Tiffany didn't even have time to logically comprehend that man didn't have a face until the door impacted against him. His grip on Dr. Stenet's arm loosened and he fell to the ground. He felt pain, but his mind was focus. The man was an enemy and would be treated as such. His hand kept a tight grip on the gun, even though he lost Dr. Stenet all together. He would handle her later.
She was too wounded to make any great distance, and his back up was on the way. Instead he aimed his gun in the direction of the man so when he landed on the ground he wouldn't take more then a second to focus that aim. When he hit the ground he grunted with pain, but his arm was held out and his eyes locked with the man's ankle. He fired his gun. He then quickly moved to aim at the man's other foot so he would fall completely to the ground, but he was hit with a wave of dizziness. He fired, but he was almost certain the shot missed. For some reason it looked like their were two of them. He hadn't really hit his head. Why is feeling sick?
He closed his eyes for only a moment to focus. He would not allow a man without a face to get the better of him. He went mentally went through his files of all the criminals. When he finally recognized a photo. "Question," he stated aloud. The Justice League was getting involved. He smirked as he reopened his eyes. He was still see two of him, and he was certain if he could stand up. So he stay on the ground, his gun aimed in the direction of the man. At least the first one would of hit.
"You do realize that the Justice Leagues interference with the United States Government is an act of war," he responded. He wasn't surprised by the action. The FBI Director had informed him that going to war with the Justice League would most likely be the end result. The PROTECT Act was the US governments way of attempting to separate their reliance on such an organization.

Question went down, catching himself with one hand before pushing himself up. This was not an act of War, Kidnapping was still a crime no matter what side of the law one claimed to be on. An that to him was an act of war. not to mention being shot in the ankle, force such as that was only to be used as a last resort even for such people as the F.B.I.
He looked at the man before straightening his hat, "Their Reputation will survive," He stated before he rolled on his side to put himself at a better vantage point to Attack the Agent from the ground.
Vic knew that he had to get the gun from this man who used it with what seemed like careless abandonment. He had to stay off his foot as much as he could until he could get enough time to asses the damage. Question jumped forward, a hand stretched out for the Agents face, the other for the weapon. Keeping the fight on the ground would play to his advantage.

Though the bout of dizziness she sent Agent Tiff's way did come fast enough to stop Agent Tiff from injuring the Question, Nina smirks to herself when his aim fails him. If she didn't dislike the man so much she might have congradulated him for managing to keep his eyes open and his lunch down simultaneously - having a steady horizon to look at while your head feels like it's spinning wildly would only make it worse. And it will probably take a few minutes before it starts to really get any better.
But she keeps most of her attention on the lock of the handcuffs, finding then heating the weakest part of the locking mechanism by violently shaking the molecules there. It doesn't take her very long - the last time she did something like this, she was breaking the padlock holding chains together and that had some real bulk to it. This may be a more complex lock, but it's smaller, and smaller always means easier for Nina.
As the two men start to struggle, she gives the handcuffs a strong pull and the right cuff comes undone. She doesn't bother worrying about the left - in fact it's probably better if she takes the handcuffs with her anyway just in case anyone gets curious about how they were damaged. When it comes to keeping certain information away from the government, Nina will do as much as she can.
Instead she clasps her injured knee with one hand while using the other to steady herself against the van as she hobbles backward a few steps to put some distance between herself and the fighting men. The last thing she needs now is to get further injuries. "He called for backup, and I can't really walk," she informs the Question, just in case he's too focused on Agent Tiff to be aware of either fact. Though she trusts that the Question will be able to complete this rescue, those facts are concerning when put together - they need to get out of here quickly and getting anywhere quickly may be a problem.

Tiffany's head was pulling him one way to the next. He felt like his stomach was about to jump up his chest. He couldn't even appreciate when his first shot hit its target and the man had fallen on the ground. His only focus was on keeping his gun aimed at the vigilante's head. Unfortunately, his swaying sea sick head failed. The Question had managed to grab his hand and aim his gun elsewhere. Tiffany tried to pull it back down until it would be aim anywhere on the Question. He didn't care where because any place would cause enough pain.
A gloved hand pushed at his face making the process even more difficult. Tiffany kept pulling down with his gun then finally used his leg to push against the man's body. If he could get the man away, he could aim then fire. He pushed his foot into the Question's stomach. The amount of force he was trying to use caused his aching head to focus. It still felt like it was dancing around, but it was getting better.
He felt disgusting to have the man's filthy glove on his face. He could only imagine what evil that hand had managed to accomplish. He would be taking a long shower tonight. When the hand moved from his mouth and was more against his forehead, he spoke. "There reputation was already lost," he muttered. He needed the gun lower. Just a little lower and he could shot for the head. "You will be treated as a criminal from this day on, Question," he said louder, so he understood that he would have no qualms killing him.
While he might have been ruffling on the ground and Nina holding a high risk of escape, he heard sirens in the background. His backup was almost hear. Neither one would be escaping in their condition. Tiffany was a military man and he strategize. Just like he knew the best way to take out China's massive population was to boom the farmland in the west, he also knew the best way to capture a prey was to inhibit their ability to move. He had them.

If anything victor was good at it was handling pain, If this agent thought that a gun shot wound was going to slow him down he was making a deadly mistake. Though he wasn't able to just let go of the man to give Nina his keys an the small canister of vapor that made his mask work. So he had to improvise.
Question used the foot to the chest to his advantage, It helped put him out of deadly range for the weapon. up close Tiff had a better chance of penetrating the bullet resistant material of his jacket, at a distance Question had the advantage. He slid back against the ground an pulled the can an keys from his pocket tossing them towards Nina.
"Car around the corner, Leave in ten without me" He said quite seriously, If he wasn't away from this creep in ten minutes Nina needed to leave him behind. He would find a way out on his own. If anything he could buy her some time.
Vic literally Ignored the agent's words. They meant little to him, he really could care less about what the government thought about him. Instead he snatched the forgotten torch from the ground an launched it at Tiffany's direction. Using it as a distraction would help Question once again try an separate the man from the gun.

Catching the can and keys carefully - she'd hate to drop anything given how hard it would be for her to pick them up - Nina immediately pockets both, refraining from asking about the can even though she's instantly curious. The car keys make instant sense, but a spray can? Turning immediately to follow his instructions, it occurs to her that there ought to be more she can do to help him with her gift. However, she's extremely concerned about the possibility of her gift being discovered by the government and she's already worried that she's done too much already. And the current state of Agent Tiff's equilibrium is probably help enough.
And, perhaps most importantly, if she remains any longer then she's probably a liability - with his own foot injured she doesn't imagine that it would be easy for the Question to help her move any faster than she can alone, and when he says 'around the corner' she can only hope that isn't far. Almost anything she can do with her gift that isn't blatantly odd takes time; and it would do neither her nor the Question any good for her to stick around long enough to do it if it means both of them getting caught by Agent Tiff's backup. Better if she focuses on making sure she's in his car before then instead of leaving that issue in doubt.
Though it's possible for her to put some weight on her leg since she feels no pain, she knows better than to try using it - that would only cause further damage and likely reopen all her wounds again. However, given the amount of motivation she has, she can manage a decent pace by hopping on her other foot while using one hand to hold onto first the side of the van and then the building they've parked in front of - the other is left free to help her keep her balance. It's a struggle, to be sure, but when Nina has a particular goal in mind then very little gets in her way. And her goal right now is to get to the Question's car as quickly as possible. She only hopes that everything goes smoothly for him so that they both can get out of here sooner rather than later.

When he managed to get Question away from him Tiffany felt successful and aimed his gun quickly. It only took a moment to realize that the vigilante had separated their distance on purpose. He heard the man's words and frowned immediately. His breadcrumb trail was not going to end here. The Justice League was only proving further where their line really stands. They have never been supportive of the United States. They were an international organization that should have never been created. A horror mistake that the government was tricked into allowing by the very sinful creatures. No, he would not allow this man or the Doctor to escape.
Though he didn't get much thought until the man threw the torch in his direction knocking his gun out of hand. Tiffany was furious as he saw the man attempting to keep this distance. Tiffany's head was still sending him on a mental whirlwind that caused his stomach to lash out, but the idea of them escaping was too much. Tiffany had God on his side. Failure was not an option. He forced himself off the ground and pushed himself into a run. He didn't have any gun wound or leg injury so it was easy to close the distance between Question and himself. He saw two of him, so he decided to aim in the middle. He wasn't trying to have good aim. He didn't need good aim for what he was going to do. He just needed force, so with all his force he tackled the man down to the ground.
He immediately straddled the man so he was on his waist and once he was sitting up he started pounding his fist into the man's faceless face. For someone without a face he felt something crunching under his fist. He would have kept it up longer, but he was losing his wind. The dizziness was coming forefront of his mind, and he missed the man's face all together. His fist hit the road, and he felt his knuckles crack. The pain plus the headache, caused him to gag as he grabbed onto the man underneath him. He would not let go of this villain. Even he lost his lunch.
The sirens were getting louder, and he saw lights in his peripheral. Back up. He would have glanced up to see the doctor, but he did not want to lose the man as well. He needed to handcuff him, but there was no way he had enough strength to pin the man down, handcuff him, and not lose his lunch. He had to trust that someone in his unit could provide a decent car chase.
Wait...what happened to her handcuffs.....

This was were the agent was mistaken, a few blows to the face were not enough to slow Question. His whole life consisted of daily fights since the age of about six. Adults were cruel but kids were ruthless. He felt the bridge of his nose crack, an all to familiar noise an pain. Questions head turned to the side an watched Nina hop away. Lady was a trooper.
The fatigue or nausea, it looked like he was about to throw up, that Tiffany was experiencing Gave Vic a bit of an upper hand. That an if this man threw up on his coat there would be hell to pay, It was hard enough just getting dry cleaning done as a person it was so much worse as a hero.
The Lights that were drawing near however didn't send any pleasant thoughts through Vic's mind, But he was put a bit at ease knowing that even if he was captured that his mask wasn't coming off by any means the US government could figure out. Even If he was out Numbered he would fight till he couldn't any more, seemed to get himself into tight places that way more often then not.
He lurched up sending the flat of both of his palms into the jaw line of the agent. If anything, that would get the dirty scum sucking men in black wanna be off him.

Knowing that time is against her, Nina forces herself forward even though the going is very difficult. Even if she, unlike anyone else in this situation, doesn't have to spend any time or attention worrying about pain in her leg, she still has the very big problem of it being unusable.
Though she can hear the men fighting behind her, she doesn't pause to look back; she did her part to help in that. Nor does she pay any real attention to the sound of approaching sirens - allowing herself to panic over the proverbial ticking clock won't help. Instead she focuses only on moving forward, eyes focused on the corner and the unseen car around it. The only other thoughts she allows into her head are those that motivate her: her need to survive this, her need to stay out of prison, her need to see Edward again if only to prove to herself that he's all right, her need to make sure that the same thing that happened to her isn't happening to Shawty, her need to finish Mr. Freeze's cure for Nora... She has so many reasons why she has to get away now - even if the full implications of all of this haven't nearly sunken in to her yet.
Fortunately, it really isn't that far, but as Nina rounds the corner and spots the car she doesn't breathe a sigh of relief yet. She'll be safe when she's safe, and not a moment sooner. She doesn't even slow down as she heads for the driver's side door.

Tiffany's grip into Questions jacket and shirt only tightened when Question attempted to push him away. He was not going anywhere, even if the bones in his crack hand were crying in pain. He swallowed back his urges of sickness. His new strategy was to act like an anchor and keep the man in place until backup arrived. Thankfully with how loud the sirens had become he knew they were right around the corner.
As the thought popped into his head three black cars whipped around the corner and stopped right next to the van. Agents got out of the car doors immediately. Their guns in hand. "Agent, do you have a handle," one of the agent began as he saw their leader on top of the criminal.
Tiffany had orders to shout out, but Tiffany's focus was primarily on his grip to avoid all thoughts to the swaying. He feared if he did anything else he would pass out. He bit his tongue to distract him and slowly spoke words out in a harsh controlled whisper, "Suspect around alley in car. Two pursue."
Two agents, closest to their car, hopped in and started to drive the one car towards the Doctor. Hopefully they would be able to stop her. His other agents notice the struggle on the ground between anget and criminal. They pointed their guns at the faceless man as they circled them. Tiffany's sickness was caring his grip to loosen. These men needed to move faster or the vigilante would get free and somehow get the upper hand. "Arrest him!" Tiffany stated raising his voice. Three of the agents moved to take the Question's arms.

Well, this was it. He knew that he was going to be caught unless something happen out of his obscene luck to free him. If anything he could do it was Stall for Nina.
though He was going to make Tiff second guess going after any more heroes. He threw a hard right hook over him an into the agent going for his left Arm. Purposely bringing his elbow back into the Side of Tiffany's head.
He was going down fighting, An ten minutes were up. He was looking forward to hearing the roar of the GTO. At least one of them would get away.

Pulling the keys from her pocket as she reaches the door, Nina unlocks the car and gets into it with the same emphasis on speed she's been forcing out of herself all along. It's only when she collapses into the driver's seat that she takes just a moment to take a deep breath.
But after that moment she finally becomes aware of the sound of sirens. Sirens that are far too close. While Question told her to give him ten minutes, she hasn't the slightest idea how much time has passed - she was too busy trying to get here to check the time and it felt like it took hours. Either way, by the sound of the sirens, he's out of time whether it's been officially ten minutes or not. "Sorry, Question, no time left," she says into the open air, hoping that he'll be okay. Carefully placing her injured leg to the side where it will be out of the way and fastening her seatbelt snugly, she knows that it's time to see if she can't pull off some fancy driving.
She turns the key, and the moment that the engine roars to life she puts it in gear and bolts out of the alleyway before the agents sent after her are halfway there. And, as she feeds the engine all the gas it seems to want, the car readily responds with speed that only widens her head start. "Oh, I like you," she tells the car approvingly as the two black cars slowly shrink in the rearview mirror. While Nina's not accustomed to driving a car at such speeds and certainly doesn't seem to be the 'type', she does have all the traits you need: steady hands, an eye for detail, nerves of steel in a stressful situation, and an overwhelming desire to not get caught.
Not only that, but this isn't the first time she's been in a car and trying to lose someone. That's happened a number of times, recently even; the things that happen when you're with Edward... Speeding down the road as fast as the curves and the traffic allows, she waits for the right moment: when the FBI's cars are out of sight around a curve and she's reached an intersection. There she makes an abrupt turn, and then another as soon as she can after that. With any luck, they'll reach the intersection only to find that they can't see her or determine which way she went. And just to make sure, after that she zig-zags her way through side-streets, only slowing as she becomes more and more certain that she's lost them.

Tiffany saw stars when the elbow impacting with his face. He never went down so quickly, but with the horrible thing going on in his head he couldn't prevent himself from swaying. His grip stayed tight in the man's jacket, but the blow did manage to knock part of his body off of him.
His backup responded accordingly and grabbed hold of the man's arms tightly. The man who had just been punched in the face was standing back up with anger in his eyes. When he saw his agents had a hold Tiffany let go of the squirming man and moved off to the side. The agent who was punched moved over to the man and aggressively used the back of the Questions shirt to pick him up, choking him with his own collar. The other agents locked him in handcuffs.
Tiffany sat on the ground, his fingers touching the bridge of his nose as he tried to focus. He heard the doctor go off an car with fast acceleration. He knew how fast the FBI cars went, and it wasn't comparably. They could still catch her if they thought ahead, but he knew that was hopeful thinking. He couldn't understand where this sickness had come from. No matter. He might have lost a prisoner, but he gained one of much high importance. A member from the Justice League. He would inform the FBI director. The politicians would probably use this against them.

Question continued to struggle, even after being Cuffed. It wasn't in him to just let go an back down no matter how dire the situation. First this moron who had a hold of his shirt an jacket. Question Leaned back an sharply bent forward slinging the man over the top of him. Next was the One who shot him in the foot. He made a quick move an slung his foot for a sneak attack on Tiffany. This was a personal vendetta now.
His ends were met, Victor was able to get Nina free. Hopefully she was on her way to some where safe for now.
Tiffany was making a huge mistake, Question knew that someone would come for him. That someone would do what they could to bring this act of war on this city down. He just happened to start the ball rolling.

When his foot connected with his face, probably breaking his nose, Tiffany was angry. It was a cold anger. He had to take a settling breath and a quick pray to God or he would of lost his temper completely. He then stood up calmly not even watching his other men continue to struggle with the faceless man. The anger that had washed through him calmed the sickness in his head, so he causally picked up his gun. He then walked behind his men who were still moving and grabbing him and preventing his escape. The one right in front of him was blocking Tiffany's goal.
"Move," he stated to the one that had been hit now twice and seemed as angry as him, but he showed it more. The agent didn't seemed please to move, but he did immediately. As soon as the man's head was visible. Tiffany rammed the back of his gun hard into the ma's head. He did it one more time just to be a hundred percent certain, and then as expected the man stopped struggling. He went slack.
Tiffany looked down at him with annoyance before picking up the fedora that had fallen in the shuffle. He stared at it for a moment. He wondered how much this hat had seen, how much evil this hat must have witnessed.
"Burn it," he stated, tossing it to the ground. There was no need for evidence under the PROTECT Act.
