Supergirl let the way. Whether the rest of the team would follow her lead or not, that was up to them. She had made arrangements for Hawkgirl to meet with Arsenal.
And it was almost midnight. She flew toward pier 20. It was a discreet location on the pier. It was far enough away from the main roads that passed and it was lightly used for trafficking.
The bunker wasn't too far front there. But far enough it would only take minutes for the team to get there. Seconds for Supergirl, but she decided to pace herself to let the team keep up.
She knew Arsenal would get there soon enough. After all that was who Hawkgirl needed to meet with over the matters of joining the team.
Kara kept out of sight of any lights that passed by the area. Either from passing ships/boats, or cars on the roads.
She could hear the sound of wings coming their way and knew Hawkgirl would be there soon.
Kara landed and stayed on top of the one boat house, waiting for Hawkgirl.

Nothing if not punctual, Shayera leaves her apartment and flies down to the appointed meeting place. It isn't a very long flight at all - practically next door when you can move as fast as she can. Normally she's not one to avoid the spotlight - not that she's one to seek it out, but as far as she's concerned it's a good thing if everyone knows that she's out there - but she knows that the Outsiders as a group operate differently than she does when she's alone and is sure that they'd rather that nobody knew that Hawkgirl was in the dockyards tonight. So as she carves a path through the city's night sky, she intentionally weaves her way through it in a way least likely to clue anyone in to her whereabouts.
Except for people with Kryptonian super-senses, anyway - that's a bit beyond her. Especially when she's flying at night - she hates flying at night - when the darkness diminishes her vision. But though she can't see the gathering Outsiders, she can hear them quite clearly with her own super-senses. She's coming in on a rather fast glide when she nears the pier, but a the last moment she flares her wings - slowing herself to an abrupt halt and landing neatly in one smooth movement near Supergirl.
"Good evening," she says with a nod, her tone very serious. In fact, not just her tone, but everything from her expression to the way she folds her arms as she waits for this chat they're about to have get started. But that shouldn't surprise anyone - even those who don't know her very well know of her reputation for being very hardcore about her work. That, and her temper - boy, does she have a temper! Then again, she's also known for her hawk-like helmet, but she hasn't worn that since she reappeared in Gotham. Her mace, on the other hand, is fastened to her hip like it almost always is - if she's not using it, anyway.

"Evening, glad you made it," Supergirl replied.
She kept her balance with ease on the rooftop. Using her powers slightly to help. But it had been the easiest place to stay out of sight from the ground level just yet.
"Arsenal should be here soon. Mr. Happy himself dropped by to give Arsenal a heads up on this meeting. How does he get this information? Unless he heard from you," Supergirl said.
It puzzled her sometime how Batman did get his information. His family could be the same way at time. But he could even leave them stumped it seemed.
She knew it wasn't just her. Even Kal had said about that. Another reason Batman was among the top of the vigilantes and heroes club it seemed. Though he ran solo as much as possible.

Though she doesn't have the same powers that Supergirl does, Shayera nevertheless keeps her balance on the roof with relative ease - you get good at standing on things when you can fly and often land in unusual places, and while she has no internal way of keeping herself in place her wings make excellent additional limbs to help correct any imbalances in her position.
"I know," she says simply about Arsenal coming, and not simply because that was the whole point of this meeting. "'Mr. Happy'?" she questions, but is quick enough to figure that one out before Supergirl has a chance to explain. "Oh! Yes, it came up when I talked to him earlier," she says idly, as if she doesn't think much of that, while actually most of the conversation was relating to the subject. The girl doesn't need to know about how strongly the man tried to put his oar into this, though, but she's happy to destroy the mystery in how he knew.
Still, after she says that her expression slowly turns to one of brooding thought, as what she's pondering now makes her progressively more and more ticked off the longer that she thinks about it. Fortunately, it has absolutely nothing to do with Supergirl personally.

Initially Arsenal had left the bunker in form and in lead, but Kara soon broke past… Perhaps Arsenal was still nursing his nose and maybe someone else was nursing…. His eyes brushed Nightwing, before he could finish that thought. Hardly letting out a darkened chuckle… Before his masked and shaded eyes covered the surroundings of the bunker… Now pointedly through the various warehouses and darkened spots surrounding the docks… There was even a ship blowing somewhere off in the distance… Almost on time… Thankfully Kara did take lead. Arsenal was short behind on foot, before half assed in the air. Though less looking like a weird assed monkey… Hmmm, could he sell you on, Peter Pan? Surprisingly he had sold on being a lost boy… Once or twice… Smooth, as Arsenal landed stealthily on the roof… Sure, no fancy cape blowing in the wind effect, no fire trail or pixie sticks. Though he was red all over and filled with weaponry… A few good feet along the roofs, as Arsenal approached Supergirl and Shayera Hol, formerly known as Hawkgirl, as it almost danced across his eye wear, but unnecessary. He might not know her first handily so well, but he knew her by name. Or by wings or mace…. Powerful… Strong willed, something told him to expect that… His pacing was general, not his classic speediness, but he wasn't slow…. Starfire lingered to halt somewhere in the air, behind… As Arsenal came towards and upon the mention of… "Mr Happy"?
"I thought I was, Mc Happy!"
Arsenal stopped a little beside Supergirl, his balance swell as ever, as he lightly jested and raised a brow to the young blonde. He hadn't really listened intently to the conversation he had walked in on, but he knew they were talking about Batman. He was a hot subject… Or cold subject, depending of where you stand. Arsenal mostly just talking himself up or down… Though it wasn't untrue, he was compared to a 'happy meal'. Arsenal could be comforting, with special toy surprises. Arrows. Knives. Scissors. Pennies. Blowing up kinda things. He was full of fun. Despite there was little play of an actual smile on his lips. Despite his reputation he could be a little wild… He did take work seriously and putting Outsiders together wasn't just a spurring thought. He didn't just wake up to it and he wasn't the only one that needed them. No. He put it together for, them… For those that were passed the discovery of a titan and not wanting the JLA mould of approval nor any real lime light… They were underground. They were… Outsiders… From what little Arsenal was told, thanks to Batman… Arsenal could only guess if Hawkgirl, was an Outsider herself… There was only one way he was going to know and that was from her.
"Arsenal! You must be Sheyera Hol! I hear you are looking for work? You must forgive me… Mr Happy, didn't exactly leave me with very much detail… Other than that and something about a second chance… How much did Batman tell you about the Outsiders?"
Introducing himself, not as routine, but to a point. Offering with the reach of his hand, to shake Shayera's. He says her name with less question, what are the chances of another Thanagarian on the roof, though he is personally thrilled to finally put a face to the name… Especially with so little Batman had said and Arsenal is aware of the mace upon her hip… He could admire a good weapon and he was truly eager to see what damage she could do with it… Strictly for the team of course… To which he asked, casually… Hopefully not so casually, but with little he was informed with. There was little he could truly lead with, to which he openly admits. Without sounding completely stupid.. Mentions Batman's words of a 'second chance'. To allow Sheyera to tell or inform how ever much or little she wanted Arsenal to know… That he might need to know… Although he may know briefly as any hero that may have been in the know, he probably doesn't know well enough to actually be someone that can give her 'that' second chance. How could he if he doesn't know what its for. The reason 'he' is intrigued for Sheyera to join the Outsiders, is a little different. She could bring a lot to the team.. Of course, he knows in the back of his mind, betrayal of a team from the inside was something you need to avoid, but as he asks Sheyera in what Batman may have told ' her' or simply what she knows about the team… One of the key factors of putting the group together in the first place was in ways to put old baggage aside. The last thing Arsenal even remotely wants Sheyera to feel, is Arsenal offering a chance out of pity. Because he simply isn't… Despite… Sure, he knew about 'second chances' as Batman so politely asked Arsenal… Under the mask, he had is own issues. His own problems. He was still recovering from his addiction to alcohol. His depression. His whatever you wish to call it… His baggage. Which led to the Outsiders, in a sorta weird twist… Sure her baggage, was a little more prominent in danger, it could be a little more dangerous to weigh it against the rest. Who knows… Hopefully, Arsenal will find out, what he needs to know.
