She maneuvered her body through the lines of red lights criss crossing across the hallway. Her hand touching the ground to hold her entire weight in the air, as her leg went over another light of the security system only to push herself over completely. If the security cameras were functioning they would have seen the display as a beautiful dance that appeared far too easy to the woman dressed as a cat, her large red goggles over her eyes. She stood gracefully once she passed through it, her whip around her waist. A smile danced across her lips, as she flipped back her hair, even though it was stuffed beneath her cowl. Most girls enjoyed days at the spa. Selina prefered a night about town.
She walked with confidence to the museum's new exhibit featuring a Sphinx dated back to 150BC. She had the security guards schedule trapped in her mind. She would be in and out before they even came back from their break. She made a turn and stopped at the entrance, blinking in bewilderment as she caught sight of a man wearing a bright green suit, hat, and a purple domino mask looking at her sphinx.
She stayed silent, walking towards him with quiet steps, coming up right behind him. She tilted her head, judging the strange lanky person before her. He wasn't a guard or staff. The mask definitely suggested criminal though she was curious how he had managed to maneuver himself inside, based on the cane, it didn't appear he moved fast.
She kicked out his cane with a gentle tap and the man collapsed on the ground almost instantly. "I do hope your mother didn't teach you to dress like that," she said, as she walked around him like a feline watching over it's prey. Her hand rolling her whip around in the air.
