Oliver had met Dinah many years ago. A silly little girl in the wrong party at the worst time, and he'd walked her home. She'd snagged his number. They'd kept in contact. Until the island. Getting back, it took him a while; he didn't know what to do. Didn't know how to handle getting back into a world where everything was supposed to be normal again--so it had taken him a while to settle in and start to get his life back together. He was expected to go on the same track as before, and once he was cleaned up, and off the pain meds, his bones finally healed properly in certain places, he was good to start branching out. Dinah Lance was one of those people you didn't forget about. Smart-mouthed blondie with sass and an annoying tendency to call him out for not being honest. He'd heard she'd been through some shit while he was gone, too--because he had looked it up. So Oliver got flowers. Daisies. Happy little flowers. And with that, he knocked on her door.

Dinah had been up late at her new job the night before so she was just now drinking a cup of what was left of her orange juice when the knock came to the door. She groaned inwardly as she set down her glass and moved toward the sound. It was three locks later that she had the door open, no chain to see Oliver Queen on her stoop.
Her eyes widened, she looked like a train wreck, her hair every which way, she was wearing a tank top and under only as she made one of the girliest sounds ever. She squeaked and threw her arms around his neck.
She had been at his funeral, she had seen him return but his mom had denied her coming to see him so the fact that he was here, now meant that he came to see her which made her happy, excited and.... well lets face it, when she met him five years ago she had developed a crush on him before he disappeared.
"Oh my god Ollie! It's so good to see you," she said as she hugged him and pulled back. She went from not awake to awake in all of about five seconds.

"Hey," Oliver laughed a bit, softly, returned the hug and held her for a moment. She had always been like another little sister to him. She was a few years older than Thea was but all the same...
He had always seen her as a little girl.
She was in fact not not not a little girl anymore. She was all grown up. Boobs and all. Pressed right into his chest. Yeah. He noticed.
"Just waking up, Blondie? I don't think you are quite old enough to drink yet, you haven't been partying too hard have you?" he teased her, cheekily.

Dinah shook her head and smiled at him, grabbing his wrist and pulling him inside, closing the door with her foot. "No, I have a new job but you're going to laugh when you hear what it is," she advised him with a large smile as she hopped up to sit on her kitchen counter and.

"Am I?" He handed her the daisies with a smile.
"You'll have to tell me about this new job," he said, leaning on the counter next to her.
Damn those thighs, though. He didn't touch. But oh he wanted to. But it sort of more than confused him. She was practically his sister. Such thoughts were imprudent. Unpure. Bad.
But holy fuck those thighs... He wanted to feel if they were as nice to touch as they were to glance at. He was determined to keep his eyes on her face. Fucking. Determined.

Dinah took the flowers and set them to her side, she had never been very girlie so they were sweet, the sentiment wasn't lost on her but she was more interested in talking to her old friend. "I'm a singer down at the Troubadour," she said scrunching her nose as she smiled at him.
"Oh," she said suddenly as she shook her head. "I didn't even ask. Are you hungry or thirsty or anything? How have you been?"

Oliver grinned. "I'm good." He nodded a bit. "Been adjusting. You are a hard woman to track down, miss Dinah Lance, did you know that?" He smirked.
It had taken him longer than he would have liked to find her. He had spent a couple of long days in front of a computer in the effort to do so. He would have rather been here a week ago or sooner. He hadn't been back long but he had been back almost too long to have gone without seeing her and he felt quite guilty about it.

"That's probably because I just got back into town a few months ago," she advised him with a slight shrug. She had been training the last two years and that's why her thighs looked like he should touch them and that he wanted them wrapped around him. It was a lot of work to get them to look that way.
"I did try to come see you, after you got back but your mom said that I couldn't or else I would have seen you the week you got out of the hospital," she couldn't resist like he could, she reached out and placed a hand on the side of his face. "I've missed you," she advised with a smile.

"She didn't tell me. A lot of shit went down that week though. So it's understandable I suppose... I missed you, too." He turned his face and kissed her palm.
Her hands weren't the same hands. Her thighs were not the same thighs. She was ... Something.
A new person. She must have gone through raw hell herself to have changed so drastically besides the growing up. It was not what he had expected at all. Yet here she was. His hand moved without his permission but he stopped himself, and it rested near her thigh on the counter instead.
Sister. Sister. Sister. Sister. Sister.

"I really wish you would have been here when my parents died. I didn't have anyone to talk to," she advised him with a sad smile as she let her hand drop from his face. "Nothing like what you went through I'm sure," she said as she looked down toward the floor.
She was trying to figure out what exactly to do here, she had wanted to kiss him in that moment but she didn't. She felt all of those school girl feelings still and they were silly. No way in the world that Oliver Queen liked her in return. It was a good fantasy though.

"I read about what happened. I'm sorry," he said softly. His hands didn't listen. One rubbed her silky, strong thigh and it was like a lightbulb.
They weren't related. She was not a little kid anymore.
In one swift, thoughtless motion he pulled her forward slightly, arm going around her middle and he kissed her, his other hand tangling into her already messy hair.

Dinah's heart skipped a beat as Ollie pulled her into a kiss. It took a few moments for her to respond. Her legs wrapped around his waist as she slipped her hands around his neck. One hand sliding up the back of his head into his hair.
This was a terrible idea. They were supposed to be just friends, he was way too old for her and her dad had hated him before he died but this was all she could hope for. She had wanted nothing more than this kiss for a really long time. When the kiss broke, she didn't let go of him, settling her forehead against his as she tried to catch her breath.
The kiss was better than she had ever imagined it would be and she had no words, she wanted to just keep kissing him....

He gasped for breath, himself, a little shaky after such an intense kiss. He wanted nothing more than to do it all over again. His hands ran over her taught thighs slowly and steadily, taking in the feel of her skin... God, this was wrong. This was five minutes from illegal... He didn't care. Oliver stopped caring about that about five minutes ago before he had started to kiss her.
He kissed her again, more needy, more passionate. Not playful little kisses, real ones. Extremely adult ones.

Had Dinah stopped to think about this logically she would have known this was just him reacting to her body and not the fact that it was her. He always talked to her but he didn't know the new her and he had never made an indication that he liked her, hell he always seemed like an overbearing brother that she never had.
Yet, there they were. Making out in her tiny kitchen.
It went from talking to kissing in seconds and minutes later they were still kissing.
Dragging her hands down his back she reached the bottom of his shirt, she wrapped her fingers into it and moved to take it off.

He allowed her to do so, but with the stop of the kisses he turned a bit red about the ears. Multiple girls had already rejected him on the basis of the scars when he had drunkenly sought companionship, when he was originally trying so hard to fit back in.
He had long since given that up.
The Chinese slur down his side, the Bratva star, the dragon over his shoulder that was lightly faded from too much sun exposure... The sharkbite, the lashings, stabbings, bad falls, beatings... reminders of how unforgiving the world had been on Lian Yu.
