Oswald stepped out of the car, carrying his signature umbrella, his hat, and dressed nicely. He was going to attack the Gotham Electric Grid, an attack would surely kill twenty people and shut off power to the water supply and half the citie's power. He walked calmly, to the metal fence door, opening the door with ease, and walking through. Wasn't very busy on the outside, but it would be on the inside. Entering the building was easy, though it was guarded by four guards. Cobblepot spotted the guards and walked up to them, "Hello boys" They turned and gripped their guns, but it wasn't quick enough. Cobblepot's judo outmanuevered two guards, grabbing and twisting the wrist and throwing one guard into another, which killed both. Then as the other two pulled the safety off the guns, Oswald open fired with his umbrella, twirling it and slashing them with the sharp point at the top. They slumped to the ground or the door in front of him. "Excuse me" said Cobblepot who easily picked the lock on the door with his umbrella, taking a card from one of the guards.
He made his way to the fourth level, the highest level, unnoticed though he did take care of three more guards, with his judo of course. He stopped at the Grid section. Taking out a penguin head and attaching it to the umbrella point, aiming it at the grid, he fired. The penguin head jetted out and stuck to the grid. He did this with all the grids. Setting up some more wires and explosives that Sherry so kindly made for him. "Hey! This is for personal only!" said a woman in a white suit. Cobblepot smiled and turned around, " Inanimate objects don't have personal feelings". After he knocked her out he tied her up with the bombs. "Time to get to the control mainframe, I can hack and re- configure the controls." The woman said something but it was muffled from the tape. "What!" He took off the tape on her mouth, but left the one on her eyes. "You need a password to get into the mainframe"
"What might the password be?" The woman didn't say anything, Oswald clicked and turned his umbrella this time a bright blue, red, and white flame ignited from his umbrella, He seared it closer to her face, she screamed, "OK!!! It's.... 4...5...6...8...7...2...3..!" "Now we're talking. Thanks hon, oh and if you survive, be sure to be angry at the FBI, they sent me here to do this." He hit her in the neck and throat as she fell to the ground.
As he spotted the door to the mainframe, two guards were talking about a breach and the bodies. He took out two baby eagle balls, throwing them on the floor. They said "What's that!" The eagle's made a cry that was recorded, a purple smoke sprouting from their electronic beaks. The next thing Oswald saw was the two men falling to the ground. "That toxin will induce a short term memory loss"
The room smelled like cabbage. Someone had some salad or an egg roll and didn't clean up. Though Oswald would have done the same. Buttons and cameras sprawled the complex. But the main keyboard was on the center, someone was typing something, "Sorry, but I'm the next shift" a twist of the head and the small man fell to the floor. He sat at the chair and began typing, Typing on the keyboard the large monitor on the wall asked for the password. Cobblepot remembered the code: 4568723. Access granted it said. Cobblepot set the evidence and the seen linked to the mainframe, linking the explosives in the reserve of the energy with the maximum electric current. He also activated the self overload mechanism which would create another massive electric outbreak destroying whatever was left of the building. He altered the cameras with some difficulty.
Now taking out the copy that an informant in the FBI made for him to blame the whole thing on the FBI. He took the dead man's gun in the holster, shot him twice, and put the gun in his hand. He took the dead man's badge, and replaced it with a very real FBI one, with the same name in an old FBI database with someone who was important. He clicked the enter button, and then activated all which he had programmed with a click of the shift button. The base's entrance and exits had all been locked down. "Bye bye and have a good night sleep ducky" He chuckled in his penguin like laugh. There was only one window. Aiming his umbrella at the window, he fired his machine gun umbrella at it shattering what was left of the silver window into minor pieces of the scene. Then when he stepped on the roof, the explosions began. One small building was ripped apart, electric current blurred in a blue frenzy as sparks and fires ripped the railroad tracks near it. More explosions, shrieking and debris slammed into the building mainframe with sparks and concrete slabs.
