We have requested permission from the Gotham City Police Department to allow a few of our officers to assist in an on going case. There has been evidence and reports of George Wesler aka Greasy Wheel sighted on the outskirts of Gotham City. The suspect is wanted on charges in an ongoing homicide, as well as drug and weapon trafficking charges. We have requested that allowance to send over our current officers working on the case. Detective Riely, Officer Douglas, Offcier Grayson, Officer Madison. These officers have the most experience in dealing with this case regardless of some having joined the force within the last five years. They can provide adequate information and patterns of the suspect. They are to work alongside the Gotham City Police Department. Commissioner Gordon has given us the approval of our actions due to the threat our suspect imposes on their city. Detective Bullock will be heading the case along side of Detective Riely. Detective Riely is going to work behind the scenes on the case where we will put Officer Grayson out in the field along with Detective Bullock at the request of Commissioner Gordon. Officers Douglas and Madison will follow up on Detective Bullock and Officer Grayson. It is known that our suspect is armed and dangerous. Officer Carson out.
This was the report dispatched to both departments over a connected line between the two earlier this morning. Dick Grayson have been notified of this change the other day before all this was known by both forces.
Ok, so this was going to set working for the Outsiders schedule time in the forefront since he'll be in that town first. He knew Kory could cover for the evening with Bludhaven at first. Though he could be a bit prideful over letting others help him with his city. Ok, maybe more of Bruce rubbed off on him than he thought at times. He was still better at allowing the help and teaming up with them. And then again, it was Kory.
His schedule had been set to the evening patrols. Though this this hanging over their heads, the four current Bludhaven officers would be seeing a lot of overtime on this case. They wanted to shut it down as quick as possible and with as few officers as possible being shipped over to Gotham.
Dick had gotten up that morning and headed over with one of the other officers. He knew Gotham like the back of his hand. Another strong reason to send him in on this case.
There was a bit of chit chat between him and officer Madison. Who in fact was officer Jamie Madison. She was decent in her dealings with the rest of the force. Though Dick did not trust anyone on the force that dealer in the corruption of that force and down. Jamie did minor things and had been on the force for seven years.
The chat consisted of just a few details of the case as well as figuring out that the Nickname Greasy Wheel came from the letters of his first and last name. Though why those words? They had a laugh over that as they made their way over the the headquarters of the Gotham City Police Department.
In uniform and ready to get to work, both Officer Grayson and Officer Madison set aim for Detective Bullocks office quarters. There they would find Detective Riely finishing up on a plan to brief the Gotham Police on about the case. Officer Douglas was along side him. A veteran over 10 years. He was more than qualified to be promoted to the next position up, if he stood a chance against that slimy Sargent. Detective Riely had 10 years experience on the force, 7 years which were spent as a detective. One of the top 5 leading detectives on the Bludhaven Force. Commissioner Gordon requested they send the top ones on the case. And Dick could figure he had a hand in the picking of who he wanted to influence his force seeing as he did not need any more trouble under their department without corruption from another town influencing them.
Not that it would happen overnight. But this was Gotham. You never knew who could be a two-face in this town at times.
Officer Grayson and Officer Madison approached Detective Bullock's office. Giving a knock on the door as they entered.
"Detective Bullock, this is Officer Jamie Madison and Officer Richard Grayson," Detective Riely introduced the two as they walked in.

Word traveled quickly through the halls of the Gotham City Police Department. That was especially the case in the Major Case Unit. And the folks in the MCU knew that it would irk Harvey Bullock to no end to learn that he had been hand picked to aid some out-of-towners track down a suspect in a homicide investigation.
"Whose wife did you screw to get that assignment?" one of his fellow detective mockingly asked as soon as Bullock entered the building.
"Obviously the wrong one," Bullock shot back without breaking stride.
Once he'd filled his coffee mug, grabbed a bear claw and the morning's sports page, the detective plopped down in the seat behind his desk. While slurping down some of his hot java, Bullock looked over the memo outlining the particulars of the investigation. "As if we don't have enough of our own perps to deal with!" he blurted out to no one in particular. "And what the hell kinda name is Greasy Wheel? Sounds like a mechanic... or a snitch. Not some criminal mastermind..." With those off-the-cuff complaints vocalized, Bullock took a healthy bite out of his doughnut and decided he should keep his grumbling to himself. The assignment apparently came from none other than Commissioner James Gordon. He whispered to himself, "Don't wanna tick off ol' Gordo."
Knowing that he wouldn't have much to do until he met with the bunch from Bludhaven, Bullock spread open his newspaper to read about the upcoming football game between his beloved Gotham Rogues and their rivals from Baltimore. "I friggin' hate everything about Baltimore!" he loudly declared, once again speaking to no one in particular.
While he didn't embarrass easily, Bullock was a little red-faced once he realized that his words of hate towards the rival city had been overheard by the threesome from Bludhaven. They'd just entered the room.
Though Detective Reily spoke, Harvey's gaze went immediately to Officer Madison. She was pretty damn sexy. Maybe this gig wouldn't be so bad, after all. Once he'd finished his flash fantasy about what type of lingerie Madison might have on underneath, Bullock glanced over at Officer Grayson. "Something familiar about you, kid," he offered before shaking that thought out of his head.
He knew he needed to be focusing on the task at hand. It suddenly dawned on him that they might be meeting with him for a while before heading out in the field. Bullock rose from his seat and apologized. "Where are my manners? Pull up a chair. Have a seat..." With his tiny office only having room enough for one chair on either side of his desk, he suggested, "On second thought, why don't we go grab a bite to eat? There's a diner right across the street." He hoped none of the out-of-towners-- especially Officer Madison-- would judge him for craving a meal even though he clearly had been working on a 750-calorie gut bomb of a bear claw. "That way we can spread out, and you can tell me everything I need to know about Mr. Greasy Wheel."

"A pleasure," Officer Madison responded politely to being introduced.
She did not say more than that. She knew what many men were like in this department. It wasn't like she hadn't heard the stories between the gossip lines of some of her friends worked on the Gotham department as well. One actually being her cousin who worked for the Gotham department.
"I wouldn't be surprised," Dick replied in return to Detective Bullock's comment.
He would leave it at that, seeing as they seemed to be in a rush to go over the details and responsibilities of the two joined departments.
That and Dick wasn't all about sharing about him being the 'ward' of billionaire Bruce Wayne. He had quite the record with the press and police, Bruce that is. As for Dick...ok, maybe he had a few speeding tickets from when he first got his license and his first motorcycle when he was sixteen. At least when he was first legally allowed to drive as a civilian. He had plenty of experience before that with the many vehicle he had worked with as Robin.
"That sounds like a good idea, Detective Bullock," replied Detective Riely.
"Greasy Wheel," Officer Douglas muttered under his breath as he lead the way out of the tiny office.
Officer Madison, Detective Riely, and Dick knew the reason. As Officer Douglas had been on the case the longest and several of the corrupt officers that worked under his supervision had fouled the cases. And he knew the reasons. As long as that guy was on the streets, that was how some of them saw their extra money in their 'side jobs'.
"Don't mind Officer Douglas. Some of us have a bone to pick when that scum ball is in custody," Detective Riely replied, maybe half jokingly.
As they all headed out the door and down the hall.
It did not take them long before they were across the street at the diner seated. They were all led to a large table to seat their party of five.
Dick sat adjacent to Officer Madison, as Officer Douglas took the seat across from him. Detective Riely was trailing behind Detective Bullock.

Bullock wasn't trying to be a horse's ass, but damn if it wasn't hard. Blüdhaven. The city may have been located just down the coast, but-- at least in Harvey's not-so-humble opinion-- there was no comparison between Blüdhaven and Gotham City. "Welcome to the big leagues, boys!" he so desperately wanted to tell them. But he bit his lip and told himself not to start any pissing contests with the out of town invaders. As long as they didn't foul up one of his go-to sources or pull him away from any of his active investigations, he'd be okay. He could hold their hands until they'd located Grassy Knoll or Greasy Wheel or whatever the hell his name was. If that's what Commissioner Gordon had decreed from up on high, that's what he'd do.
As they made their way into their seats in the diner, Bullock couldn't help but notice that the seat next to Officer Madison remained unoccupied. Though a little footsie under the table might be nice if it was just the two of them, he didn't feel the necessity given the collection of other folks at the table. Opting to "keep things professional", Bullock held out his hand as a gesture that Detective Reily should take the other seat in the booth. Bullock would pull up a chair and sit at the end of the table.
"Mornin', Harv..." Based on his positioning with his back to the counter, he couldn't see who was speaking. But the voice was unmistakable. "Maxine," he said, introducing the woman to his counterparts from Blüdhaven. "She's been waitressing at greasy spoons like this one for forty-plus years. I remember her workin' at an ol' joint called 'Mother's' when I was a little kid... How ya doin', Max?"
"I was a lot better before you started tellin' everyone how old I am," she quickly shot back through a rigid voice that had been tarnished by decades of heavy smoking. "You want your usual breakfast?"
"Not today... I don't think these guys would appreciate me pounding a fifth of whiskey on company time," he said only half-jokingly. "Better just give me some coffee, a couple eggs sunny side up, and a couple slices of toast."
As Maxine went around the table taking the orders of the rest of the posse, Bullock let his thoughts drift to how he'd just described her. Waitressing at greasy spoons for years... Greasy spoons. Hmm... Most likely a coincidence. But who knows? Maybe cholesterol was the guy's weapon of choice.

Detective Reily accepted the offer to take the seat near his fellow force member. As the waitress came up, most of them seemed ready to order by the time Detective Bulock had finished the friendly banter between him and the waitress.
Dick had not frequented this place often while he had lived in Gotham. Not exactly the type of place him and his friends from school would hang out while growing up here.
Then again, he didn't always hang out with the 'normal' high school friends when he had been around with the Titans. There were so many places in Gotham to go out and eat.
The others placed their orders as the waitress asked.
"I'll take some eggs, bacon, hash, and black coffee," Detective Reily said.
"The french toast sounds good, and some OJ," Officer Madison followed.
"Some pancakes and coffee, thanks," Dick piped in as they continued ordering.
"I'll just have a decaf coffee and a scone," Officer Douglas said.
As the menus were passed over to the waitress, Detective Reily turned to Detective Bullock.
"I'm sure you read over the profile that was sent to your department regarding Greasy," Detective Reily inquired.
They might as well get onto business while they waited for their food to arrive.
"What's there to know? The nickname says it all. I'm sure he squeals and gets away a lot," Officer Madison added rather lack of humor.
"If he squeals, he hasn't help anyone on this case. We all know he's the one who killed that family downtown," Dick added in.
Which was true. The details of the file told that this guy was wanted for a triple homicide. And it was a family at that. A possible former gang member that Greasy Wheel had a grudge against. So a domestic call was on file regarding the family's father and this man leaving the scene before police could get a hold on him a week or two pass.
And next thing you know it, the family is found dead in their apartment a week or two later. A father, mother, and their daughter found slain during the night. A neighbor had reported the finding since the door was found open and their had been arguing heard the night before. The gun shots had been enough for him to run from the scene before covering anything up.
"He's scum," Officer Douglas replied.
Most of them at the table knew that Officer Douglas's granddaughter had been friends with the little girl who lost her life. They had gone to school together. That was about as close as any of them tied to the case knew of the family. Though Officer Douglas had arrested the father several time on other occasion, but was cleaning up his act.
