Zatanna poofed on the edge of some abondoned warehouse of West Gotham. "Wow rush" She laughed shaking her head, she usually didn't get dizzy using teleportation unless it was long distances. She decided to explore the town as a hero. She was born and raised in Gotham but she hasn't been back in her home town for a very long time. Much to over due if you had asked Zatanna's opinion.
So what better excuse to look around the town than patrolling. She was just gonna look around the town for crime and probably do some sight seeing to see if anything has changed since her teenage years. Nothing major changed the Wayne Towers were still at the heart of the city, crime flooded the streets though less thanks to Batman but still there was a lot. But some small mom and pop business weren't here anymore. Besides that nothing changed that Zatanna would miss terribly.

On this side of the city it seemed like an normal average day. Hovering above looking down at civilians going on about. Superman was flying with average speed keeping his scanning around like a hawk. He felt that he was the last line of defense in gotham if anything goes wrong or out of hand that Batman or Robin couldn't handle. He was just doing his duty on protecting the humankind with every last breath he got.
He was that type of guy after his upraising in a Kansas family. They were the ones who taught his strong moral compass after all. Superman started to hovered down on the sidewalk. As he saw people looking and waving at him for knowing who he was. He smile gracefully at people waving back. "Seems people starting to know me." He whispered as he smiled on. He felt happy that people were getting know who he was all about. Knowing that they can still be stay from threats with Batman not being around.
Should be somewhat good for him as well as not as much strain is on him with Superman having free time. Superman came down in this part once more just seeing if anymore criminals had risen up to do something. After walking looking around besides the praising people, he hadn't seen nothing wrong so went back up in the air as he run to a jump zooming. He looked ahead to a old ragged building with a woman on there. He saw that she was dressed in black.
Superman's thought she was gonna kill herself just to be that close the edge. He bolted to her safety. He stopped within few feet away from the building gliding in motion as he saw who it was. He smirked as he had his arms crossed up. "So, how have you been?"As he haven't seen Zatanna in awhile just like Batman.

A gust of wind flew past Zatanna forcing her to grab her hat or it'd fall off her head. She smirked hearing a familiar voice before she turned her head to face a familiar red and blue dressed superhero. Super Man was smirking down at her as he floated in mid air she let out a laugh. "I've been fine shows are more popular than ever, what about you? Finally decide to move into Gotham or can Metropolis survive without it's patron hero for a day?" Zatanna asked still smiling.
She missed her friends and now that she thought of it she hadn't seen Superman as well as Batman. Though seeing Superman outside of Metropolis was kind of odd. Zatanna had never really seen him in Gotham something about how it was too depressing for him and she knew he was protective of Lois.

He leaped down on the building where she was. He walked over standing straight up while looking down at the cilvians. He looked back at her responsing to her question."Well for your infomation, I just came here visiting for sometime. I think Metropolis will be in good hands. Thanks to Superboy being been there for my absence for the time being that is."
He didn't tell her about meeting up with Batman. That would be just another thing that Superman is out here in Gotham. He didn't felt it was her business to know why for. It was easy as it easy as he was teamup and taking down some criminals. But, Superman knew that no one better than Batman to go to and have a good plan. Clark did know that he would butt heads with him but, overall could say he was intelligence one. As himself would just use strength over intelligence.
He paused then started to joke in a friendly way. "Your show's are popluar huh?, maybe I should go see one." He knew he wouldn't have time to go with searching every criminal he could find before he tidy up for the next day as Clark Kent then later on it thing's get out of hand, Superman. Plus knowing that she deals with magic wasn't his cup of tea just as much as kryptonite. Even just watching wasn't harmful.

Zatanna laughed at the joke. She knew he wouldn't come to his shows he never did before he and Bats had that thing with magic. It wasn't so bad though she just had to wait till they saw it for themselves. "I did a small free performance in the south district today actually...I'm still having trouble pulling rabbits out of my hat I keep getting bowling balls, manequins and babies" She pouted disappointed.
Pulling rabbits out of hats was the simpliest trick in the book yet she kept getting anything but rabbits. And when she did it was always a stuffed rabbit then a actual rabbit. Her magic was always better when she was fighting crime when she had to be serious. When she was in life or death situations when Zatanna had to be the best she could be.

"Don't be down on yourself. Your making people and kids happy with your magic." He thought kids would get a kick out of her show with her abilities. Besides, she might make another kid wanting to become a magician like herself. Maybe not a skilled one like her but, just an average everyday type of magician. Nothing wrong with a kid being admired. Getting the wrong item out of the hat is silly mistakes that anyone can do. At times, it could amuse the audience.
Clark pat her shoulder as he turned to her. "You can do better. Believe in yourself what counts to make it right." He said with a smile. "Nothing like the saying, Practice makes perfect." Clark remember her in battle with her magic. She has a strong will in it. But, if making little mistakes like that in her magic shows, wonder what would happen if she was in a battle now?
Clark looked down once more zooming in looking at a random man's clock on his wrist. He looked at Zatanna with an idea. "Since were both here on our free time, how about you show me a preview of your magic show?" Saying that to cheer up from her disappointment. If she did mess up, he would still try to encourage her. Of course he would ask her about how things been looking on this part of the city. From the look of it, seems to be the same as most days.
