Wulfen was running on all fours trying to catch the man who had just finished robbing a store. So far not a whole lot had happened. There was only one guy and the man was terrible a shooting the hand gun he had. He wasn't even aiming. Plus the guy seemed to think that running down an alleyway with elevated positions was going to help him. Instead it just gave Wulfen a way to get above the man's line of fire. Eventually the man stopped and looked back to see where Wulfen was. What the man didn't seem to realize was that he was out of ammo. Wulfen however knew. He had been counting and he knew exactly how many bullets a M1911 .45 pistol held. He could tell you anything about that gun. Due to the fact that it was a major pistol in World War II and as a history teacher he knew all about that war.
The man looked around and swallowed. 'Am I really that scary?' Wulfen thought to himself. He had taken Nightwing's advice and started to try and separate his personal life from his vigilante life and so far he had done well. But it was only against people who didn't know him without the mask. He grabbed hold of the raining on the fire escape and then stepped up on it looking straight down on the man like a wolf looking at an injured deer. "Oi suzie!" He shouted causing the man to look up. Just as the man looked up Wulfen dropped down ontop of him. He then got off of the man who was now knocked out. Wulfen stopped to make sure the man was still alive. He didn't think the man's head would hit the ground that hard. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that the man was in fact still alive. Wulfen then proceeded to look around for some items that he could use to tie the man up for the police to find later.

Alex's midnight rooftop "stroll" took an unexpected and surprising turn of events. While walking the rooftop across of a jewel shop, a very good one in Alex's opinion that if paid more notice it would definitely be in his to do list, he saw a suspicious male looking straight through the glass inside. After that he broke the door down triggering the alarm. "Uhh, amateurs..." Well, he entered to a building once by breaking the glass but he was hanging many feet above ground. The robber ran inside and as quickly as he could grabbed every little or big jewel and gemstone he could find. Damn the guy had taste. The Fox caught glimpse of what he was putting in his bag. A necklace full of diamonds and decorated with rubis and a small emerald in the center and also an Egyptian diamond, one of its kind. He had to lay hands one them. But as he got up and tied to approach the robber to...uhm... apprehend him. Another one got to him. It was a man dressed up in a mask. Another thief? That was enough. The robber started to run and the other man went after him.
And there he was discreetely stalking, preying and chasing after them, from rooftop to rooftop. Suddently the robber made a swift turn to a narroe alleyway, having vantage points all over it. "Big mistake...". The man chasing after him thought the same thing and while exploiting the vantagepoints he took him down. Now it was time for his entrance. Jumping on a rope he passed the street to the oposite building and with a swift and graceful move he was jumping backwards and doing tricks all the was down. He landed on his two feetm, squated, leaving a heavy sound. He stood up and walked to the unknown man. He has heard of him he wasn't a thief, more the vigilante. Wulfen. "So cousin, what brings you all the way here?" he said while looking at the unconcious robber and preying on his bag, lying besides him.

Wulfen was finished tying the man up and leave when he noticed a smell. Not only was it a new smell tonight. It was a new smell period. Or at least it was a new smell to Wulfen. He was about to turn around and look for the source of the smell when he remembered Nightwing's advice. He had to separate the civilian from the vigilante. So instead of turning around like he would as himself he crouched down with his knees bent and rested his left hand on the ground with his right hand hanging over his knee. When he heard the voice and saw the man he figured that must've been where the smell was coming from.
Wulfen looked the man over and sniffed once. Yep this was the smell. "Oh ya know." He said looking at the thief. "Just really noisy riff-raff." He finished with a slight grin. He looked back at the newcomer. "I take it you're somewhat new to Gotham?" He asked trying to size this man up. And it was a belief that Wulfen had that if someone didn't see you as hostile then they wouldn't be hostile. Well.... So long as the person you were talking to didn't have a track record of being hostile. Wulfen probably didn't look too friendly at the moment what with him crouch in somewhat dim light like a wolf about to lunge at its prey.

"I take it you're somewhat new to Gotham?" . That statement made by the man standing besides him was partly correct. On the one side Alex was in Gotham for most of his life, but come to think of it, it wasn't Alex trying to steal the diamond and was standing in front of the vigilante. It was the Fox, and fox was indeed kind of new to Gotham. Realizing that ,he just calmly nodded. Thre was something awefully familiar about the man he was looking out. The fancy way he talked ... Alex has heard it somewhere before, but that was no social visit.
Back to business. " So what are you going to do with these?" he said while swftly grabbing the bag off the ground. The with his left hand lifted it up and pretended to suffle the jewels inside, but in reality he was blocking Wolfen's line of sight and when he found the diamond inside the bag he let it slide across his arm, guiding it discreetely with his muscle movements all the way to the shoulder and when it was falling, the Fox let the bag down and with a quick move of his left hand he grabbed it in mid air, putting it in one of his small pouches. The whole bag looked pretty good but, he had to secure the most valuable and easily acquired thing from the bag.

As the boy nodded Wulfen noticed there was something similar about his scent. He had smelt it somewhere before. He just couldn't place it and he probably wouldn't be able to place it until a few random meetings later. That's just how it seemed to work with his sense of smell. Everything had to smell either exactly or close to exactly the same way things smelt the first time he met someone in order for him to place a scent quickly.
When the boy picked up the bag Wulfen made a move to grab it back. He didn't want anyone to steal the jewels because...... Well he didn't truly know why. When the boy dropped the bag back down Wulfen moved over to it and slid it away with his foot. "Well I was planning on returning them." He said conversationally. "And I hope you're not about to change my plan." He added with a hint of steel in his voice. Not menace just steel. He didn't want to scare this boy off if he was here to help. But if he wasn't he wanted to show that he wasn't a push over... Not anymore.

Alex observed closely as the man stepped on the bag and started dragging it towards him. The action followed a statement that Alex most expected. He was planning to return them and he could clearly see where this was going. With a hint of steel in his voice Wulfen exclaimed his that he was hopind Alex wouldn't change his plans. They probably had to fight over the loot. It was fine with Alex, that's why with a swift move he moved forward his leg and stepped on on handle, thus stopping the motion of the bag. Applying unexpected force he provided resistance to the mans action. Staring directly at his eyes he created a minute of silence. The boy was surprised with how quickly the man's tone changed.
He sighed, while rolling his eyes, "Another vigilante..." he murmured barely audible. Like we didn't have enough of them... was the thought that completed his murmur. "About that... What is it with you vigilantes. There is no black and white! At the end of the day the one who matters is your self. Do you know that this bag..." with bold movement of his hand he pointed at it, and continues "... contains loot over 1.500.000 dollars!". He was good at measuring the value of things wth bare eyes. Of course he subtracted the value of the diamond... His tone didn't match the one that the man was adapted to, but it had a hint of irony. Alex wanted to test the mans loyalty to his beliefs while at the same time organizing over two plans for each escape and/ or combat, if all hell broke loose...

Wulfen sighed when the stranger stopped him from bringing the bag back to him. Of course he would stop it. They never wanted to just stop and call it even. There was no reason to fight over ever last thing but it seemed like these people always wanted to. He felt somewhat better when the stranger talked instead of attacked. "I know not everything is black and white." He said feeling somewhat annoyed that someone assumed he thought that way. "Trust me my day job makes that clear." He added looking the other person over. "But something tells me you're not going after the money to help your family so that would mean you're not doing this for a reason other then either amusement or greed. And I get the feeling you're leaning towards amusement."
When the man brought up what the value of the items in the bag Wulfen pointed at the bag "And you do know from my point of view its a bag of glorified rocks." He said conversationally if he could avoid a fight then he would. "And you got a name I can use?" He asked getting tired of seeing him as 'the stranger'

The man standing in front of him seemed rather annoyed from all the situation about morality. Alex liked to get under people's skin, manipulate them via their emotional state but that man was just a riddle. He couldn't understand his motives, intentions presdisposition and that scared Alex a bit. For all he knew he could jump him any time, so he had to stay vigilant. Instead of what he had in mind the man talked again and suggested that Alex wasn't stealing to help his family but out of amusement. "Hey! You don't know me at all. Hell, I haven't figuered out myself either. Maybe its my family, maybe both. All my life I had seen people who own the big scyscrapers downtown, step on my family and people like them to acquire those so called,GLOrified rocks. But I intend to put an end to that. Turn the tables for once!" he said with a more dramatic and bold tone to his voice. His look darkened too as he took a glimpse to the scyscrapers during his "sermon". He wasn't in a mood for a fight, so he needed to stall it as much as he could. The man recquired his name. He wanted to get more personal. That was good, it indicated that he was in no mood for a fight either. "I have had a LOT of names in my life but you can call me Fox". "I take it you are Wulfen right? Listen, I got a proposition. You let the bag I take half of whats inside and give you the rest to return it or whatever you want. How's that?"

Wulfen listened to the stranger speak and didn't interrupt. After all there was no need to cut someone off when they're giving his little speech. "Hey I'm all for showing up rich folk but not by stealing something from someone who isn't exactly a rich person." He said after a few seconds. He kept his foot on the bag not wanting to allow himself to let his guard down. "Ok now I will say I like the fact that you're talking not attacking. And nice name." He said trying to talk things into a calmer situation and maybe getting them both to let go of the bag. "Well Fox. My fath- uncle was a law man so it might be hard for me to let you take some of the jewels knowing that they weren't really taken in a legal manner." He said scratching his chin trying to think. Then he realized something. Fox knew who he was. "Wait? You know who I am? My name's actually getting around?" He asked somewhat surprised at the thought.

The man was still holding back the bag. He showed his appreciation for not attacking and complimented his name, something he replied with a sharp ''thanks'' to. Without Alex knowing it, that small compliment had impact to his disposition towards Wulfen and loosened his bearing a bit, but his foot was still stepping on that bag.
After Alex's proposal the man refused and projected his family's tie to the justice department as an excuse. But then all the sudden the topic of the conversation changed and the man with a surprised tone in his voice asked Fox how he did know his name. "Well... I do my "homework"!. Don't take in consideration what my teachers tell you though" Alex kidded. "I search of potential encounters I might find out here. The damn Press gets the news before it even happens."

Wulfen nodded to return the thanks. He still wasn't sure if he should trust this guy but there was no harm in talking. He looked at the guy and chuckled abit when he talked about the press getting things first. "And how often are they right?" He asked with a sideways smirk. When the Fox said he had done his homework on him Wulfen raised an eyebrow behind his mask. "So you have a file on me somewhere?" He asked keeping his foot on the bag.

Alex looked down at his feet, only to confront what was already known. The two handles of the bag stretched tight between the two men's feet. Alex knew that he couldn't apply such force to the ground for much longer. It was only a matter of time until he would lift his step and loose the jewels for good. Whatever he had to do ,he had to do it fast. Part of him, and in a strange and weird way, enjoyed their "friendly" rivalry over the bag and chatter. Few people made him start conversing with them. Especially when they would be contending over loot. Habitually he would already be in attack mode.
"Well...most of the times! But don't tell them that." Alex answered to the man's question, thus buying him some time. Looking over he had already found out, a potential route up. It was going to test his skills, but it was worth it! Fox laughed after Wulfen asked if he was holding a file anywhere. "No, not my style! Everything I need ,is in here." he said while pointing towards his head. "Say, have you heard anything about me before? Just out of curiocity, of course." Alex asked while trying to gather strength for the big go.

Wulfen was feeling pretty good about this situation. Things hadn't gotten violent or anything. He was still talking with this man and they hadn't gotten in fighting or anything yet. "Ok I won't tell them." Wulfen replied with a slight smirk. He still wasn't gong to give the bag over but he was starting to feel hope that it wouldn't be a fight that caused the current situation to end. Instead it seemed like it would be a talk.
When the man said that he didn't need files and that he remembered it all he stroked his chin. "So you've got a photographic memory or somethin'?" He asked keeping his foot on the bag but not making any shifts in his stance.

"You can say that..." Alex answered to Wulfen. He had no other worry in his mind but grab the bag and start running till the world ended and he knew that the best time to do so was then. They had both weakened their resistance and not by choice. Tire had gotten to them but if Fox utilized the element of surprise with the appropriate manner he would acquire the bag and get away.
"So...I think we should wrap this up..." he said while making intense movements with his hands so as to distract Wulfen, while he was discreetely and swiftly wrapping his foot around the bag's handle "So it was really nice meeting you. Oh! and I am sorry..." he said with a really changed tone in his voice while waiting for a second to observe the man's reaction.
Immediately afterwards he used all he leg power to slide the bag from the man's step, while assisting the whole action with a push to Wulfen. After the bag was released, Alex kicked the bag towards the dead-end and with a backflip he grapped the bag and put it on. After that with all his remaining strength he walked two steps vertically the wall and grabbed the platform of the right fire escape. Then afterwards he jumped up but didn't follow the staircase but juped from ledge to ledge and at the and cat-leaped to the roof legde. With another flip he got to his feet but did not run. Instead he supported his knees to the end of the ledge and spoke to Wulfen "Don't take it personally. It was fun!" he said while chuckling with all the breath he had left. He legs were sore.
OOC: Actions that affect the other character were done, after ,we, both roleplayers have reached a concensus.

When Fox started to say that it was time to end this and that he was sorry Wulfen started to squint his eyes behind the lenses in his mask. He watched the boy's hands and sighed as he brought his fists up in preparation to fight back. He waited for the boy to make the first strike. He had expected some kind of strike to the head or maybe the stomach which is why his left hand was guarding his stomach and his right was guarding his head. What he hadn't expected was for the bag underneath his foot to suddenly be pulled out from under his foot. And the push didn't help him stay up either. He fell to the ground with a surprised grunt.
Wulfen started to get up but stopped as he watched the boy do a backflip and run up the walls like some kind of street ninja or something. "What in the world?" He muttered as he watched Fox make his way to the roof top. When the boy stopped and said his farewells Wulfen jumped up to his feet and started to go up the fire escape. He wasn't going to let him get away. It wasn't really a matter of pride or anything. Mostly he wasn't going to let this kid get away with the jewels. Not after chasing down someone armed with a gun so he could catch and return the very same jewels. As Wulfen made it half way up the fire escape he looked up to see if Fox was still there. He didn't slow down at all because he knew that if he did the boy would get away. "Where'd you learn how to do all of that pal?" He called out to him over the sounds of his feet clanging on the metal of the fire escape.
