The Deck was the place to be. Anyone who was anyone was there. And we're not talking the elite of Gotham, unless you consider the ties with Thorn and a few others thugs have rubbed elbows with. Yes, this was the place to be after hours! But there was more going on outside the surrounding bar as well. Deals could be struck up and broken within those walls. And many taken care of outside the place is people were to be thrown out. Not an uncommon sight. This night, was a night to strike. Easy prey on the streets this time of night. Then again, it was easy for this girl in general to convince anyone to take her side in a debate. She was 'supergirl' after all. The skinny blonde wasn't making her herself known yet. She stayed to the shadows in her working in the underground. Most of her victims not remember what happened, or she'd leave them in such a state they couldn't not speak. She wasn't afraid of the lines. There were no lines for her. It was all fun and games for her. No one could stop her. No one had found her. And she'd continue her fun as much as she wanted. Getting the scum of Gotham to bend. Get them to fight back. That's what she was trying to do. If they were against her plans then they paid the price. She wanted to see Gotham go down as well as many of the larger town she was working in. Work from the bottom for now. She'd strike the top when she had all the equipment she needed to take down the Kryptonians. She had to fear the weapon she used. And there were limited ways for her to handle it without causing harm to her strength. Hence the reason from working her way around to get it. She didn't need the Justice League knowing of her activities and stopping her. Secret was the best way. She donned the black outfit of the super suit more now a days. Work was getting out. But no one was able to say for sure who or what they had run into. A few in the hospital and a few in a grave now. She wasn't scared. Now, she had her next victim corned in an alley. He had the connects to get what she needed. She wasn't afraid to end his life as a message to the others. The time to rise was coming soon. And they wouldn't be able to stop her. "I know you have the information I need. And if you won't give it to me, I can get your friends to talk," she said as she held him by his neck. "I'm sure they'd be more willing than you."Her grip only getting tighter on his neck. Though she was holding back to human strength at the time. She didn't need to over due it. And she wanted to see him squirm. Humans were fun.

JLA maybe out of the know, but Arsenal? The all seeing. He was almost like the watchtower, just a little more under ground, but saw just as much. Keeping an eye out. Keeping track from the various monitors. The cameras wide spread throughout the city. Not even just Gotham city. Arsenal had a direct line to Titans tower, an almost direct line to JLA. Outsiders was a little more under the radar when it came to a super hero team. That kinda was the point, just vastly connected in their own way. Which led Arsenal to track the where a bouts of an almost rogue Supergirl. Good girl gone bad on overdrive. It wasn't just monitoring that led him to her. She'd almost led quite a path of destruction. Victims, here and there. A trail of bodies in her wake. Just when he was getting up, close and personal with Kara. Arsenal was certainly feeling he was spending more time with her darker side. As much as he dug the all black attire, he missed the lighter side. How exactly was Arsenal gonna put her back together? Trailing her, somewhere in shadows, even though red, he was still stealth like. Red could blend in. Although, there was a fair chance she already knew he was there. That would just save time. Finding himself above, somewhere on the roof line.
Shooting his line out, whistling through the tender night sky and flew himself across, down to the entrance of the alley. Put his line away, had no weapons in his hands. He just slowly approached Supergirl. Tightly bound in her blackened suit and holding a guy up in the air by his throat. Arsenal could almost chafe at his collar, knowing what that was like. Was defiantly not a good feeling. Crossing his tattooed arms. Calm eyes.
"Hmmm, doesn't seem to be much of a talker… How about you come talk to me, baby? I'm all ears."
Arsenal approached with carefully, yet clammy. The caution wasn't written on his face, as he spoke up. His arms still crossed, his masked eyes ran over the situation, more promptly the man squirming, but nothing of note coming from his mouth. She really could be ruthless. With a little persuasion, with the subtle smirk on his lips, maybe she could forget him. He was nothing, come and talk with him. Divert her attention. Maybe he could help her. She could fight him. Whatever would work. If in doubt he most certainly had a back up plan. Arsenal also knew her weakness. Chalk that down to an interesting conversation with Superman and Arsenal would prefer lack of conversations with that man. Who really could seriously walk around pretty much never getting ticked off? Even Arsenal got a little ticked, it was impressive that kryptonian could walk about without accidentally blowing people up. Hmmm, seemed thats quite what happened to Kara. Maybe in some odd twist, she was actually the sane one.

"Death grip to the throat will do that to people of your species," She commented back.
She kept her eyes on the man in her hand. His heart was rating. Not only could she feel that at her hand, but she could see it through his vital systems. His oxygen supply was being cut off more and more as time passed.
It would only be a matter of moments before the man passed out.
She glanced over her should toward the figure in red.
"Arsenal, if I'm not mistaken? It's going to take a lot more than a bow and arrows to stop me if you're planning on it," she comment.
A smirk played at her lips. So a hero caught onto her slight trail she left with the survivors. How clever of him. He was the first and would be the last.
"What makes you think you have anything of interest to offer me," she replied.

There certainly was a point in which Arsenal had to ponder why he had thought to go alone. Going against a woman seeing red and with powers that could crush you… Somewhere, someone was say 'smart move Roy, smart move'. Hey well, call him a spur of the moment kind of guy and lets face it, there was little anyone could have done to even remotely break this Kara's surface. Nightwing would be all crispy fried chicken… Oh, why did have to think of food right now… Having fallen a short little and yet decent space from where dark Supergirl pinned the man to the wall. Ooh! Arsenal amusingly silently sounded at Supergirl's bitchy school girl comeback, he'd almost that as an offence..
"Oh honey, a woman without a death grip. Can do that to a man…"
Arsenal stated humorously knowing very well it to be true. Whatever it really came down to, a woman could really have quite an effect. Several if she was really on point. Even though he fashioned himself to be rather a big talker, but he certainly had his tongue tied on more than one occasion. As his eyes settled upon the golden set of hair before him now… Not quite his kind of threesome in a alley, but he was rolling with it now. To get her to step away from the goon. Last thing this little fire cracker needed was more blood on her hands and more torment once the real Kara woke up. This bitchy alter. Whatever she was, really had little sense what she was actually doing to Kara, literally herself… At her glance and words. Arsenal was almost hurt...
"I didn't realise I needed to make an introduction, love… Don't tell me you've forgotten me already? I think I left a deepening impression after I smashed you in checkers…. Hmmm, though it does sound like I really do need to…. Because you see baby doll, I don't just have bows and arrows… In fact I came baring gifts "
Suppose this was almost like a totally different or new Kara. He could barely even call her Kara. This just wasn't her. This maybe somehow a part of her, but it was more… He really couldn't be to surprised he didn't rattle very highly on her ladder right now, but he certainly had no problems in trying… Even if half his words would fall on flat ears and she was falling into the same pattern than most did. Just assuming all he had were bows and arrows. Arsenal wasn't just a name slapped on him. It actually meant something… Something a little more than Red Arrow. He had masquerade of weaponry, along with thingumabobs… Not one to leave anyone out of a little show and tel. With his hand momentarily behind his back, swiftly tossed up a smoke bomb… A little more smoke and mirrors. With perhaps a couple of traces of kryptonian… You know to offer up a slightly deeper affect. Though this was Supergirl, all switched on to her bad self…. All Arsenal needed right now was her free out of harming anyone else, he didn't care if she'd focus on harming him. He could take it…!
