Real Name: Joker as several names, but none of them is his true name, however his most known name is "Jack Napier".
Alias: The Joker, The Clown Prince of Crime, Harlequin of Hate, Ace of Knaves...and Puddin...you'd better not use the last one.
Age: His actual age is unknown, but most of the doctors think that maybe he is in his late 30's.
Gender: Male
Occupation:
Joker could have a "real occupation" only if that occupation is useful for one of his plans because his only occupation is being a crazy villain with an obsession for Batman and bring a smile to Gotham because Gotham always brings a smile to his face.
Can be "dance with Batman" an occupation...?
Current Status: His actual location is Gotham City, but sometimes he ends up to be an inmate in the Arkham Asylum.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Costumed Identity Known By Their Enemies? Yes
Costumed Identity Known By The General Public? Yes
Real Identity Known By Their Enemies? No
Real Identity Known By The General Public? No
Abilities/Skills:
The Joker doesn't have superhuman abilities, but he is immune to his Joker Venom and some other chemial venoms as well because of the changes that happened to his body after the acid bath.
Like Batman, he used to have a belt like the bat-belt and he used to have his own mobile and other vehicles, but all those things are not seen anymore, at least not so often.
Joker has a flower in his lapel that sprays his acid.
This acid is the Jover Venom but in a liquid form, the venom can have a gas form too. The color of the Joker Venom is green.
The effects of the venom are: a grin that appears on the victim's face after few minutes, the victim starts laughing uncontrollably, the acid can damage the victim's skin and inevitable death.
There is no antidote for the Joker Venom.
However the Joker can create other chemical weapons too because of his chemistry knowledge and he always tries to create new creative weapons.
Two of his "creative weapons" are his cards and gun. His deck is a normal one, but with some differences. The jollies are designed by him and the Queen of Hearts is Harley.
There are three cards plus, one his the "map-card" where he draws a location on the card, the other one is the "Bat-card" on this card Joker drew Batman and there is a "B" written on the four card's angles, the last one is the Joker/Batman card and on this card he drew himself and Batman with a line between them and the letters "J/B" can be found on the angles, one letter per angle.
Those cards can become rigid and sharp, Joker often throws them.
Then he has his pistol that is a revolver, he has a long version of that gun too where the barrel is very long, however this revolver can shoot a flag with "BANG!" written on it instead of a bullet, but this happens only once so the second shot would be a bullet.
He can have other weapons such as the dental plate that explodes, or the fake presents, the electric hand shake and even marbles that can explode or release gus or something, depends on how Joker sets those weapons.
He is skilled in melee combat.
Weaknesses:
He can die like everyone else, he has not super-powers so he can die like any other human being.
He thinks to be a superior-villian and not like the other crazy ones, this puts everyone against him...hello enemies fellows!
His obsession for Batman is very dangerous for him because it drives him insane more than usual and can hurt himself in order to dance with his Batsy. So Batman is his weaknesses, he is the only one who can understand the Joker and stop him. Batman is the only one who has power on him.
Joker's pride and touchiness can be a weakness too because they make him take bad decisions.
He is a vindictive person too and, most of all, the clown can't control his laughing.
Appearance:
Most of the people say that it's not his pale skin or the green hair that freak them out...but it's his smile. His grin. They find it terrifying even because they could have that grin too and die afterwards.
That grin is permanent. Even if he tries to have a serious expression, the grin can be seen anyway, but at least he has two green expressive eyes/eyebrows.
The Joker can't get a tan, his pale skin can't become darker with natural causes, but maybe something chemical can.
Joker has a thin physique and a very striking face with is long nose, fine red lips and that remarkable chin.
Joker cares about the appearances and always dresses with his purple suit and gloves, but it can change depends on the situations.
His appearance however is influenced by his mood, if he is depressed then his look can be less stylish.
He can use disguises for his purposes.
FC - Jack Nicholson.
Personality:
He is pure evil and tries always to break Batman's so-called sanity.
Joker calls their endless battle "dance". He lives for thier dance...Joker is always melodramatic.
He has ups and downs and his depression or too much joy can be very dangerous because his mood can damage not only himself but Gotham too.
Seems that he doesn't have a conscience and is fearless...but maybe his craziness is just too overwhelming. Right and Wrong don't exist for him.
He is lunatic and so he changes his personality like a good actor if that suits his purpose.
He is always playing a part. Changes personality every day...no boring days! It's really important for him not be bored. He just wants to have fun, you know? If that means kill everyone and put a smile on the sad Gothamites' faces...then let it be! And Batman is always so serious...why so serious? Perhaps a bad day...? Everything can change after a bad day.
He is sarcastic because he thinks to have a hilarious sense of humor.
Joker is self-centred...for him the world spins around the Clown Prince of Crime.
He thinks to be above everything and everyone else.
Joker wants to put a smile on his victims not only because it is his author mark, but even because since Gotham put a smile on his face then he wants that its citizens can have one too!
He likes playing people along for his games. If he is thinking about a new plan or is excited for something then he can be hyperactive and don't sleep for a very long time, but if he is depressed then he can even not talk and be like a dead person.
Background:
Joker's past is unknown. His background is blurry. Fantasies. He always makes up fake stories about his past every single time the doctors ask him about that...like "eat some popcorns, I'm going to tell you a story! If I'm going to have a past, I prefer it to be multiple choice!".
The doctors don't even know how he became the Joker in the first place and surely the clown will not tell anything...it's like a secret between him and Batman. From the Joker's point of view at least.
During his first stay in the Arkham Asylum, he met Harley Quinn.
The Joker wanted to escape and noticing that Harley was in love with him, he used this to his benefit. He seduced her and she helped him. His plan was leave her afterwards, but he saw in her a perfect hench...woman...a loyal one and Joker knew that a person like her was very rare to find.
So he decided to "keep her". Good decision. Well, not always, she distracts him from his plans and this is not good. Joker allows only Batman to be in his thoughts, him and his Bad Day.
Every single day it is there and the clown knows that it is the same for Batsy too.
The Joker knows that Batman feels guilty for what happened...for what he has become because of him...and that always puts a smile on the clown's face.
The endless dance: Joker escapes from the Asylum, Batman finds him, they almost kill each other and then Batman brings Joker bach at Arkham.
This could sound boring, always the same dance and Joker gets bored very easily, but instead the Prince of Crime likes to think about his plans and dances with the Batman, he just can't have enough of that...like a drug.
Every time his plans get bigger with several more deaths. Joker says that he will end Batman's and his life when their dance's end will come, but even when Joker could have killed Batman and himself, he never did. Joker's life is about Batman, he is always in his thoughts, he thinks about him, he can't help himself.
Joker his jealous about Batman and his death and so he may stop another villain if that villain could kill the Batsy, yes he actually would help the man-bat, but only because Batman is his business. Nobody must interfere.
Because of his bad attitude, the clown is surrounded by enemies and sometimes Batman can become his best partner. All depends on the situations.
Joker can fit. Joker can act. Joker can have fun. Remember that.
Current Associates: Harley Quinn, Alicia Hunt
Current Enemies: ...everyone?
Other Relationships:
Harley is known for being Joker's girlfriend, but seems that Joker doesn't see her that way, so they have a complicated relationship and maybe he keeps her only because he can trust her.
Alicia Hunt has been seen the last time with a mask on, but her current status is unknown.

RP Sample:
Boring day. Joker was always impossible in those days.
Even the sound of that pen was getting on his nerves. His hand was moving by itself writing nonsense by now. He was writing since so much time that he had to switch hand, now he was writing nonsense with the left-hand. Luckily he was ambidextrous. Or maybe this situation wasn't so luckily at all...!
The Joker tossed everything from the desk on the floor. The room was filled with blue prints.
He was in "his sewer". It wasn't really a sewer, but he was hiding there. Purple curtains were hanging from some pipes and the curtains' edges were touching the floor, a very neaty floor for a sewer, but a red carpet was hiding most of the floor anyway.
There was a table in the center of the room, it was filled with photos, pages of sketches and some randomly spoofes of the Batsy man. On the carpet there were those blue prints and some pens. Joker was watching them from his chair, he had a serious expression and it was a little bit funny because of his irremovable grin.
His mouth's edges were in the middle of a struggle with its owner who was trying so hard to put them down.
The Joker closed his eyes and bent his head down so quickly that he hit his head with the desk's wood. And he did it again. And again. Until on the wood started showing some reddy-thing "Months...I haven't had a thought in months! Why....? WHY...?! Perfect, now I sounds like Eddy" the clown bent his head back "What's happening...?!" he yelled at the ceiling. He kept staring at it.
Joker was all messed up. His green eyes had some red as contour, his hair was all messy, his purple coat had been tossed on the table, his orange waistcoat was open, his tie untied and his shirt had some buttons not just unfastened but they had been ripped off too.
He hadn't been eating since who-knows-when. He was skinnier than usual and really he wasn't looking so good. His appearance reflected his feelings.
Months. Nothing. Ceiling. Joker was under his acid. The huge container where he fell...some time ago. Dind't remember exactly when...right? He stood up and walked on the red carpet, following its path and stopped when the carpet ended.
He now was in front of the huge container, his container, with his acid. He looked down, he had built a ladder that went down and a platform just above his container, the platform didn't cover all the container, just half of it.
So the clown crouched over the end of the platform and with his right hand took of his left glove.
Looking at the green liquid the clown dunked his bare hand in the acid, one second after a kind of roasty noise started. Two seconds after a scream mixed with laughing came from the Joker. As a self-defense reaction, his body by itself pulled out the hand from the acid, but the crazy clown didn't even notice that because he was too busy to scream and laugh at the same time.
He fell backwards on the platform, with his injured hand on his lap. A small center part of his forehead was wounded too with some blood falling down on his nose.
The yelling and laughing started weaking, his body was hurting so much not only for the injures, but for all the screams and laughs too.
Suddenly he fell asleep on the platform...and what he dreamt of...that would have been his plan.
The Joker smiled while sleepping...then suddenly he wope up. Something woke him up. Someone...? Joker stood up not caring about his hand or forehead or his waistcoat stained by his hand's blood. He looked around, well, most likely he listened around. Footsteps.
Some men in black, with guns and everything, entered in the room. Joker knew what they came for. His acid. In his huge container.
They weren't the first. Some chemical mastermind, well not mastermind as him obviously, aired those poor soldier-guys for stealing some samples of his acid. For a cure. Joker smiled thinking that the antidote for his venom was one of the most medical indiustry request.
His smile went bigger when he thought that he could play with the guys now.
Joker put on the glove and reached out for his electric-thing that was in his pocket, he used it for the hand shakes. Let's invite those soldiers in! Automatically he fixed his hair with the injiured hand and walked down on the first floor. The soldiers were walking towards the container -He should be here, he hides somewhere, we don't have to kill him, but keep him busy until we have the sampels- the clown had to keep himself from lughing.
He counted the soldiers...five. Only five...?! Seriously...?! What is it...they are not afraid of him anymore...?! The Joker made a face and took one of his cards. He saw one of them...he was near the clown. The soldiers were wearing a gus mask and some kind of protection but the clown knew how to play this game! With a rude motion of the hand, the card moved and became rigid -Here!- he heard some other voices. Police.
Those "soldiers" had been followed from the police. Perfect.
"Just give me some popcorn then..." he mumbled to himself hiding and watching while the policemen arrested those chemistry guys.
Nothing special. Jimmy was needed for making this special.
Joker sighed, the policemen didn't even bother to check the place or anything, they just arrested their men and walked away.
Really. Those are not good manners. This was boring. Joker thought to pay a visit to the Commissioner seeing that he didn't, but his gaze returned to his acid.
He took some and started working on something.
That something was put in the water system.
Yeah, yeah...that wasn't new, but the clown just wanted to draw the bat-man attention.
And lugh...he wanted to laugh too. And he did. A bored-laugh. A clown shouldn't ever be bored.
