Victor kept grinning. "There's nothing wrong with being called wolfish. Its just I hear that more then beautiful" He said happily. He was starting to feel very lucky to have met Kory. She was nice. Alot nicer then alot of people Victor had met in the past. He felt his eyes drift over her. Not out of any misplaced desire or feeling of lust but to really see her for the first time.
"Yeah well. I have outfits that are in better shape then this one." He said with a grin. "Maybe something that I don't wear on a regular basis." Then he got an idea. The spark in his eyes told just how interested in the idea he was. "Are movie characters ok?" He asked.
"Well the place I was born in is basically a big forest. What's it like there? In Tahiti I mean?" He asked with genuine curiosity "I've never left the US but I always love learning about new places. I want to go to Europe one day. But not for the reason others want to go" He said smiling fondly.
Victor thought about what she said........ "Yeah exactly like another person inside. Although he's more of a wolf." He said grinning. He had just realized how many times wolves came into his life one way or the other. "And the reason this sense of smell is a curse I can never seem to find what I smell. I'm always just alittle too late. And its not just pies I smell." He said then he sighed. "For example I can smell that that dog over there. Just marked its territory." He said with a slight grin. "And the smell at gas stations are even worse now." Then he looked at her. "So you don't find any of this weird? And don't worry I'm having trouble understanding it."

There Kory sat beside Victor. Enjoying the sunlight, even admiring how it bounced from his eyes. Her Green eyes also bounced upon his smile. It never really seemed to fade and Kory was in no way to let that happen, but to keep seeing it. It was very beautiful. As were his words. Kory could sense he was getting just a little more comfortable bit by bit with her. Which she was pleased with, that they were finding a friendly connection of sorts. She bent down to finally slip her skates off. Wiggled her sock covered orange toes. Just a touch of ice. Before slipping them into her shoes. Letting him a smile as yes still as she regained her seating his smile was still beautiful. Before her eyes then looked over his outfit once again. As he spoke of its shape. It looked in fine shape to her. As her hand then motioned to feel his arm. In great shape she smiled brighter. With her cheeks a little coloured, but it was probably not what he meant. Kory was also then sparked as Victor beamed about this other outfit. It… It brought joy to him in some fashion, that Kory could tell. It half intrigued her to know what it was exactly. That was bringing him joy with the idea.
""I'm happy to keep telling you it's beautiful as it is the truth… Sure, I don't see why you couldn't… With this reaction I'm excited to see for myself."
Kory pleasantly said with a smile. As her mind went slightly to the up coming party. She was quite hopeful it would be a very good night. Entertaining and gaining at the same time. Just fun. Which Gotham needed in between the nights of violence. The darkness. As Kory sat back a little more with Cocoa in hand. Gotham was beautiful. As her eyes looked between the silver leaves and the happy faces upon the ice. It was in moments like this she admired how beautiful the world could be. She especially liked to float up high in the space sky and watch the sunset. To see the different colours and life rolling around in one. Kory looked over to Victor as he spoke of a big forest. Her mind half imagining something beautiful surrounded by trees. It must be quite different to the city life of Gotham. Gotham had a old elegance to it which just added something unique and beautiful. Tahiti? As red hair fluffed around her shoulders by the gentle breeze. It was the closest to Tamaran even if still there was really nothing exactly like Tamaran. It was home. One of which Kory had fought so hard to save and protect. She never gave up until she was made a slave. Even didn't let down then until her escape. Kory made for Earth with not knowing a thing nor what to expect. Where one would have been frightened, Kory took a chance for life… Kory half turned her head as Victor spoke of never leaving the US and desire to see Europe. She smiled as she had seen most of Earth. She could easily take him to Europe now, but maybe another day, she smiled at the thought. Kory then frowned a little more out of not understanding. 'Not for the reasons others want to go'? What reasons did people want to do? What reasons did he?
"Tahiti, is quite like a tropical paradise. With warm sandy beaches. Maybe I can show you sometime. It is beautiful… The whole world can be beautiful. You don't really have to go far to see it, but if you ever do, it won't disappoint. Europe is quite charming… What reasons do you mean?"
Not that Kory had seen a great deal of Europe, well yeah enough. Not so much vacation, but Kory had seen the world. With the genetic of flight, it was easy to do. She really so could take him on a trip now, but she wasn't Starfire or even really Koriand'r to Victor. She was human. A human can't fly. Well unless the gifted kind of course. Kory sat intrigued as they toked about the third person so to speak. The one they couldn't really see. One she had thought as a ghost or a inner self. Amazed to slowly unravel it was like an entirely separate person. Wolf? Was that the reason for the teeth or was that just an unexpected connection? Kory then nodded as her eyes sort a little disappointed for him that he couldn't seem to find his way with his nose. No pie! Kory amused slightly as he spoke of the dog, that was maybe unexpected but really one can't really choose their powers. There's drawbacks, but they're generally balanced with the good. Besides Kory knew of a certain green boy who could turn canine and pee on himself. So she had seen and heard stranger things.
"So your part wolf? Are these his teeth or yours?… No… It is not weird. It's a little unusual but the world is filled with the unusual. We cannot change what we are, we just have to learn to be comfortable with it, to accept it… Though I do believe I know where we can find a pie. Would you like to join me?"
Kory expressed kindly. Pondering if these wolfish teeth were his or this wolf? Did he affect more than just his mind. From what she saw he was a friendly wolf. Kory hadn't seen much anything to do with wolves in the world, but she had dealt with a woman compared to a cheetah. A man with a thing for bats. A shifter into green animals of course. Was the world as open? Not always. Generally not always aliens. As her eyes looked down a little. She knew the whole strange surrounding her and in her. It was just something she couldn't change, but accept. She couldn't control that in others, but in herself she could. She then beamed in her seating a little as her eyes looked to the buildings nearby as she spoke of pie. She was feeling hungry now with the pie talk. Perhaps on the way she can stop by her apartment to get a little money. Wondering if Victor would like to join her. Unless he need to do more work taking pictures. As her eyes trailed to the camera.

Victor smiled as he watched her take her skates off and slip her shoes on. He tensed every so slightly in reaction to her reaching to feel his arm. It wasn't that he didn't like her feeling his arm. It was more he didn't expect it. He hoped that she didn't notice. Then he answered her question about the other outfit. "Oh I'm looking forward to wearing it now." His smiled grew abit wider. "Its the outfit worn by one of my favorite movie characters of all time."
He looked at her as she started to think. He hoped that he didn't offend her by asking about Tahiti. He couldn't help but admire how beautiful she was. Though he was having trouble making himself tell her. Even with the help Lupin was providing Then she told him what it was like there. "That does sound like a really nice place." The he gave a curious look "What do you mean you can take me there? I guess you have a plane, eh?' He offered a nice smile. She didn't really have to answer he just couldn't help but ask. Then she asked about his reasons for wanting to go. "Well....... As far as I can tell. Other's want to go because its romantic. Or something along those lines. Not that there's anything wrong with that." He grinned. "I want to go because I love history. And I don't know why. By I really love World War II. I've been told I could teach a class on it. And well. A good chunk of it happened in Europe. And I would love to go see where it happen and how much improvement has happened since then." He explained with almost child like enthusiasm.
Victor smiled abit when she asked if he was part wolf. "Well. I never thought about it that way but I guess I am." He said and then laughed at himself. "Wow. If those kids at school could see me now. They might be surprised at how relevant the nick name I got turned out to be." Then she asked about his teeth. "Yes these teeth are mine. But when Lupin......... I guess a good word would be chose me my canine teeth changed to what they are now." Then his eyes widened and he nodded slowly. "So true the world its self is kinda weird at points" Then he felt his stomach growl when she mentioned pie. "Sure I'd love to join you." He said then he noticed her eyes drift towards his camera. "Don't worry I should have enough pictures by now." He then offered a smile and then realized that he had completely turned to face Kory. He didn't know when..... All he knew is that sometime during their conversation he had turned to face her more directly. He was even resting his arm on the back of the bench. When he realized that he was doing that. He took his arm off of the bench. But he decided to keep facing her. He liked the fact that he was facing her. It made him feel more confidant. Plus it was easier for him to see her beauty. Also he noticed that her tan was very even and it looked natural. He had never seen someone with such an even tan that didn't look like it was administered by some kind of spray.
'Maybe she's more like us the you thought?' Lupin offered as an explanation.
'Maybe...... But I'm not going to push the topic.' Victor replied.
Though deep down inside he wanted to ask her. Then he managed to say. "Your hair is............... A nice shade of red." He felt that what he just said sounded a LOT better in his head. Then Lupin did something. It felt like he pushed on Victor's voice. Or something similar and he was finally able to say what's he was wanting to say for a while. "Your smile is very beautiful too. As are you by the way."
'What..... I mean how did you do that?' Victor asked Lupin.
'Your welcome.' Was Lupin's only reply. Which only gave Victor the feeling that Lupin was capable of much more then he realized. Well at least he's my friend he thought before shifting his attention back to Kory.

The firmness of his arm caused a little beam to Kory's smile. Feeling him tense up was cute. So Kory noticed and silently admired it. Save the little extra something read on her lips. Her green eyes beamed a little through her shades as well to see his own smile light up. As he he expressed sudden joy to this unexpected attire he was planning to wear. It must really be something. Here as she sat hadn't planned too much on clothing. As her mind swirly vaguely at something, but really only coming to mind wasn't much. Going in her birthday suit wasn't really an option. No something a little classy for her would work she was sure, just nothing overly fussy. Something fun and cute, perhaps. Her eyes ran over him in play of the minimal option probably have him a little more tense, she smiled softly.
"Oh really? What character would that be? Oh, wait. You probably want to surprise me.. It sounds rather exciting. I'm not overly sure myself yet, at this rate I'll probably end up with nothing to wear, not really such a dilemma... I'm sure I'll find something."
Kory asked curiously then remembered it was probably meant to be a secret with what happened at the last theme party she went to and wondering why the clothes needed to be secret. Kory's smile brightened as he commented on Tahiti. It was very beautiful. It wasn't still Tamaran, but close. Finding it curiously amusing as he asked if she had a plane. She was pretty much the plane herself, but there were other ways of finding a plane to get to places. Kory smiled a little more as Victor spoke of Europe. Of romantic things and history. Both seemed reasons enough to go. Simply to enjoy life and the beauty of the place seemed reason for Kory. Which was both romance and history. As Victor spoke of this war, she peaked in. She didn't know a great deal. As with her own history she respected it, but she didn't dwell into it. From what she was told of this war, was of the slavery. Which Kory experienced from the hands of her own sister. Just a little differently. Now that war was over and life could move on.
"I don't have a plane, but I do know of a place that does. An airport. If we happen to go to vacation sometime and find ourselves there, I'll show you around is what I meant... I don't know much of that war, but it is a good thing to respect the history and to enjoy it presently... Maybe when you go, you'll be able to enjoy all the reasons, including romance... For me it's all about enjoying life and enjoying how beautiful the world can be."
Kory responded kindly to Victor about his joyful desire to experience Europe. To experience the world. For Kory it really could be so beautiful. In more ways than one. Why not go more all the reasons there was. Though Victor's reasons seemed good enough. Even if Kory hadn't much knowledge as he seemed to have on the topic. History and the past was very much a human thing. Not that it wasn't for Tamaran, they just respected it, remembered it to lengths and moved on. There were things in Kory's past she had simply tried to forget. Generally the memories worth remembering, but either one really couldn't effect her anymore. For now Kory was simply enjoying this park with perhaps a new found friend. A possible vacation wouldn't be such a bad thing then, she smiled. Maybe even a trip to Europe. Perhaps he could show her these reasons better. Kory perked up again as Victor mentioned his teeth. His canines. Kory smiled sweetly as he flashed them to her. So they had changed. He was seemingly more apart of Victor than just sharing one mind. Kory turned her head slightly as he said how weird the world can be. Really how was that such a bad thing? Kory thought.
"Well a man with a little bit of beast in him isn't such a bad thing... It is still a very beautiful smile... Oh, Great. It seems we're both a bit starved. Though if we just stop by my place on the way I can grab a little cash... It isn't far."
Kory lightly remarked his beast side this Lupin gave him. There was more sweetness and kindness in Victor, but there was that slight edge. It made him a man. Kory smiled. There could generally be a beast in all men it just a matter of how much really. There had become a time throughout the conversation that Victor had come quite comfortable and a little more open. It hadn't gone completely unnoticed. It was really sweet. He was sweet and friendly. Clearly quite interesting. That killer smile. Kory softly giggled as his stomach lowly growled. Very happy Victor would join her to enjoy some food. Some sort of pie. First things first she needed some money. As Kory sipped the last of the cocoa. It had been extremely kind for him to pay for it. To give her the treat. Kory wouldn't ask for him to pay anymore. With this need of a job, he needed the money. Before Kory made her move from the bench. She did place her coat under her arm as she was about to steady back upon her feet. When Victor then spoke. Stopping her shortly. Curious! Then her smile grew with the gentle blush of her cheeks as Victor spoke of her hair... Then lastly about her smile and how he thought she was beautiful. Kory could tell he had worked himself up to say it, it had taken his time but he eventually got it out. Finding it all just very cute and extremely kind of him. "Oh, you like my hair! It is a family trait, you can say. Thank-you, Victor... You are a very sweet and extremely handsome man."
Kory joyfully said as her hand gently went to her hair, fluffed it up a little. It was a tamaranean thing as were the green eyes and orange skin. Gave him a deep expressive smile. Before she leant a hand to his cheek. To touch him kindly. Friendly. As behind her shades saw quite a man, maybe part of this wolf, but mostly Kory saw Victor. Kory then motioned her hand from his cheek to his hand.
"Shall we?"
Kory then looked at him in a beaming look, as she opened her hand for him to take it as Kory went to get herself to her feet. The day was now even a little brighter. Whether the sun in the sky or the sun in his eyes, Kory was in no hurry to figured which one it was. She was in the mood to find some food. For the both of them.

Victor wanted to tell her about his costume. But he also had a bad habit of enjoying seeing how people react to things. And if she was this nice when he was wearing a costume that suggested war. He had to see how she wold react to him wearing his....... Surprise outfit.
"I want to tell you but it might be more fun if its a surprise." He said with a enthusiastic grin. His eyes lit up as well when he talked about his outfit. "I rarely get an excuse to wear this outfit I'm talking about." He said happily.
He couldn't help but smile at her comment about the airport. His smile grew slightly as she talked about a vacation together. He felt a slight feeling of excitement at the thought. He didn't quite know why. But part of him had an idea. Then he gave a nervous chuckle when she brought up experiencing romance when in Europe. He got him nervous because the only time he had fell in love before it was all an act on her part. So he was somewhat afraid of how it would turn out if he did fall in love again. But he wasn;t against the idea. "I think it would be fun if I went on vacation with you." He said with a kind smile.
He watched her get up and started to blush slightly as she voiced her approval at his comment about her beauty. Then he felt the lump in his throat return when she said he was a sweet and handsome man. "Uhhhhh...... T-thank you." He said nervously. Then he ran his hand through his wolf grey hair. Then he gave a nervous laugh when she touched her hand to his cheek. Then he found himself feeling a degree of nervousness he had never felt before when she offered her hand for him to take. He looked at her hand then back up at her and smiled. He pushed his glasses up on his nose and then gently and somewhat hesitantly took her hand. Then he got up and said. "After you."
'Thanks Lupin.' He said mentally. He was somewhat caught off guard by the fact that there was nothing there. It was almost like Lupin wasn't there. He didn't think of much. His teeth were still changed and his hair was still grey. So he figured that everything was ok. Plus he had something more important at the moment.

For the most part anyways, Kory liked surprises. At least the good surprises. The baddies sneaking up wasn't a good surprise, but from what Kory could gather. This was going to be one of the good surprises. As she happily watched as Victor smiled and his eyes lit up like the sun. It must be some outfit. As Kory brought a vibrant smile along with his. If it was such an outfit she had to ponder why it would need an excuse. Perhaps as he said it was another character so it was maybe not very him, yet it brought such light to his eyes which seemed so much his own.
"I do like surprises... Perhaps you need to find more excuses."
For a moment Kory was quite in between Tahiti and Europe. Mostly in Tahiti. Hmmm, the warm sun. Kory smiled as if she felt the beaming hot sun on her skin. The sand between her toes and sound of clear ocean waves as a sweet tune. Waking to Victor's chuckle, the sunlight in the wintery park in gotham, with snow at her feet and the sound of skates upon the ice. Her green eyes around it was quite beautiful here still. There was something in Victor's eyes at Kory's words of romance. Of love what ever it was in his mind. It was a bit different in Tamaran, but then Kory was quick to learn love. Romance it really wasn't a nationality of such. If anything it was it's own. The heart saw what it wanted to and Kory knew who her soul mate was. Finding herself smiling a little more, as if something new was starting between them and such happiness she just couldn't avoid. Kory raised her eyes. Her golden face sweetly as Victor spoke of a vacation together. She could agree more. Kory could find plenty fun things they could do. Apparently a lot she could show him and share with. There was an entire world out there, but they didn't really needed to go far to see real beauty.
"A vacation would be lovely, Victor. Absolutely lovely. Maybe when it is spring and warmer, which shouldn't be too long. We could visit a beach a little closer to home. "
Here and she had barely met Victor, but he was so sweet so charming. He the right kind of friendly. Something fun to simply hang out and enjoy the company just seemed a great idea. Summer was just around the corner, enough time that he may find a little more of a comfortable spot if there was one. As her eyes searched sweetly, yes. Yes, she was sure there were several signs. Maybe drag along Dick as well, when she can manage. To kick back and sun bath. Smiling she would need a new swimsuit, maybe a couple. Somehow Dick didn't mind that kind of shopping so much. As Kory then happily got to her feet. Catching each blush and smile. He was sweet and already a lot of fun. Setting her smile out brightly as he said thank-you, causing her cheeks to gently blush out of his kindness. Admiring his nervous laugh, enough to fill a room if they were in one. Finding she was just noticing he had grey hair, it was rather a nice interesting colour. 'OH' Kory lightly yet happily expressed as Victor then took her hand and was raised to his feet. Acting like the sweet gentleman that he is. Kory curled her arm a little around his. Her finger motioned gently to help with his glasses. They were seemingly charming as well. As her hand then lightly patted him on his arm.
"Of course, Victor. Follow me. My place is just around the corner... So won't be too long, before we find a pie? I wonder what kind of pie! What kind smells good to you now?"
Kory's voice spoke kindly closely to his eat. Offering a deep smile as her eyes beamed a little at the thinking of this pie. Really any pie. As Kory then pondered what kind she was most in the mood for. Sweet? Savoury? At this rate it probably was several pies. She amused herself at the thought. As Kory motioned to unlink herself from him. As to grab her bag, her skates and to dispose of the empty Cocoa cup. That had been really sweet. She had not forgotten. Kory then turned towards the path through the park. With bits of snow and ice scattered. The sun beaming down was beginning to melt it bit by bit. surrounded by different trees and people out enjoying the newly found sun.
"Thank-you again for the cocoa. It was very sweet... So apart from the photos, what do you enjoy spending your time doing? Did any of your family come with you to Gotham?"
Taking a decent stride through the park as Kory got a little closer. Enough to feel some heat, some closeness. As her eyes behind her shades look to his with a sweet smile as she thanked him again. Causing herself to ask, to go into some form of conversation as to best use this peaceful walk to best get to know her new friend. As They headed near a corner. With her Hotel just up a head. Just quick Kory thought. Just be quick and the quicker they could find a pie. Find food of some kind. A sweet, peaceful place. Get to know him a little better. With that she was curious about his family. Was he alone here? Well up until he found Kory. For now they weren't alone. They were the beginnings of a friendship.

Victor let go of her arm when she started to move away. He figured that having just met maybe he shouldn't go too far and he couldn't resist the urge to smile. "Well I wear the hat part of the costume often." He said with a grin. "But the rest I don't wear often. Either the weather won't permit it or I would worry people."
He smiled and looked in her eyes. Or rather her shades. As she talked about going on vacation together when it was warmer. Then he couldn't help but laugh. "Word of warning. Don't go to Yellowstone during the winter. I did that once. And it is freezing. Literally." He thought back to that time. And even though he didn't like the cold. The snow was beautiful. And for a boy from Texas. It was unbelievable. Like something out of a fantasy story.
Victor was just getting past the lump in his throat that came when she helped with his glasses. He wasn't sure if he said thanks. He certainly hoped he did. Then he sniffed three times. "I can't really tell........ I sorta think its apple pie? But I still need practice with identifying smells. More then just. Pie." he said humorously. As they walked he felt his nerves act up again when Kory stepped closer to him. He almost stepped away. But thankfully he managed to avoid doing that. But he wasn't going to step closer He just kept walking next to her. He decided to let her chose how close she wanted to walk.
"Your welcome." He replied to her comment about the coco. "And I enjoy history, other cultures, anything new to me, and games off all kinds." Then he paused. "Also I've recently started going on walks from time to time." He said with a kind and jovial smile. Then his smile faded some and he gave out a sigh. "Well as far as I can tell.......... I'm the last member of my family." He said soberly. "It doesn't hurt as much now though." He added trying to lighten his mood.

The taking of an arm. A hand. Was a small gesture. There was the workings of a friendship. There was maybe hugs down the line, but Kory was in no rush. She was happily going along in meeting this new friend. To know this half man, half wolf going by the name of Victor. Between his own gestures of smiles. His gaze, his totally bubbling nerves. He was still but a cute little tadpole. Somehow she felt she was the wrong princess to turn him into the royal prince who ever really was in these nerves. That kept him secretly wired. Who was to say that he wasn't just a simple kind man, though Kory was sure there wasn't anything wrong with simple. She knew there was more. She did have to half stop pondering if she was that princess. If she would suddenly speak wolf. Ok, double take. Did Victor speak wolf? Was Wolf even a language? As her green eyes work over time behind her shades as man handled her bag over her shoulder. Stopping short to look over him and again as the questions curiously crossed her mind. Finding her lips smiling, she had only one set of lips for now she wanted to kiss. Somehow. For now they had escaped her. Not for long. Not for long. Rang through her mind. Bit by bit she could feel the beginnings of something renewed. Something was coming and Kory was happily letting it come as was... Quite like she was letting in Victor. A friend. They were important to have. As remained closely. The use of such affections of touch was just an expression, meaning a little differently here on earth. The humans just didn't feel like they did on Tamaran, not to say that humans don't feel.
Kory smiled softly, taking a nice breath in. Smelling the faint trace of spring. At least she was imagining, but shortly reminded it was still winter. A hat? She curiously thought. As her eyes looked upon his head. It would shape his face nicely, but then it was nicely shape still without it. Kory just hoped the hat wasn't to distracting. Something was special about it though as she sweetly admired as he grinned. His tone was almost bubbling out of his seams to quickly get into this surprise outfit. Perhaps it was underneath, maybe an early surprise. She then let out a laugh. Somehow she was imagining an entirely different suit. Lightly tapped her lips, that was a curious thought. There wasn't a chance. Though it's the kind to worry the people of Earth, she was told numerous times. As Kory softly giggled to herself.
"You would imagine people would have other things to worry about, than one outfit, unless its somehow dangerous and can kill. Is it dangerous? In cases that could be considered a corset. That's when you stand back."
Kory then bubbled up into laughs at the last time she tried a corset. It was to restricting n well, strength n stretch. There was bits of wire flying in different directions. Even if she wasn't one that breathed, Somehow she gathered it couldn't be a corset, but she wouldn't put it past him. If it was something spiky you could just easily work around it so one didn't get hurt. Kory amused herself at the thoughts. As she trailed along with Victor with the trees around. The faint laughs. The faint happiness around. Summer. Summer needed to come. As Victor then laughed and hinted at a place she didn't want to go. Kory half rolled her eyes playfully. She did say to wait for the warmer days. Unless this place also snowed in summer. As then half jabbed him. Somehow she was pondering if there was a stone of yellow. That could be interesting to see. Although she was more interested in seeing yellow dirt. Sand. The beach. Hmmm. As she half closed her eyes and looked up. She could almost smell the salt. Or was that the pretzels. She then beamed a smile to Victor. Spring wasn't far off, so a vacation wasn't either. It was just a matter of convincing Dick to come. Somehow she imagined with Victor going, he'd be more inclined. Or 'keep the men inhibited' as she almost quoted Dick word by word, giggling to herself as almost heard herself in a deep voice like his. It was also a good way to see Dick's legs outside and in the sun. Plus Kory rather enjoyed the group gatherings. They were fun generally.
"I wouldn't mind seeing a stone of yellow. It sounds almost pretty. Is it like a diamond?... I think we can wait until the weather warms up. There's a rather nice beach in Miami. Do you know how to play Volleyball?."
Kory asked sweetly and curious. As she toyed with her hands together. Oh. As she spotted the hotel up a head. Wow, how the time was flying. Admiring the park, though vastly in tune with the conversation. The getting to know Victor. Smiling softly as she knew he had struggled with his thank-you for helping with his glasses. Perhaps she could help shop for contacts with him, she knew friend that well they said they were the new thing. It helped to show off the eyes, but she was finding the glasses a little suiting. Somehow she imagined he could do both. Then she stopped short. As he sniffed. He actually sniffed the air. Wow. She giggled softly as it impressed her. He'd just need to learned to follow his nose properly and he's have a wonderful gift. OH, if he could learn out to tune it out. If Superman could do that then so could Victor. Began to walk again. Almost crossing the street to cut across to the hotel. Peering up as she was curious as to what he smelt. Apples? That wouldn't be so bad. Although she was feeling for something with cream. Maybe pumpkin, it was orange almost like her. Lemon could do. She had to brace herself before hundreds of pies flooded her mind. She'd just pick once they got there.
"Apple is never half bad... We can pick once we're there... Well, practise for identifying smells sounds fun. If you need help, I'd be glad to... Hey, we can start today... Though somehow I'm thinking we're going to need a fold for your eyes, so no cheating. Luckily I have one in my place."
Kort happily rambled on she was very excited to help him with this. It could mean several pies. A blind fold, although she never thought she would use it for this. She thought mindfully. Of course if Victor agrees, although she was half persistent, showing the joyfulness in her tone. Her rosy cheeks. Her grin. Of course they can start of small. With pies. Everything was better with a pie. Oh. Yes this was going to be fun. As she amused herself greatly. As she walked comfortable and closely beside him. Was it just moments ago she had met him? Somehow she had been unaware she had been avoiding the Starfire information, but she couldn't hold it back forever. She just wasn't that type. She had nothing to hide and it wasn't as if she couldn't take care of herself. Soon. She figured. If her place wouldn't give it away. As her hand motioned for the hotel door and made for the lift to take them to her landing.
"Oh, I love games. Do you like Cluedo? Just not like the um Role playing murder ones. Last time it didn't turn out as fun... Recently? As in today?... Where do you walk, maybe I can join and we can do the walking together?"
Kory just randomly thought of that game in her head. There were quite a few she had played and the titans had taught her. One of which Dick had taught her which she quite liked, but it was more of a solo game. Of he loves me not, he loves me. Although the real life Cluedo game the titans played, it wasn't so much fun when it turned into a real murder. Kory as she leaned a little in the Lift, couldn't help wonder as he said recently. Was it sarcasm? It generally confused her. As on Tamaran people said the truth not in riddles. Although she did like sarcasm when she got it. Was he meaning today? She teased playfully. Though then asked incase he was meaning more generally. Even if flying was probably more how she walked through the city. It was beautiful up in the sky. The lift's doors then flung open to her floor. Then felt the little break in his voice. As she turned her red locks swayed around her in waves of curls. As she caught his smile fading and she almost felt concerned. Did she say something wrong? Do something? She much preferred him smiling. Even Laughing. Then. Then Victor spoke. As she stopped shortly. As he spoke of his family. Keeping close. As continued to take him to her door. Admiring as he tried to lighten himself back up. It seemed they both had missing families. Save Kory's sister. She just wasn't so close with her. As Kory popped in the key. Turned it and opened the door.
"Were they part wolf like you?... I recently lost my family as well, apart from my sister. I just actually came back. There's, my entire world literally exploded. Though it is just the matter of moving on and not allowing to happen again... There's a lot of peace. There's life to live for. For some it takes more time, but you'll find it Victor. Just don't let the dwelling cause your own death. Life is the meaning of life."
Kory asked kindly as she entered her overly decorated space of living. Though it was beautifully decorated for her. Of all kinds of things. A lot of fluffy things. Photos. candles. It helped make it smell sweetly even when they weren't lit. As placed her skate back into place. Ah. As she motioned for her wallet. Purse. What ever it was humans called it. The money. As she placed it in her bag from her kitchen table. Hmmm. Blindfold. Blindfold. As she tried to recall.

Victor smiled at her comment about his outfit. "Well normally I do have other things to worry about. Though one part of the outfit in considered a weapon in some areas." He said. "Though I don't see it as much of a weapon. Granted it hurts if it hits you... But a lot of things do that." He said as he walked along side her. "And no its not a corset." He said with a amused smile.
"Well I don't really know what they are." He said with a smile. "But it is a yellow stone. Its in the Yellowstone river." He said with a grin. "Also I know alittle about how to play Volleyball. I don't know alot about it. And I'm not that great at it." He said he looked at her with a smile. "So you can play it I assume?" He kept walking along side her. "I love that game. Although its usually called Clue where I'm from." He said with a grin. "I don't know why but it is." Then he thought abit about how long he had been walking. "For about a week now. That's how long I've been walking. And I don't really have a set time I go walk. Its usually when ever the urge hits me. And I have time." He added.
He then got on the lift with her. "Sure I guess we could practice my smell skill." He said barely suppressing a laugh at what he called it. He grinned at the thought of her putting pie after pie in front of him and him trying to tell what it was.
"No I'm the first one in my family who has this trait." He said. "I don't know if its genetic. And I don't plan on having kids to find out." Then after a pause. "Though Lupin has just said that he wants me to have kids. I don't think he understands what that means though." He added with a amused but uncomfortable smile. "And not meaning to sound detached. But I have managed to come to terms with it now. But I still don't like to think about it much. And I'm sorry for your loss as well. At least you know there's another member to your family out there." He said.
Then he followed her into her room. Though he was alittle hesitant about it though. After he entered the room he moved his hand quickly to his nose. The sweet smell from the candles was rather over powering to him with his enhanced sense of smell. "Quite a smell here." He choked out after which he sneezed. No mucus came out. But he still sneezed. "Quite a smell." Then he added. "Though it might just be my nose."

Kory had to look to Victor, not really understanding. A weapon? What did he mean? She couldn't imagine she'd heard nor seen something to cause an actual outfit to hurt. To possibly kill. Weapons that were carried upon the outfit, maybe. Was it maybe like a superhero outfit, but he seemed pretty set on it was the outfit, not a weapon upon it. Perhaps it was spikes. Kory regained her eyes to where they were walking. If it hits you? Now she was thrown off. Perhaps it was going to be some surprise. Then he said like a lot of things. Was there more than one of these outfits? Why? How would one make such an outfit? Were they intending on some sort of battle to be in toe? It had to have practical reasons. Not useless like a bikini which didn't lend any sort of protection, save from men as Donna had put it. Kory smiled she wasn't surprised it wasn't a corset, but she wasn't going to go to the lengths to say it wouldn't of suited him.
"I've never heard of an outfit being a weapon... Do you mean it has spikes?"
There. There. As they set in toe within this walk. It seemingly beautiful. As Kory smiled happily picturing or least trying to. This Yellow stone as Victor confirmed it did exist. A stone of yellow. Hmmm. It could be quite something. Though in the Yellow River? Kory half raised an eye brow. They mustn't be very secretive if they're giving the location away so easily. Unless the river was yellow. Kory shook her head, that be a stretch least on Earth. They at least sounded pretty. Kory smiled as Victor spoke of his volleyball skills. As well she wasn't overly great, but she liked playing it when she was at the beach. It generally was nice to enjoy it with another. Regardless of skill. Although having felt his arm some moments ago, he might have a better arm than he realised.
"I like playing it when I'm at the beach... So if we go... It might be fun, to play it together... Oh really you like Clue, maybe one day you can help me solve some mystery? So they're relaxing kind of walks? They sound very nice."
Taking her steps into the lift. How that walk had moved. As it gave it's little lifting buzzing sound. Leaning against the lift's wall her eyebrow raised as he called it his Smell Skill. She was seemingly thinking it might need a new name. She smiled softly, it needed something more edgy and unique. Something might pop in soon, she was sure. As for a moment she also was lost in the thought of many pies. She was sure he could get this smelling skill down packed, it would surely help a lot. It was in ways like her starbolts. She recalled when she had first come to earth she had been quite out of control n so her bolts were vastly dangerous, but given the patience. The training she came to be able to control her starbolts. She could finally stun without worrying she would kill someone. Somehow she imagined his skill wasn't as dangerous, maybe only to himself. As she lightly smiled. Amused at the thought.
"Smell Skill? Hmmm, I'm sure we can find a more suited name for it... Hopefully with some refining you'll be able to use it greatly to your advantages. Whether it was there before or not. It is a part of you now. It'd be rather like learning to walk, or so I imagine."
Oh, yes. Kory could think up ways he could use this skill. Well, maybe not that much, but in time they would come. She couldn't help to wonder how much of her could he smell. She could only hope she smelled on the more better side of things. Her eyes lit up behind her shades. If he could define it with smelling other people, he could perhaps learn how to find people with it. Suddenly Kory was reminded of Garth and his green nose. As she softly covered a laugh. Rather silently... Then Kory did go silent for a moment. As Victor spoke of the possible family trait. Wondering why he didn't want children. It slightly made her sad. Did he mean not now or not ever? Kory loved children. She wanted so much to have children of her own someday. She knew it wouldn't be anytime soon, but the role of mother was something so beautiful on Tamaran. They lived for life and to create it was just so much joy. Of course, she always envisioned a certain man to be the father and if they were both in Tamaran. They're probably have a couple of children by now. There was something a little odd with Lupin wanting them, but could she really blame him. Even it was a little something to envision in anything such like that Lupin would be a part of it all. Was that why Victor didn't want children? Maybe he would learn to want them, it seemed as such on Earth.
"Do you not like children?... To create life, I don't think you can get greater joy... Perhaps when you meet your soul mate, things might change... Although I can see how Lupin being a part of it, might be a little off putting, but when it's love. Real love, it shouldn't matter who knows... If my sister had a streak of kindness, I would intend to agree with you"
Kory expressed as they then walked to her door. It seemed just odd to her for not wanting children. She was sure there was a reason, she just was sure it would make little sense to her. Still Victor seemed a kind man. A really kind man. A little nervous. Perhaps really when the right woman came in his life she could help open him up to the possibilities of life. Maybe a little change, although there wasn't much about him as far she would change about him. As she kindly smiled. Walking into her room. There was the kitchen to the right. A small lounge to the left. Further down ahead was a bedroom and a bathroom. A small laundry. Simple. Easy. Well yeah decorated. Komand'r. Blackfire. It was a fine line. It was her sister that taught Kory to hate. So close Kory had come to killing her, yet something would trick her. Her sister tricked her everytime. Kory would care that was what would happen. Her sister just had rather a black heart. Though Kory had learnt to move on. Her life was now on Earth.
After grabbed her purse now in her bag. Kory disappeared for a short moment into her bedroom. Finding well it was nicely coloured sleep mask. Kory was sure it wasn't to girly for him. She smiled as she walked back to where she left Victor. Maybe another time he could actually hang out. Watch a movie. Or Play Clue. Or Cluedo. Some sort of game. Kory stopped concerned something was wrong. As Victor coughed and sneezed. As he commented on the smell. Kory looked at him curious as to what he was smelling. Then moved to where he was looking. The candles? Kory then smiled kindly as she motioned closer to where he stood. As she held out the night mask for him. Then motioned her fingers to his nose.
"Your nose seems beautiful to me... So you don't like the candles? I thought they were sweet smelling... Can you smell me? Oh, I was going to suggest to get pies delivered here, but the candles might get in the way then perhaps not... I don't have any candles in my bedroom."
Victor's nose looked quite handsome like. It had to be the candles. Kory was curious to ask if he could then smell her. Was she maybe over powering? Yet he wasn't sneezing before. Just a bit nervous. Nervous and kind of cute. Recalling the room services and the fact she had a phone. She wondered if having the pies here might be more comfortable. Especially if she was thinking the amount of pies that was in her head. The lounge room floor might be big enough to house them. Maybe not that bit, but then perhaps they could find themselves playing one of those games. Go for more of a walk. Before the night was to come of course. There might be a call for Starfire to cover the city.

Victor grinned at the idea at having spikes on his costume. "No it doesn't have spikes on it." He said then after a pause he finally decided that he could give this part of the costume away and hope it didn't give away the costume. Though he figured it would. "Its a whip." He said.
He looked at Kory when she talked about playing volleyball on the beach and then when she asked him about Clue he said "Yeah I love Clue. I would always beat the people I played against when I was in college. Mainly because I never let on that I was on to something when I was starting to find out who did it. Though I don't know how well I would be in reality." He gave a slight chuckle. I always see myself getting nervous in that situation." Then he nodded. "Yeah they are relaxing. Though when I walk alone my mind starts to wander....... And I tend to come up with all my creative ideas at that point."
He looked at her and smiled wryly when she commented about the "Smell Skill" "Not a good name?" He asked. "I don't blame ya. I came up with it on the spot just now."
Then when she asked him about weather or not he liked kids. "I love kids..... Its just that I tend to get nervous when the topic of having them comes up." He said and started to shift on his feet. "Reason Lupin wants me to have them is that in his mind. It is vital that I 'carry on my legacy' as he says." Then he scratched the back of his neck. "I however don't feel that way and always get worried when that topic comes up." He gave a nervous smile when she brought up real love.
Then he after she talked to him about staying here or leaving as the get away from the candles. "Oh don't worry. I can get used to it. I just wasn't ready for it." He said then paused expecting another sneeze and relaxing seeing that he wasn't. "We could stay here. Its warm in here." He said taking his jacket off. revealing the button up shirt he was wearing and his jeans. "I guess we could get room service. And I'm sorry about your sister..... I never really had an-" Then he stopped when he realized what she said. "Bedroom?" He asked nervously. He looked over to one of the doors and guessed that that was her bedroom. Then he shifted uncomfortably on his feet again. "We don't have to go in there." He said gripping his hands tightly. Then quickly he changed the subject not wanting to think about what she said. "No the candles won't get in the way. And I'm not sure if I smell you...... I'll have to see if I can pick out a smell that follows you." He said. Still with a nervous streak in his voice.

Kory for second thought it was spikes as he smiled, but then he dismissed that claim. Was it something she said? To make him grin at the thought. Was that to out there? She had seen humans bare spikes before, she was sure of it and what other purpose did they serve than to be dangerous? Then to understand half of their clothing was a bit of a stretch. There were some creatures that grew spikes for different kind of reasons, mostly it didn't make them look so friendly. So Kory was kind of glad Victor wouldn't bare spikes, but she was sure he could make them kinder looking. There Kory stopped. 'A whip'! What kind of whip? She pondered. It wasn't always the weapon that was that kind of dangerous. A whip could be fun when it wasn't peeling flesh from bone of course.
"A whip? And what do you do with this whip? From what I've experienced they can be on the fun side of dangerous."
The whip it did not give away at all what the costume was. Oh no. The only thing popping in her head was Catwoman and well, he could maybe pull it off. Black leather. There could be a lot hidden under his nervous nature. Kory smiled, but he didn't feel the feline type. At least not from Lupin's end. There was the slight blinking of his eyes as she mentioned the volleyball and Clue. Kory liked to plan ahead. To have hope for tomorrow. Keeping a nice distance, but close. So he was the challenge type and seemingly good at it? Kory pondered as his words sailed into her ear. Topping it off with a nice chuckle. Feeling bit by bit the brushing of arms. He had a nice chuckle. It wasn't malicious in any way, just purposely friendly. There was a slight cheeky side, she was sure of it.
"So are you saying I can't beat you Victor? I think there's only one way to settle that. Although I always imagine the solving the murder was the point, wouldn't it be easier to just solve it together? Then I guess it is just a game... I think if you were in that situation you'd surprise yourself. We once did one of those role playing clue like mysteries and it actually ended up with a real murder. It was quite shocking to say the least. I think it was some time after until we could play the game again... Creative ideas for what? You mean like photography? If you mean by wander as in lonely. Maybe you'd need some company or would that hinder these ideas."
Kory amusingly teased him. It could be a fun challenge then. Then to her the solving of the murder was the point of winning and together at least in real always made it easier. Then she was a tamaranean trying to understand a human object. One thing she did know it was fun so maybe as one had told her it didn't really need to make sense. Victor's mentioning of ideas sparked her interest. He must mean photography or was there more to that. Wander and alone, it could quite easily get lonely. Especially with no family. Kory could happily join him on walks maybe not all the time as she much preferred flying, but given the time she could enjoy that time with him. Maybe a time would come he would learn who she really is. Then she could take him flying. When she wasn't flying Grayson around of course.
"It's an ok name. It's not bad by any means. I just think if we put our noses together, we can come up with something a little more special. To go with your special skill. It is after all a part of you now. We need to embrace it... "
Almost falling into her room a little more. It was maybe forward to let him in, but she trusted easily some times. As Kory happily remarked his special skill. He can beat she could help him learn to control it, if a kryptonian can learn to control his heat vision. Yes, she was sure he could be in control as well. Kory felt a little better. Warmer in fact as he expressed he loved kids. Kory then stepped closer. Intent on hearing what he had to say so she could best understand it. Nervous? Kory smiled. Shaking her head. He needn't be nervous. Though first thing first he might need to find a partner first that generally was how it worked. With how kind he was and seemingly smart, it shouldn't take him long. Kory's mouth half fell open as he spoke more of Lupin's point on it and that was a little concerning. Children should be firstly born of love, but then she was born to be Queen. There was some requirement, but in this. This was different. Lupin was wanting to force it on him, where a child was meant to be a joyful thing. Guess it changes when you have another inside you. Still Kory could hope it wouldn't stop him entirely. That one day he could find a way.
"Oh, Victor. I'm sorry. Something like that shouldn't feel forced... Though I understand the need to keep the family going, but a child should be born out of love and brought up in it. With that said Victor, you shouldn't feel nervous. You are still young, I have hope that one day you'll find that joy. Trust me really how ever it comes, I know it will be worth it. I couldn't imagine how one could regret something like that, or more someone. To have you and Lupin. It might work out better than you imagine. Some children don't even have parents."
The concern slightly lit up Kory's eyes. As she expressed as kindly as she could between this slight battle between Victor and Lupin. As always Kory was looking to the positives. There was always hope. As she smiled to him. She could sense the nerves she wished to ease as he scratched his neck. All signs she could feel there was a part of him that want this. Wanted children, but just not in this way. Which Kory could understand. He then moved off a little to sneeze again as Victor spoke of dealing with the candles. Kory had faith. Seemingly. Seeing as this was to practise his smell, perhaps the candles could actually be beneficial in this. Not that it made a lot of sense, but still hopeful. She smiled. At least he was finding the positives. Perhaps they were more alike than not. As he commented on the warmth. Right. As she bumped up the heater a little more. It felt nice on her skin. Kory beamed as Victor agreed. As she then kindly took his jacket and hung it in a safely nice spot. As she motioned towards her phone. As in her mind she listed like a dozen pies. Getting herself confused. Perhaps just ask for one of each. How could one lose? Then he apologised for his sister. Something she didn't need, but Kory appreciated the thought towards her.
"Thank-you Victor. Your very kind, but trust me with all that my sister is, you needn't say sorry. It's a place I've quite put behind me... Now on to getting pies. I'll just be a moment... Please make yourself at home."
Kory spoke kindly as she reached for the phone. Punching the buttons for the room service. As she expressed Victor make himself at home. The couch was a comfortable spot. Kory then laughed softly as she put the phone to her ear. At Victors reaction to her bedroom. Geez. What did he think was in there? A caged bear? Kory half rolled her eyes. Men. Kory was quite confident her bedroom was safe. Watching him shift at his feet. Pondering maybe he needed that kind of fun at some point. He then might not be tapping his feet like Happy Feet.
"Ok. No problem. We can stay out here... Though I can assure you my bedroom is safe and has great protection. I promise my whip is locked in the closet... For now!"
Yeah, she couldn't quite help herself. As softly laughed amused by it all. Though if his mind was going there, then she couldn't quite let him go alone. With that the voice came to Kory's ear. 'Hi. Oh yes I am quite lovely today. On a nice sunny day who cannot be, even met a nice man in the park... Oh right. What pies would you have? Oh really? That's a good variety... Yes, yes we would.. I'd like one of each please. Yes, you heard correctly and we might need some caffeinated soda and also diet, i'm watching my figure... Wait, what? I didn't understand that... Oh Thank-you. Yes to this room. My deepest gratitude. Goodbye' After that Kory hung up the phone. Rather pleased with her order. Even if she wasn't quite sure what they were commenting about as she light ran her hands on her stomach, It seemed fine. As her attention then led her to the lounge. There should be plenty of room. As Kory then crashed on the couch. It was rather relaxing. Smiled brightly as he redeemed the candles. Picking one up from the side tables to smell it. It was rather forgiving after all. As her hand rand through her thick red hair, fluffing it up. Then came his nervousness again as Victor mentioned about her smell. She knew now that he had smelled her or at least he could. Some had smelled her before, but she couldn't recall to this scale.
"Well, they shouldn't take too long... Oh, so you can smell me, enhanced? Someone once told me my hair smelled of jasmine... Do you smell something more? Am I like the candles?"
Expressing sweetly with a forgiving smile. Recalling Dick well it wasn't just once it was rather often him smelling her hair. In fact he had done that more recently smelled her hair. Where it was sweet Victor could smell her. There was something more when Dick did and he didn't have the smelling gift Victor did. Yet he could. Kory smiled at the thought. She could recall Cyborg giving him a look, perhaps it was only him at the time that could enjoy her scent. Just as much as Kory could enjoy his, although it was a little different. It was more. Almost like a smell skill it was a tamaranean thing. It wasn't to any great higher level. It just was a way they could tell others apart, least humans. Unless familiar they begin to all look the same. Being away from even someone like Dick her tamaranean mind can't retain all the images so easily and they begin to fade. Though with scent of something it keeps that familiar thing alive. So that she doesn't so easily forget. Although she had strange discovered where forgetting was in different levels depending on what it was. For Dick Grayson it would take a very long time. It could happen, but it would take quite a few months. Which she had learnt when she was away forgetting him was hard. Kory was curious with this skill if there was more to her smell and if she was powerful like the candles. Kory didn't really want to make him sneeze. That's not really a charming effect.

Victor couldn't help but smile when she asked what he did with the whip. "Ohhh not a whole lot. I crack it in the air. I used to knock acorns off the ground. I popped myself on the back of my leg once." He said grinning when he brought up the last part. He felt the exact spot where the whip hit him tingle. "Ahhh memories." He said softly.
Victor listened to Kory ask if he was saying that she couldn't beat him at Clue. Or an other murder mystery game. And her comment about working together. "Well I don't know how good you are at Clue so I wouldn't know. But I figure I could at least give you a run for your money." He said then after a few seconds. "Though I always do better working with someone. So if you offered help I would gladly take you up on your offer." He grinned. He also felt a tingling in his head.
He couldn't help but let loose an amused smile as she said 'put are noses together' "So how would that look?" He asked jokingly. "And some help with my skills would be welcome."
"No no. Don't worry he's not forcing it on me. It goes back to the mutual relationship he and I have. I provide him a way to live. And he, if we we're in the wild. Increases my chances of surviving. And he interprets me falling in love. Getting married and having kids is part of his end of the deal. And he wants me to do this as soon as I can. And I always seem to get nervous at that point."
'Well you should.' Lupin said. 'And I was that tingling.'
Victor simply smiled at the mental wolf's comment. Victor then looked around the room. His nose was starting to get used to the smell of the candles. He also started to notice another smell. He couldn't tell what it was though. He started to walk over to the couch and then sat down on it. He started to like the smell of the candles. Then he heard Kory's comment about a whip. And he couldn't help but laugh. "Alright I'll try to remember that." He said with a jovial smile.
He watched her drop down onto the couch. Then he felt a lump in his throat form as she fluffed her hair. "Smells like jasmine?" He asked. Then he figured that maybe if he focused really hard he might be able to answer her question about how she smelt. He closed his eyes and focused on the smell. He then realized that the smell he smelt before was Kory. "If I'm right then I'm picking out your scent." He said then gave a quick laugh at what he said. "I never thought I'd be saying that." He said. Then he started focusing on the smell. The frowned slightly and started snapping his fingers. The word he was looking for was right on the tip of his tongue. Then his eyes popped back open and had a look of triumph in them and a smile crossed his face. "Mint!" He said quickly. "To me you smell some what like a peppermint. Or a spearmint." He said felling proud with himself. He was finally able to identify a scent without looking straight at the origin. Or rather identify the type of scent. Or what it would be described as.

"Oh. That sounds fun... Well apart from whipping your leg... That mustn't of felt nice!"
As Kory half imagined Victor with a whip. Destroying plant life. Somehow the vision of him tangling his legs kept popping in her head, but he made it sound he had better skill than that. Given a moment towards the party or around it. Kory might need to see these skills. As now Kory was finding his grinning quite infectious in a good way. The fangs or canines. Still looking sharp. Kory lit up a little herself given he expressed the working with others. Money? Kory then looked at him curiously. A friendly challenge perhaps? Her eyes fluttered sweetly as he mentioned accepting her offer. Victor. Yes he was very sweet.
"I generally don't like to gamble, but for you. I could make an exception... Say like a partner in crime? Some where along those lines."
Kory amusingly remarked as she pointedly wasn't sure she phased that right, but it sounded right. Right? Still Partners sounded kind of cool. Her eyes ran over his curiously as something amused him and realised it had been her words. Softly laughing as he questioned. Joked. To her? Or just out loud? As she lightly tapped her lips thinking she could quite render that image. If it so amused him. As motioned closer. So that her tip may graze his own. No need for tip toes, because well. This tamaranean princess was of a decent height.
"I'd say a bit like that, Victor... Talk about Micro Sniffles. It's a nice nose."
Kory smiled brightly that even her eyes smiled amused as well with that gesture. That image now maybe happily in Victor's mind. As Kory regained her nose. Her position. Though her finger gently moved to poke his tip as she admired his nose. Then as she settled back into her spot as Victor's words of children. The detailing. Kory caught most of it. Understood almost. Kory could understand how that could make Victor feel how he did, but he shouldn't be made to feel that way. She was hopeful would find love and more.
"Victor, don't let him rush you. Take your time. You can't make love come to you. Most of the time it just sneaks up on you. Given your nervous at a point, you'll probably caught quite off guard. "
Then finally getting off the phone. With the pies upon their way. Sinking into the couch a little more. Ahhh. Restful. Peaceful. As curtains opened also let in the sun streaks. Heard. Felt his shifting as her fingers played through her hair. She played a little more. Smiling. Enjoying. Before her eyes trailed his friendly as he questioned the jasmine. Before suddenly his eyes were closed and his nostrils were flared. Kory then began to sit upright a little more. Interested as he was speaking about her scent. Geez. He really was smelling her. Half rising her arm to her own nose. It smelled the same. Frowning herself was he trying to order the air around? Relieved as his eyes resumed. Mint! Jasmine and Mint! Well she did always liked mint. It was a nice decent flavour. Her eyes following his expression that he was proud to have sniffed her. Not many men could quite add up with that one. Well almost.
"Yeah a close friend can always smell it in my hair, at least that's what he says… Mint? Oh really? I quite like Mint. Although I'm not sure if I want to smell entirely as something one would want to eat… Oh speaking of… I think that's the pies."
Kory happily mentioned and commented on her appealing as food. As she innocently smiled to him, but she was pleased. He seemed rather pleased about this smell. How she smelled. Silently laughing sweetly to herself. In the given minutes then came the foot falls and the door bell. As the voice behind the door called out. The smell of pies could almost be smelled. With the sounds of carts rolling at the door. As Kory turned her heard in direction to go and get the pies. So best they begin devouring them and refine this master skill of his.

"No it didn't." Victor said with a laugh. "I'm glad I was wearing pants that day." He added still laughing. He reached down and rubbed a spot on his let just above left ankle. "I still remember exactly where it hit me."
Victor listened to Kory talk about not being much of a gambler. "Its an expression. It means that I would give you quite a challenge during the game." He couldn't help but give an amused grin. "Your not from this part of the world are you?" He asked with a light hearted tone.
Victor felt a lump in his throat form when she touched the tip of her nose to his. He swallowed slightly and found himself holding his breath. He was glad that he managed to avoid fainting. Though he didn't know if he was the type to faint. Or how that all worked. But still he was glad he didn't.
'Go ahead hold her!' Lupin insisted.
'Shut up!' Victor mentally snapped in reply.
After she complemented his nose Victor grinned. "Thanks." He said with a slight moment of the word catching in his throat. He eventually managed to get it out.
Then when Kory talked to him about not allowing Lupin to rush him Victor had to reply. "Oh he's been losing for the past two years or so. Though I'm glad he only exist in a mental plane. Otherwise he would be setting me up with a blind date every night." He said then he chuckled. "You should have heard him." He almost said when I met you. But he managed to change what he was going to say to. "When I met this young woman in the park last week." He grinned. "It was somewhat annoying and somewhat comforting."
Then he smiled as she said she wasn't sure about smelling like something one would eat. "Oh don't worry there are plenty of other uses for mints. And they're all nice uses." He smiled. Then he raised his eyebrows and turned to look at the door as Kory pointed out the arival of the pies. He got up and walked over to the door after her and offered to help carry the pies in. "Well those look really good. I've seen pies and those are better looking then any I've ever seen." He said.
