Location: bordering the Caucasus Mountain range Transportation: Train Destination: with stops and switching Himalaya Mountain range
Jason had made sure to have everything mapped out and everything on schedule. It had taken him sometime to sneak away and out of Gotham. It wasn't easy, but the water ways were the best chance he had of getting out of Gotham.
The FBI couldn't watch over every water way to Gotham. Underwater was the easiest way out when you had the awesome Bat-transportation systems. Sure something may have been set off, but he had made it out. He had locked down the system on the Bat sub or whatever it was called. It was left somewhere outside of New York. It would be safe.
And since then, he had been traveling by motorcycle. Taking on many disguises over the Robin suit he had along with him. When he would strike, he would be ready for it.
It had taken a lot to get himself onto a plane headed for Germany. And from there he had made the distance himself with his motorcycle. At times, finding way to stowaway on trucks or boats to take some down time.
All this time, everything he had known when he was younger, was a lie. He had found out the truth one night from an old friend on the streets. Well, no so much a friend as someone just gang related from his family's ties.
Jason had found out the woman he had thought was his mother, really wasn't. And he had gotten enough information to try and track down the woman that he found out was. There were a few others, but they proofed through research to have no claims or ties to Gotham.
Jason left Gotham in a hurry. Even though it had taken him a few days and a good week or two to finally be able to get his chance to escape Gotham. A hard feat, but doable with the right motivation. Jason had found out from investigating along his travels. Making the dangerous trips through gang territories to find the information, but it had turned out the Joker had something over this woman that was his real mother.
He had had enough of the Joker. This needed to end. The scum in Gotham had taken away everything from him. His parents, his life, and now the one truth in his life was in the hands of the Joker. Everything seemed to be a lie. Even in the Bat-family, he wasn't trusted by some. He had learned that by the action of how Dick saw him as Robin. A juvenile delinquent and a disaster waiting to happen. Everyone seemed to play it careful around him.
Jason was not aware of how destructive he was. And how violent he was in his actions against the criminals in Gotham. To Jason, it was only fair. But to the others, it was at times almost going over the line.
---------------------
Now, Jason had been tracking down the Joker. As Robin, he was now in hot pursuit of the Joker. The train was within sight as well as the Joker. It had been a high speed chase for a while until the Joker jumped aboard a train. Jason knew this was planned. Though something else seemed off about this all.
He wasn't quite sure. And he didn't care. He was going to stop the Joker himself. He was sick of these games. And the woman that was his mother, he was going to try and protect. This was a fact the Joker was probably unaware of. But Jason was going to do what he could. Too many people had lost their lives to this sick freak. And it was time Joker pained for it.
His motorcycle was tearing down the the road along side of the railroad tracks that the train traveled down. He wasn't going to lose him this time. He had search to long and far to turn back now when he had the Joker in his sight.
He could see the Joker long the top of one of the train's cars. Jason wasn't going to give up the chase. He'd follow that train no matter way it took. In the distance ahead, the mountains towered and were only getting closer and larger as they traveled.
Jason figured the Joker was out to face some business with the Riddler. Who had escaped under Robin's watchful eye at the time back in Gotham. Nightwing had been on some long down time since the events with the Joker. Jason was aware of what he was facing. But he felt Nightwing was weak.
This was Jason chance to get even with the Joker for all the pain he had put his family through over his life. There had been too many times in Gotham. Too many to count. And the guy wouldn't even recognize him without his mask on.
The road in some distances would split off from along side the tracks. And so Jason new he would have to make the jump to ditch the motorcycle and catch the train. Anything to get even with the Joker and take him down.

Leaving Gotham was always a pain. He did adore the city so. It's dark soul of murder and madness made him feel so welcome, so at home. He wished to rarely leave his abode however, this was a matter of the upmost importance. The FBI were cracking down on both villains and vigilantes and being such a high priority target inspired a phenomenon that happened on rare occasion; Joker feared for his own safety. With Batman out of the equation and the heroes preoccupied with looking after themselves it would be little time before the G-men turned their big guns on him. The FBI weren't as merciful as the Bat either; if he fell into their hands he'd end up as Kentucky Fried Joker before the end of the month. No, he couldn't let that happened, he just couldn't. So Joker went looking for help.
After returning from his well earned vacation in Metropolis and giving Superman what for, Joker learned that The Riddler, some girl called Nina and Gordon's little brat had all eloped to China, one of the few places America fears to tread when asking for extradition of criminals. He figured as much that any sign of trouble and Nigma, the snivelling weasel, would bolt at the first chance. Him and Eddie hadn't always seen eye to eye but when they did agree the became a force unstoppable. So Joker packed his bags, kissed Harley goodbye and took the car, heading North out of Gotham. Escaping the city was the first hurdle, checkpoints everywhere and the main bridges out either blocked off or raised to avoiding escape attempts. There was but one window of opportunity; gun his way across the Oscar Wilde Memorial Bridge and over the border into Canada.
The Joker Mobile tore through Gotham's dark streets and flashed in the street lamps it passed. It was a long, purple Cadillac convertible, reminiscent of the cars of the 1920s. It's Crome headlamps lit Joker's way as he careered through the alleyways and openings whilst black sedans with sirens wailing followed his every move. He slid the car in it's side around a tight bend and rammed his foot flat to the floor as he blasted the car down the asphalt towards the bridge. The passage across the river was blockaded by white vans decorated with the GCPD insigna, two parked opposite each other with a series of wooden barricades blocking the gap between them. The opening was inches bigger that the width of Joker's car but this was the only opportunity he had, sparks flew from either side as the vehicle forced it's way through and onto the bridge. Bullets flew as Joker made his escape across the 100 meter long one lane causeway and onto the country road that lead to the woods on the borders of the Stumpcross Nature Reserve.
It was a 5 hour car journey until Joker came crashing through the checkpoints of the Canadian border and loaded his car into a troop carrier heading for Afghanistan. He covered the precious load with a length of camouflaged netting and stowed himself away in the Armory beneath the main flight deck. It would be a long journey across the ocean before touching down into the war torn nation. He helped himself to a variety of weapons at the expense of the Canadian military and even stole a few blueprints to perfect some designs of his own. At midnight the following evening, Joker silently unloaded his car and made his escape down the runway and headed east through the airstrip and towards the Orient. He traveled silently and swiftly across the nations, refuelling occasionally and negotiating the difficult border crossings for what seemed like a lifetime. After days of travelling, he was finally in the freedom of the Himalayan mountains where there was no speed limit and the roads were less travelled. It was strange then to encounter what he did next.
It was a gloriously bright day in the rocky and snow-peaked mountain range. Joker had his favourite pair of Aviator shades perched on the bridge of his nose and drove in such a manner that would bring to mind a scene from The Italian Job. He smiled gaily to himself and glanced into his rearview mirror. A flash of red danced across the glass and immediately drew Joker's eye. He inspected it once more and it was the unmistakable crimson finish of the Red Bird, the boy blunder's toy motorcycle. Joker became furious, ranting at the possibility that Bird Boy was even this far away from Gotham and that, happened to be on the road that he too was travelling at the exact same time. Joker pushed pedal to metal and the car lurched forward, burning the rubber of the tires clean and evenly. He reached over into the glove compartment, remembering first to deactivate the automatic boxing glove sled dense mechanism and drew his six gun. He steadied the convertible and fired several shots behind him in the general direction of the Red Bird. Grunting in anger, he reloaded the weapon and returned to firing blindly at the motorcycle. Robin kept hot on his heels and even made daring manoeuvres to try and force Joker into stopping. The chase continued along the high mountain roads each participant becoming more reckless in trying to ram the other into the rocky death below, it was then that Joker seized his opportunity. A freight train travelled along the rail tracks than ran parallel with the road for miles at a time and then would disappear into the mountainside. A small bridge straddling the railway lines was visible in the distance and Joker began to raw in laughter as he increased the car's speed, tearing towards the concrete barrier guarding the sides of the bridge. The timing was near perfect as the Cadillac came crashing down and off the bridge, landing on a flatbed truck at the rear of the train. Joker bailed from the smoking weekend of his vehicle and immediately dropped to his knees as the smouldering carcass passed over him as the train entered a tunnel, leaving the car wreckage strune across the railway lines. Joker bounded to his feet, drew his revolver and began to clamber up the box car ladders directly infront of him.

Joker's rounds of shots had failed to faze Jason. He continued in hot pursuit of the car and the driver. Even with bullets coming at him. The helmet was protection enough and the small semi windshield of the bike helped to duck out on any aimed at his chest. He had lowered himself to the bike for protection.
Joker was going to pay for this. And he wasn't going to let the Joker harm this woman that Jason found out to be his mother. Joker would never know that. But it was all the more reason for Jason to fight for her safety of the mad man.
As Joker had found to ditching the car as a better idea, Jason had to find away onto that train if he wanted to keep up. His bike would only be able to go so far on the tracks until they would hit an open bridge of tracks for the train to ride on. And his bike would not fair well on the gaps between the boards and staying steady and up to speed.
As the car was crashed, Jason saw the Joker make a jump for the train. He'd have to work fast to keep up. And not with theses new obstacles on the tracks, Jason had lost speed on the train to dodge them.
He shortly found himself traveling into a tunnel. The headlights on the bike kicked on as Jason revved the motorcycle into another gear. It was almost doubling in speed to keep up with the roaring engine of the train.
It didn't take long for him to catch up to the rear of the train. He needed to make the jump. His bike wouldn't be able to make the trip on the rocky mountain side along side of the train. It was now or never to keep up with the Joker.
As soon as he got close enough, Jason set the bike on auto-pilot to keep steady as he was at the rear of the train and he began to stand up to try and balance himself on the bike. It wasn't easy at the speed he was going, but he had to do this.
Without waiting any longer, Robin took the jump at the rail on the back of the train's caboose. He gave a great stretched leap only to find himself landing his chest into the railing and grasping tight to the rails as best he could. His legs dangling from the train.
He struggled for a moment to pull himself fully up and onto the back of the train. And just his luck as he moved to the rear door to the car, it was locked. He'd have to do this the hard way then to catch up. The roof would be the only wait to go after the Joker.

After the train raced into glorious sunlight, Joker spun on his heels to track his pursuer's progress. To his deranged glee, he saw the abandoned Red Bird somersault over itself, blasting into pieces with each crash. While he was staring, he noticed the red of Robin's helmet poke out from the roof of the caboose, clambering onto the flat surface. The Joker roared with laughter as he returned to the edge of the box car, leaping onto the flatbed below.
Upon landing, The Joker threw himself into a roll and sprang to his feet. He searched frantically among the wreckage of his own car for the specialist item he required. After removing what seemed to be the hood from a pile of smouldering iron, he found his desired item: a Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher, with compliments from the Canadians. He began to bellow in hilarity once more as he swung the laser sight to his eye, the weapon raised in front of him.
"Tickets please!"
The power of the recoil shook the clown off balance and onto his back as the projectile hurtled towards it's target. The caboose exploded in raging fireball, billowing smoke and raining debris. The Joker sputtered and rolled over onto his front, pushing himself onto his feet. Wafting and waving the smoke away from his face, he could faintly make out the smoking carcass of the rear carriage, drifting down the tracks and away from the train. However, Joker was not to be fooled so easily, the Boy Blunder has surely survived, he was a tough bird. The Joker picked up a piece of piping that had no doubt been part of an exhaust at some point. He gingerly surveyed the now quickly dispersing fog.
He stalked the gloom, pipe in hand, staying low and quiet. Robin would be around, he was sure of it, he just needed to stay quiet and he could get the drop on him. The Joker made his way to the wall of the box car, leaning on the weak wooden frame. With enough force, the structure was weak enough to break through, so that's precisely what he planned to do. He waited for the right moment, when Bird Boy attacked he would dive out of his way and watch him go crashing through the wall. The genius of the plan made Joker titter in laughter and he stifled his own sounds.

Robin made it to the top, and clung onto the roof for the moment. He steadied himself as he stood on the the top. The movement of the train speeding across the tracks, did not make it as easy to stand. Compare to running on the top of a metro train this was a bit of a challenge. The track out here were nothing but the older wooden style of rails. So there were definitely more chances of the train being rattled about.
Robin did his best to get across the roof, until he heard the clown's voice ahead as a bright flare came firing his way. Jason wasn't about to guess what weapon it had been, but he was sure he already new from the looks of it.
He didn't wait around. He ran off toward the side and made a running leap to the next car ahead of him. The explosion behind from the grenade launcher's impact on the targeted car had enough force to knock him off his feet as he ran across the top of the car ahead of it.
Jason fell forward and began to slip on the roof of the moving car as the train roared on. No indication that something was going done on the last half of the trains cargo. Jason grabbed at anything he could as he slipped to the edge of the slightly rounded roof of the cargo car. He managed to grab onto the edge of the roofing to the car.
Hanging on for what it seemed like an extended amount of time trying to keep himself from falling to what could be a painful landing. Jason struggled slightly as he pulled himself onto the roof of the train car, the bumps along the track not helping his grip as he had tried to hang on.
After a bit though, he managed to get up and carry on his pursuit on the Joker. He worked his way toward the cargo box that he had seen the figure show his face from. Jason was ready for anything. He'd just have to play it out and keep on his toes.
He knew the Joker was not as strong as Batman, but the clown had a way to get through a fight. Dodging, trickery. The clown did what he could to survive. Sometimes just taunting him and taking the beating as a joke.
Robin made it to the car and carefully to the edge, the box's door remained slip open. He'd work quick. Jason grabbed hold of the roof as he swung down and into the car. There was a bit of cargo as he looked around the boxcar. The Joker had to be around there some where.

The glint of red was the only prompt he needed to seize his window of opportunity. The pipe came from behind his left leg and was sung like a baseball bat. Steel met skull as Robin fell to the floor in pain. He threw the pipe down and proceeded to break one of the boy wonder's ribs with his foot. The Joker smiled to himself and spoke.
"Not so easy is when you haven't got the big man to watch your back?"
Joker walked away from Robin, amused with himself. With his back turned, he intended to unhook the carriage and let the bird boy starve to death in the mountain wilderness. Had he been paying attention, he would have anticipated the next move. A force was applied to back so heavily that he came crashing through the weak wooden box car structure and onto a second cargo car in front. His face grazed across the logs that were chained to flatbed he fell onto. Crimson blood gushed from his left eyebrow as a wooden splint tore at his skin. He rolled onto his back, in a position similar to the recovery position and looked behind. The gallant Robin, towered over him, rage in his eyes. The Joker hummed in amusement and began a small tittering laugh.
"Okay, maybe it is..."

Jason had not expected the clown to be on the top of the boxes and coming at him. So he didn't get much of a chance when a pipe was bashed into his skull. Robin fell to the floor in a heap from the power of the hit and the angle the Joker had taken.
His hands rushed to his head as he lay on the wooden floor of the box car. How could he not have seen that one coming? Jason was more mad at himself for that one. He'd get the clown for that.
No sooner did he feel the pain of the Joker's foot targeting his ribs, The clown must have had a lot of practice at that. Since it only took the first few swings to crack one of them.
Jason's hands were still on his head. Protecting his head from the clown as he kicked him. Groans of agony come from Robin with every kick. And when the clown turned his back to him and started to walk away...That was his first mistake against this Robin.
As the clown walked away taunting him, Robin staggered to his feet. And as soon as he got the chance he charged at the clown. Slamming into him and carrying on to slam him through the box car's walls into the next.
Jason stood in the other one, some blood running down the side of his face from where the Joker had hit him with the pipe. He glared at the clown who lay in the next car. Teeth gritted together and his fists at his side. Ready and aching to strike.
"First mistake Joker," Jason returned in a taunt at the clowns feeble attempt to make his own jokes at this time. "Never turn your back on bird in red,"
Jason climbed across the two cars and was in the same as the Joker. He was going to get him for that as well. His head ached. And things seemed to be moving around a bit more than the train really was. To strike first, Robin threw two batarangs toward the clown and as soon as the clown would dodge, he would strike with a strong left hook.

"Well, I've mad that mistake in countless bars plenty of times"
The Joker was toying with the boy now. Both he and Robin new that the next move would spark a furious fisticuffs that would end with one of the standing over the others bloodied and beaten corpse, wondering what to do next. The Joker knew Robin very well as he was, except for the discipline and a smart mouth, a version of Batman. After all, The Big B had trained the kid to his standards so he was bound to have picked up some of his characteristics along the way. Sometimes, when fighting Robin, Joker could hardly tell the difference between the two of them. He chose his next moves very carefully. Robin pounced and leapt onto the log transporter, firing two batarangs with the force of cannons as he did so. Joker sprung forward into a front roll and shot up from his haunches.
A sharp left hook connected with his pointed jaw. Spinning from the force of the blow, Joker faced the left hand side of the carriage. Flinging his leg to chest line, he kicked like a horse directly into Robin's broken rib. Steadying himself, Joker returned to the fray with a straight armed box to the Boy Wonder's right ear, and then a left jab to the weak point of his armour in the left shoulder. The one thing Joker outdid Robin fist fights was speed. After training, Robin could strike a blow that hit like a freight train which reduced Joker's punches to mere tickles on the flesh. However, he could then return with around six moves before his opponent had the opportunity to add power to the next swing. This he would use to his advantage.
After adding the shot to the shoulder, Joker followed with a sharp boot to Robin's left thigh and pushed at his chest, knocking the bird's balance. Swiftly grabbing hold of his throat, the pair tumbled down into the connection point between the two carriages, with Joker pinning Robin to corrugated metal surface.
