It was obvious that the East end of town was clearly not the place to be. It was a part of the city that was completely composed of crime, making it the most attractive to our masked heroine. The redhead had managed to halt and prevent a great deal of activity after this former discovery, despite the wishes of those she associated with. It was incredibly late, though she could still here the jeers, laughter and roars coming from the bar inside. She shuddered at the idea of walking into such a face adorned in her suit and mask, fully knowing that some of the villainous individuals inside would want nothing more than to slit her throat and rip the mask from her pale, freckled face. In fact, she wasn’t sure which would be the top priority though she was positive that both would be desired.
However, her curiosity pried at her as to what was going on inside of the building. While she had a basic idea, she was positive that if she could infiltrate it one way or another she would learn a lot. She racked her brain for some kind of disguise, knowing that her current one would only result in her downfall and her real one wouldn’t get her past the door with the label of ‘commissioner’s daughter’ plastered across her forehead.
As she patrolled the building, sticking to the shadows in attempt to find some hidden way in for later uses, she reached to her mask and pulled it even further down her face - a nervous tick she had developed after a near unmasking a few days prior. While investigating seemed to go along with the territory of the make-shift hobby she had such a passion for, she couldn’t help but admit that this was a bit of a dull task. Silently and stealthily, the redhead continued to scale the building, only able to wonder what secrets it contained until she managed to find an effective way inside.

It had been a quiet night, Question just wanted to get out and clear his head. His thoughts had been centering around Huntress and what had happened. It wasn't constructive. He needed a distraction. Or, better said, he needed to get the blood pumping in his veins. Dig deep into another investigation. His prying look into Hawkgirl wasn't as eyeopening as he had hoped. Sure, there was something there, but... It didn't attract his normal thirst for the truth.
And now he spied something with his little eyes, scaling her way up a building not far over. Vic peered down the gap of the alley. Maybe he should invest in a grappling hook someday. He always meant to. Something gas powered would do nicely. When he saw her reach the top, he leaned on the edge of his adjacent building. "Hanging around?" he asked, his voice was raised, but still calm. As if watching a girl in black tights and red hair climb up a building was normal. Which, in this town, it pretty much was.

The redhead continued to search for the most subtle entrance she could find, one that wouldn’t involve the use of any doors. The last thing Batgirl needed was to traipse into a bar that contained people who wanted to skin her alive and then auction off her pelt to each other. When a voice called out to her, she stiffened for a moment her hands clutching tightly to the brick that she was currently using to dangle herself from the roof. Batgirl narrowed her eyes and glanced across the rooftop to match the voice with a face - or lack of one.
She looked down to the alley, almost paranoid as she insured that there was no one who had decided to take a brief break from the smoke-filled bar and take a breath of fresh air. Luckily, they were alone and each other’s only company. “Was that supposed to be a bat joke or something?” The redhead asked with a smirk, addressing the man across the roof. “I ‘ve heard of you before.” She said plainly, taking in his attire. Introductions seemed foolish when they were both hiding their true identities behind a mask. “What are you doing here?”

"Who? Me?" Vic started, "Do I look like the joking type? This town has enough clowns, if you ask me." Question pulled on his coat as she scaled the building. "I actually have some business with your boss, but since you're out and about, I wouldn't mind a friendly chat. If you have the time."
He nodded at her grapple line, "I don't want to pull you away from any serious work."

Barbara managed to climb onto the roof, pushing a button on her grappling gun so that the line was instantly reeled back into the device with great speed. “I guess not. Then again, you are a bit hard to read.” She said with little emotion, but she couldn’t’ help smirking at his comment. “Tell me about it…” Batgirl agreed quietly. When he mentioned her boss, she tried to hide her annoyance. It seemed like everywhere she went someone wanted to pick her brain about Batman, but the topic was getting a bit routine for her liking. “You know, no one ever wants to just say hi to me anymore. It’s all about the Batman. But sure – shoot.” She examined her glove hand before shoving the gun back into its appropriate spot in her utility belt.
With a bit of a running start, she leapt across the rooftop and landed on the one that he currently occupied, looking up from her couching position as she landed. The redhead quickly regained her posture and folded her arms across her ample chest. When he mentioned her current activities, she looked down at the closed back door of the Stacked Deck with a bit of an annoyed look. “Oh, I have some time. Just thinking about how I am going to make an entrance.”
