a thread with him, let me know. More likely than not I can come up with an excuse for them to interact. I just need to know that you're interested.
