- Mycroft had just arrived in Gotham, being picked up from the airport by Agent Tiff - an old acquaintance. Jean was also being picked up, yet another FBI agent arriving to help with their effort.

- Lisa was at a bar, stewing over her current troubles, when Joan decided to sit near her to get away from less interesting company. Joan once again couldn't resist doing more than people watching and struck up a conversation. They were briefly interrupted by Mycroft, who recognized Lisa, as well as a barfight.
