Tiffany looked at the decaying row of homes that were once considered upper class. Now, all he saw were bars on top of broken windows and bricks loosening from the foundation. It was a poor sight to see how evil over time could wither the most beautiful of buildings.
His gun was in his hand mostly out of protection from any surprise attacks, but for the most part many petty criminals had fled the area. They had been doing mandatory sweeps of east Gotham for a few days now and many people were being sent straight off to Blackgate. It gave the area a feeling of emptiness. He almost imagined a tumbleweed he had seen many times in Texas traveling the street. But Tiffany wasn't in East Gotham for a routine sweep. He was here to capture the man who attempted to kill him. The bullet he had collected was easily traced to an out of country manufacturer. He then traced it to the person who smuggled it into the country followed him to the smuggler within the city, and then finally found the seller. With a few simple suggestion of changing his sinful ways, the seller easily gave up the man's name and location. Roman Sionis aka the Black Mask.
He stuck in the air and pointed his men to go towards the wall and move forward. If they ran straight up to the door, they would be easy to pick off by snipers. He lead the way as he pressed his back to the brick wall as he slowly moved across toward the building they wanted. He had his bullet proof vest on and held his gun close to his face, ready to fire. He had already sent his other men into the building across. They were already at the windows aiming their guns, waiting for any movement from inside. As they past the door to the building next to their desire location. Tiffany waved a section of his men inside and pointed the others to go to the front of the building. He had men behind the building, in front of the building, next to the building. He also had the street blocked off with two large tanks. He had the place surrounded. When his men passed him, he went into the side building. "I want men at three windows on each floor," he said in a stern soft voice before bolting up the stairs. He did not plan to enter the building from the front door. The men he sent there would be the distraction as far as he was concern. He ran up to the top floor just below the roof. He pointed at his men to aim at the windows. He pulled out his radio and brought it to his mouth. "Unit 2, 3, 4, and 5. If you see movement within the building shot. Unit 1 you will enter after firing," he stated then turned to face the six men with him, "Unit 6 you're going to come with me."
"Operation Invade Rome is a Go," he said louder into the radio and then he heard his men's bullets fire from all sides of the building.

Gunshots were common when you lived in Park Row, meaning Roman didn't recognize the first couple of shots for what they were. It was only when Roman remembered that Park Row was now almost entirely deserted that he realized it must be a raid. Fan-frigging-tastic.
Activating his intercom, he shouted into it. "Number One, get all thugs to the perimeter. Number Two, release Ragady and tell her to have fun. Jones...get daddy's little helper." Immediately after issuing his order's, he moved to a special wardrobe in the corner of the room. This was his personal armory, and contained more firepower than police headquarters. He already had a Kevlar vest under his suit, so he had protection if he got shot, and he had things to shoot with; namely his trademark SIG P226 pistol and modified M4 assault rifle. He was ready to take on an army.
While he was triple-checking the action on his pistol, Jones entered the den with 'daddy's little helper.' An experimental battle drone stolen from the army. Just program combat instructions and get the hell out of the way. After all, it WAS an experimental technology.
Jones was a ferret like man who drank half his weight in coffee every day. "You wanted me, boss?"asked the man, in a strange, high voice. "Yes. Set The Helper to search and destroy, no survivors." A sick, brief smile crossed the long snout-like face of Jones. "You got it, Rome."
Jones was lucky he was the world leader in thinking computer technology, and the only person in Roman's employment that could program The Helper, or that last comment would have cost him his life. As it were, Roman didn't have the time to kill him. Walking back to his desk, he called a number on his speed-dial. After half a ring, the call was answered by a low, but very soft voice. "Yes, sir?"
"Skelley. Get the chopper ready. I want to be gone 5 minutes ago. Make room for me, Ragady, Jones, Number One, Number Two, and The Helper. Full load out.
"Yes, sir. Give me ten," said Skelley in a crisp, military voice. Roman smiled. He loved professionals. It was time to get new hideout.
An explosion in the hallway outside reminded him that there was still a battle going on, and it sounded like the FBI was gaining ground. "Jones, release The Helper. I'm joining the fight." Shouldering his assault rifle, he kicked open the oak double doors, he crouched into a defensive position. How fast the soldier sense took over. Seeing a group of his masked guards taking cover behind an over-turned table, Roman dove to join them.
It was time to have a little bit of fun...

Tiffany strategy was simple. He would flood them out the same way a terminator flooded out pest in a house. He would watch as they all scurried out of the home and were shot blindly down in the street. There would be no escape.
Tiffany pulled out his mask and placed it over his mouth, nose, and eyes. His men followed suit. Unit 1 was already through the door, shooting those from the entrance down. They would travel the building upwards until reaching the smoke. Tiffany and his men would go down. He opened the window from the top floor of the building he was in. He glanced down the alley between the two buildings then up at the other window. They had to make this fast, before his men were in position. There was no time for fear. There was no time for doubt. "I'll go first," he stated through the cackle of the mask. He then stepped back and with a running start he clashed through the window on the other side. He kept his arms in, and with his protective gear he wasn't as cut up as he could be. He rolled on the ground to regain his control, then drew his weapon and moved quickly towards the door. A second after he moved his men were following through the window.
The door opened and Tiffany watched as a man armed paused for only a moment in surprise. Tiffany used his position next to the door and the man's brief hesitation to knock him out. The man hit the ground like a dead log. One of his other men pulled the dead weight in, handcuffed him, and then tossed him to the side like a bag of trash. Tiffany looked around the door and heard many footsteps moving one way or another. This would be difficult.
Very difficult.
"Get the tear gas ready."

Ragady looked up with a smile at the intercom. "It's time to play, meine kinde." she address the hanging dolls, the ones who still lived, the transformed humans. As the door opened, she greeted the armed workers with a ghastly smile, and extended her arms to the dolls above. "My dolls will join us, ja?" they were too terrified of her to say no, and any bullets the dolls might take would be no more than a release from their prison of now twisted flesh. There were six still living, six which she let down to crowd around her in shambling steps. She was just slipping on her protective gloves, readying the wire from her marionette wands for use when Mask gave the instruction over the intercom. Clear the way for him. It would be such a site to see, this shambling group of stitched together forms, accompanied by the usual grunt workers, but something new all their own. That wasn't even accounting for the smell, rotting flesh and fabric (her sense of smell wasn't very good to begin with, and she was quite used to after a while). She imagined the ones invading would not have seen anything quite like it before. With a snap of her wires, she peaked over the forms around her and gave a nod. "You heard Herr Mask, let us clear the way." she smiled. In situations like this, Ragady worked with shock value, which should make them pause enough for her to disarm the enemy. Mask would be heading to the roof, so they would clear a path, as best they could. ((Never rped this kind of situation before either, so if I need to edit anything, or if any of my posts are off, just say so and I'll go back and fix them. ))

((OOC: Sorry for taking so long. Been really busy.))
Roman peeked out from behind the over-turned table and almost got his head blown off for his troubles. These feds were good! The same could not be said for the several thugs standing nearby. They may have the advantage of heavier fire-power, but the feds had the advantage of better training. Plus, while Roman could wear body armor, it would have been far too expensive to put kevlar vest on all his men. Subsequently, the thugs had no protection from the 9mm pistols carried by the armor wearing FBI agents.
The heavy thudding of the Helper's arm cannons told him that the drone had entered the battle. This would certainly swing the favor of the battle in his favor. The heavily armored drone could only be disabled by a shot in a certain spot; a spot that happened to be covered up with one of the many additional steel plates welded onto the drone. The only person who coul deactivate it now was Jones himself.
Sniffing the air, Roman noticed something was wrong. The air seemed to be getting heavier and heavier. Sure enough, upon looking down the hall, he saw the agents had donned heavy gas masks. Well...that couldn't be good.
Grabbing the thug nearest him, he charged into his den. Jones was still cowering in a corner. Idiot. Ignoring Jones' annoying questions, he strode to the wardrobe and pulled out three military issue gas mask's. Removing his ebony one to replace it with the heavy plastic one, he barked orders through the intercom. Skelley had better be ready when he got up there. Ragady, Number's One and Two were to be there within Five minutes, and Jones had better be damn sure to keep up.
Ensuring the seal around his and his companions mask's, he checked the load on his weapon one last time. Kicking through the door in the most dramatic way possible, he looked through the fog of tear gas and noticed a lot more FBI agents than there were several seconds ago. They were moving up the hall, handcuffing all the crying and gagging thugs. One of them noticed him and began to signal rapidly to his companions.
Without hesitation, Roman raised his assault rifle and began to pull the trigger.
