This is just your standard notice that I've updated the theme and rules. While you may want to review them, no dramatic changes were made - they haven't really been updated very much since the site was created so I simply clarified a few things and any changes were minor and what we've already been doing anyway.
I should note that possible changes to the activity rules are being discussed by the staff, but they aren't going to be implemented at this time.
