So much for chilling out for the night and watching the weekly monster flick. As if that was really much of an option. Well, some nights were quieter than others, despite how gruesome Gotham can be, but quiet was definitely not going to come easy tonight. Not for the Outsiders, if the lead that they had been recently chasing was anything to go on and well, for Arsenal was certainly more than just a gut feeling. The hairs on the back of his neck stood up for a reason, surprisingly less fear and more his hunter instincts. Attacks happened all the time in Gotham and these were reported in small detail to the public. Some hushed down to a possible dog attack and perhaps even a cat attack. Teeth. Claws. Bodies town apart. What ever it was, was potentially not human. Though it was clearly no dog or cat, from the details the team had uncovered so far. From the tracking the Outsiders had led, seemed to fall down more into the sewer region… Of course there was no telling how vast that would spread… The Outsiders wouldn’t sit to find out… As it was already a few hours from midnight. As Arsenal had began his look through the database and checked cameras. Checked all reports, even the smallest. There was already a sign… A hit. Perhaps a sighting, located in one of the large subway tunnels between the east and west route… Now was the time to re-group and to take action… Arsenal had already put out the alert to the other members of the outsiders. Signalling, it was time for business, to set out the plans and get this thing rolling… One of the bigger unknown was really exactly what they’d be faced with and just how many. There were some physical descriptions to go on, but they were so vague and not always the most solid to go on… It merely meant they had to be prepared for the worst. In most cases, they’ve been through worst several times round… Though with the signs these were creatures, not humans. It certainly suggested more explosives.
Arsenal moved out of the main section of the bunker and into the back room. That the entrance for was generally well hidden, which contained a lot of his babies. Weapons, for the Outsiders, Particularly for the ones that needed them… A lot were his. He was called Arsenal for a reason and tonight… Tonight he need to be seriously packing with his Arsenal. Without of course being completely weighed down, but surprisingly how his suit was made. That was never a problem. Even if he was completely out of the shadow of The Emerald Archer. Arsenal could adapt. This was what he loved to do. This what he needed to do. As he began gather up arrows. Sticking them in his quiver that would be strapped to his back and small that was strapped to the belt at his waist. Grabbing at knives. Blades. Cross bow. Fire arms. Bolas… Tucking all these weapons in different places within his red suit. Before zipping up the rest of his suit up and snug. It was tight. Firm, but was not in anyway restrictive and no weapon would just randomly fall out of place, despite he was literally loaded. He could almost hear voices, movement in the bunker, potentially of the other members. Ready for action. Though Arsenal did make another signal, even though Outsiders was not so much about friendship and such. He did know that in calling upon Black Canary, she was someone that they needn’t worry about whether they could trust her or not and they really could use all the help they can get, if this truly turned out to be a monster mash. That was of course if she was up for it, but if she was in town. He was almost sure she wouldn’t turn it down. Canary was practically family.
The last thing Arsenal needed, was explosives. Generally homemade, it was kinda like the kfc secret. No one really needed to know his steps to build a bomb, because quite frankly not all bombs or explosives were the same. Though they certainly wouldn’t go off until he wanted to, well that was the hope. That was the reason for testing, but then of course one can only test so much… One thing was for sure they’d be effective. Though blowing up the city of course wasn’t really part of his plan, but things were more important depending on the level of danger. At the end of the day Arsenal wasn’t going to care about a few missed placed bricks and more about missed placed bodies. As his gloves hands fidgeted with few of his explosives. Which decent amount of care. Before loading them up… Perhaps in less style, but practical in a back pack. He certainly had to make do without his connections, but clearly he made it work brilliantly enough. Putting the strap of the bag over his shoulder. Lifting his cap momentarily to run a hand through his red faux hair, before straightening his cap back in place. Moving away from rows of weapons, to head back to the main section of the bunker. Expecting the rest of the Outsiders to be there. Loaded and ready to disperse.

Does a person ever become completely used to this City a figure clad in white with gold trim to match the gold emblem on her chest, all of it shimmering with the moonlight that reflected off her back as she flew the Gotham City skies, asked herself. If it wasn't for the wisdom of Solomon or courage of Achilles backing her every play, thus champion of the gods wasn't sure she could handle it day in and day out. Not only did she have those aforementioned assets however but she had them in spades plus she had heart. Still, Gotham would have to be the only place she'd ever been whee the chill has less to do with the evening air and more to do with the late night environment. Dangerous even during the day, it blew the roof off itself after dark, this city did.
Even with all that was wrong with this city, day in and day but, there were still good people in it, such as Diana and Dinah Lance. Others that called themselves crime fighters and vigilantes as well. She had a few ventures in costume of her own, but thus far, word hadn't spread about her to the point she was well known. At least as far as she knew. But with the number if other heroes in costume that seemed to populate Gotham, it wasn't easy finding enough to do to keep her alter ego busy, being the new cape on the block and all. Add o that mix the fact that Mary Bromfield not only worked with Diana and Dinah, but she also lived with Dinah at the moment, and that muddied the stew even further.
The last few nights had been different however. Hence the reason for sneaking out tonight and taking to patrolling the skies over Gotham. Investigating reports she had stumbled upon of creatures with animal like characteristics involved in random attacks in Gotham brought her to where she was now, descending out of the clouds towards a gateway leading to where the city's subway tunnels would intersect with the sewer system. It was a dirty job but someone had to look into it. This had better not turn out to be a wild goose chase or I will not be a happy camper. Of course if it turned out the creature she were trying to track down really was a wild goose, it would give her something to write home about, but would anyone believe it?

Jason opened the front door of his shabby apartment and walked over to the blue denim couch. He lifted his black backpack off of his muscular figure and threw it onto the ground. He fell down onto the couch and sighed. He reached over to the wooden coffee table in front of him and grabbed a small black TV remote. He turned on the TV and flipped through the channels. Nothing good. As usual. Jason had started to question why he was still paying for cable. Well, it's not like he was hurting on money, but it was still annoying. After about five minutes of channel switching, then twenty-one year old man just decided to leave it on the Food Network. Atleast it was Cutthroat Kitchen.
Jason watched about half the episode before he slipped into slumber. He enjoyed the sleep, which he rarely got these days, for about two hours. The communicator in his ear started beeping. Jason immediately woke up and looked down at the watch on his wrist. There was the message.
All Outsiders. Report to Bunker immediately.
Jason scowled and immediately hopped off of the couch. He ran to his room and grabbed a red backpack from under his bed. It contained his Red Hood gear, which he would put on later. He just needed to get to the Bunker. Jason left his apartment and jumped onto his motorcycle out front. He immediately started it up and drove off towards the bunker. He entered through the secret entrance and stopped in the center of the large bunker. He stepped off of it just as Roy was walking back into the main room. Luckily, no one else was there yet. Jason took the partial privacy to his advantage and pulled off his white t-shirt and black jacket, revealing a fairly pale, yet muscular chest. He pulled down his black jeans, revealing his muscular legs covered in knee high, black boxer shorts. He zipped open his bag and pulled out his armored pants, armored shirt, leather jacket, red helmet, and utility belt. He quickly pulled them all on, besides the helmet.
Jason held up his finger to Roy to show that he would be right back. He jogged over to the armory and grabbed some of his knives, a remington, two desert eagles, and some other various weapons. He equipped them and walked back over to Roy.
"What's the situation."

Somewhere close to the outskirts of Bludhaven, Starfire was doing business. Strapped into her purple suit and accessories. Red hair tossed out in flames and muscles flared from the heated aggression. Tying up loose ends, if one wanted to put a literal spin on it all. Much to help Nightwing with his city, as per usual when the tamaranean princess wasn’t taking care of titan business. It was on the slightly lighter side, but one could never know when things would really go on the flip side and Starfire was barely at the point to wipe her hands, before the familiar buzz came… No, not that Titan kind of buzz that almost had a fun little beat to it. This was outsiders, less bells and whistles. More, well almost like the jaws, although it barely got Starfire flinching in fright. In all her sweetness filled with sugar, Starfire was still very much a warrior… Ready for action. ’All Outsiders. Report to the Bunker immediately’ Sprang from the message in her contact device, fashioned in one of the decorative jewels on Starfire’s suit… With a couple mere moments to finish taking care of business at hand, Starfire didn’t linger much after that. Easily springing from her feet and floating up out of the surrounding trees, up into the darkening night. Flying with ease and swiftly through the city of Bludhaven. Which could almost, match Gotham in its grim night appeal, suppose Bludhaven wasn’t as big. In mere flashes of headlights some good feet below coming towards Starfire and away from her, she was soon with the City of Gotham. There was almost a change in the air, perhaps cooler. Perhaps more chilly to others, but it still prick Starfire’s hairs on her arms, just a tad. Heading in the direction of the Bunker in the east area, though she certainly contemplated what was the call for tonight. There was a couple of things she was aware on the radar, perhaps little to go on, but a birds eye view was never something to sniffle at. As she flew with swift speed. The tamaranean kept her eyes very much out in the open, piercing as much as she could through the darkened alleys. Looking for anything out of the ordinary, for a city like this, it wasn’t uncommon. Nothing, than possible grouping of a gang or was that a business deal. As she looked a little closer without running into a building, her stealth was seriously very on point, generally speaking. Hmmm. She did sniff the air out a bit as odd as it would seem, but Starfire does have excellent sense of smell, more so than humans. Apart of the fumes, mix of chemicals and the sewage. There was certainly something else in the air, or more perhaps below ground. Perhaps it was just a mutant rat, but somehow Starfire doubted that… There was certainly something familiar about it. Not investigating it greatly, more observing as Starfire then landed and through to the bunker through one of the back tunnels.
Once in the Outsider’s Bunker, Starfire made her way through. Entering into the main grouping area. With the various screens showing different corners of Gotham. Though her bright green eyes glanced, she quickly caught the silhouettes, shadows coming from the armoury. Hoping most were here or would be close behind her. As she stepped a little closer and walked past the screens. There was certainly activity happening. Some smaller crimes springing up, but seemed if not Batman or even Robin, the police would be on those cases. With muscles still itching from the last fight and the brinks of sweat. Starfire was certainly ready for what ever fight would be facing the Outsiders. As she motioned towards the shadows and stopped shortly at the entrance. Her hands rested gently on her hips. Eyes fell upon Arsenal, literally strapping his Arsenal in all various spots on his body. Then on the Hood, following suit in the collecting of weapons. It could certain make one feel a little bit left out, she certainly knew how to wield weapons, quite a lot of them, most not even found on Earth, but she was in herself in a way a weapon.
”Greetings, Arsenal. Red hood… That is a lot of artillery… What are we hunting?”
Simple, supposedly formal, but mostly with a good once of friendly. As Starfire greeted the two marked men. With a simple smile and gleam to her eyes. As under it all, she still very much just saw Roy and Jason… Suppose it was to be ironic how they were both going about collecting of weaponry, Starfire raised a slight playful eyebrow and yet curious… Was there something specific? Perhaps it was something big. Perhaps there was a group. Or simply unknown or very little. Either really explained the need of so many weapons… Starfire stepped as side as she asked more directly to Arsenal, she knew hunting when she saw it. As Arsenal then left the armoury and entered back to the main section of the Bunker, with Starfire and Red Hood shortly behind.
