Naomi Saw two kids looking at her. while in a glance, one might not have been able to tell they were below 18, Naomi knew. this wasn't her first rodio. She decided to slide next to them thankfully there was more than enough room for her massive butt.
"Mind if I join you?"
She then looked over them and smiled
"You do realize that I know your under 18 right? Look all you guys need to be allowed in here is a shaparone. If anyone ask your with me ok?"
Naomi realized that her Sumo shape had started affecting her Mannerisms as she found herself downing chanko like it was nothing down an 8 bowles. She then let out a giant blech. before covering her mouth with her clawed hand.
"I'm sorry. That was very unlady like."

It wouldn’t be a party in Gotham City, if there wasn’t something going on! As Zahira could observe from where she sat. A man. Two women. The woman in the wheel chair leaving. If this city was ever short of crime, there was plenty of drama. Not that Zahira paid a whole lot of attention as to why. It hardly seemed like her place and trouble in anything remotely romantic. She was certainly as a lose. Not that she was all that lonely. She’s been on her own practically since she was twelve. She hardly even questioned. As Zahira’s dark eyes drew away and back to the food before her on the plate. Bringing some of the curry to her lips… There was certainly a kick. Possibly another. It wasn’t bad, but there was no wham. No true heart. No warm and a little to salty. Not that Zahira was over ally picky, as she was content enough for another taste. Shortly after breaking it with a sip of her drink. Which of course, she had lifted her mask, just enough so she could. Zahira still very much felt apart of the whole costume themed party, even if it still felt so out of left field for her. For now she just remained quiet in her space, of course with little experience, she really had little clue and she wasn’t entirely sure she wanted to dance. Least not now. Not that she really idea what to do other than eat and observe.
Just as eyes take subtle note of a young couple. A very young couple. As Zahira didn’t feel she needed to wrap her brain around that much to figure it out, not that she going to jump up and down about it. Rat them out, kids were going to be kids and this was really on the high up list of concerning. Nor dangerous. It really just landed on how good or how bad security was. Hmmm, or how crafty the kids were. With subtle smirk, suppose she would have done something similar at that age or worst, as her smirk quickly faded. Not lending herself to be taken and very content in leaving the past. Zahira more focused and noted their costumes. Out of sheer reflex. A witch. A vampire… There had certainly been a fair share she had seen… Perhaps even a couple mummies as herself. Although it seemed, zombies and vamps were generally the more popular dead/undead. Her dark eyes didn’t stare, she was never much one for a long length of eye contact, least when she didn’t need to be. It best to stay as in the shadows as possible or well, in the mix of all the people. A shadow she was most unfamiliar with. She of course kept with her senses. It was somewhat hard to completely shut the vibrations down, but she could at times. Settle them down, enough. It sometimes nice, especially in a place with this many people. It was probably why she had hardly felt as the other woman came over to the table with the kids, until was she motioned, bumped a little into Zahira’s table. Just a little, her bowl merely shook. As Zahira’s hands steadied it slightly. Motioned her eyes to look up. Whilst the woman was unknown to Zahira, her costume certainly.. Stood out. It was very curious. ”An Oni…” Zahira remarked half unknowingly as she realised as she did. ”It is a very cool costume!” Zahira added, if by chance she was heard. With simple smile framed somewhat by the mask lifted up enough to eat. Her eyes remained mostly in the dark, but visible enough.
Mask/Costume!

Tim looked up in confusion at Steph. Here phone had started buzzing like crazy, and she finally picked it up to answer. There was a disappointed look on her face and she just muttered "Ok" before hanging up her phone. He gave her a puzzled look.
"Is everything okay, Steph?" He asked earnestly.
"I'm really sorry, Tim. I'm in some trouble with my mom. I thought she was gone for the weekend, but she game home early, and now I'm in trouble. I guess I wasn't really supposed to go off by myself. I'll make it up to you, I promise. See you later." Stephanie said before hugging him and kissing him a quick kiss on the cheek goodbye.
"Alright. Sorry I got you into trouble. I'll see you later" Tim said, a bit disappointed. He stayed at the party, because he didn't really have anything else good to do with his night. He reached into his mouth and pulled off the fake teeth. They were uncomfortable and he looked a little ridiculous. He looked up just as the woman he was looking at earlier sat down next to him.
"Mind if I join you?" She said.
Tim just shrugged, "Might as well."
"If anyone ask your with me ok?"
Tim looked at her a bit puzzled. "Alright, I guess. But, aren't you supposed to be a cop? Aren't you supposed to enforce that I'm not here?" Tim scowled as she let out the huge belch. He just shrugged it off. Today was weird enough anyway.
"I'm sorry. That was very unlady like."
"It's fine."

the young cop gave the young teen a gentle smile. "Kids 14 and under are allowed so long as they are watched over by a willing adult 21 years and older. So long as they don't drink. Well I can tell your over 14, and I'm a willing adult over 21,"
Naomi leaned over and whispered to the young drake. "But if I ever see you trying to order a drink, I'm taking your butt home."
she found herself sipping on her Soda. Naomi wasn't one to drink at least not at places like this. Maybe it was one of those stigmas, but for her alcohol was meant for civilized occasions and something to partake in moderation at best, and certainly not something you down as if it were like water, plus you would not catch her dead drinking beer or scotch. To each their own but not for her, part of it she had to admit that much of this had to do with a fact that she saw an awful lot of people getting drunk off of those two drinks . Getting drunk may have been something that was impossible for her, but she was still very much affected by the issue. She had many calls of drunk drivers, domestic disputes, was she one for prohibition? no not at all, but she was all about responsibility.
She then looked over at Tim. "nice costume" Naomi said with a smile.
