Another day...the same old, same old. Even with the FBI in town, things didn't seem to change for those in school. Well maybe for Gotham University, but that was different since student from outside the city were having a hard time coming back or getting out of this city since the FBI showed up.
Jason was annoyed with the recent activity of the FBI still continuing. He had to cut back on the night patrols and have been given extra grunt work from Batman to work around the Batcave. No one seemed to be in a very good mood lately. And Jason did what he could to stay out of sight at the Manor when he could. The tension was so thin at times, you could probably cut it with a knife at times.
While Jason wasn't at the Manor right now, school wasn't any better. Alfred had found out about him cutting classes and warned him that if it continued that he would have Bruce to deal with on that.
Though today being stuck in study hall and after lunch, cutting the rest of his classes was looking more and more tempting to him. They were having study hall in the large library the school had. They were suppose to be sitting at the tables near the one end of the library, but Jason has lied about wanting to find a book, just to get out of the teacher sight. It had worked and now he was just hanging out between a few selves a good distance from the class. And with it being after lunch, the class was an extra thirty minutes long and he still have an hour of this left.
Jason had gone off and was sitting down on the floor and had his cell phone out and was suffer the web. If he had done that at the tables, he would have had it taken away. And he had recently just got the latest iphone. That and with this teacher, she would be sure to send him to the principal for being disruptive in class again.
Jason rolled his eyes at the thought or being caught. Really, school and the principal were nothing to deal with. He's been shot at and taken on the criminals in Gotham. Jason made sure though to hide out in a section most people wouldn't such for a book. He was down by the dictionaries and documentary sections. Most of the students around her used the internet to do their reports any more. Same with Jason, he wasn't all that much for digging through a book for the information. Now unless Bruce or Alfred said something about it for his studies, he often didn't.
Jason could hear the faint sound of footsteps coming his way, but knew the teacher was too busy with her grading of assignments from other classes to really be concerned for it being her. So, he continued on with his surfing the web and playing the game on his phone.

Kitrina yawned and leaned back in her seat. School was such a waste of time. Right now she could be practicing for the tournament this weekend, or finishing the lesson for the Online language course she had signed up for. Finally she couldn't take it anymore. While the teacher had her back turned Kitrina slid out of her seat and disappeared behind a nearby bookshelf. She would be back before she was missed.
Trailing her finger along the spines of the books, she smirked to herself. Sneaking off just wasn't a challenge anymore. At least not here. Everyone was more worried about their hair, how big their muscles were compared to the guy next to him, or whether the janitor and the lunch lady were having a fling behind the principal's back. Although, being invisible had it's advantages.
Like right now. There was Jason Todd, hidden in the corner, bent over his new phone. That was something she was never going to be able to get. Even if she managed to steal one, there was still the process of getting the plan and paying it so they didn't shutthe service off. Kitrina growled inwardly and softened her footsteps to the point of nonexistence. Creeping up behind the boy, she tucked her hair behind her ear bent over his shoulder so that she could whisper directly in her ear. "Look what we have here. Man, would Ms. Craft be mad if she found out. Lucky for you I think something can be arranged," she purred.

Jason knew the girl was there. He was trained by the Batman, but of course in daylight hours Robin and Jason were to remain two different people. That was a bit of a difficulty when you want to be able to show what you could do, but knew you couldn't. No one was as good as Bruce was at keeping everything separate. Bruce Wayne and Batman where two different people to those that saw them. Even to Dick and Jason, they could tell the major difference between the two 'character' of Bruce's identity.
While sitting there, he could feel her presents nearing him. As she leaned closer to his ear and she made her comment on the situation she had stumbled upon. It was Kitrina Falcone. And was she trying to blackmail him? Jason at first couldn't believe it. But then again he felt like he could. She seemed to be the type to go such a thing according to the other students.
She didn't really have a good record with the teachers and principals either. Jason would be one to talk. And he was under the care of Bruce Wayne the billionaire. Jason had just avoided from getting sent to the private school in Gotham. And for a kid like Jason it was easier for him to get along in a public school they had felt after he had been on the streets for all those years.
Looking up from the screen of the phone, he turned to shot a glare at the girl standing over him. If she was thinking of trying to blackmail over getting in trouble, she didn't know who she was dealing with. "Do I look like I care," Jason replied flatly, then giving her a bored look. "What did you have in mind?" Jason was curious though to see what she was up to against him.

Kitrina raised her eyebrows and smirked. She had seen Jason around school, always acting like his life was hell, which, considering he lived with Bruce Wayne the billionaire playboy, you wouldn't think it would be. "Honestly? You look like you probably don't, but since you still asked the question you just threw away any monotonious facade you might have been able to use on me."
She kneeled down and glanced over at the phone before looking back at Jason. "I won't tell, not that it matters to you obviously, if I can see it for a moment." Kitrina jerked her head at the device and awaited his reply. If this had been any other kid she would have just taken it from him, but she knew who she was dealing with; Jason had a real ego, so she had to work some magic. But, if she could get her hands on the phone for even a minute she could probably figure out how it works and work on something like it to use. Or, better yet, she could see about hacking into any credit card information that he might have programed. Of course, the likely hood of Bruce being stupid enouth to actually give him that kind of information was slim, but it was worth a shot.

Jason looked at her and gave her a look to say 'are you serious'. This girl wanted to take a look at it. He had heard a bit about her. Though he was probably better at coding security systems than she was. That and Barbara was always good at it and had a program for the likes of the Bat-family to us on their every day phones. If paid for his 'brothers' girl-friend to be a computer genius as well as in being in the crime fighting family.
They were always ready to deal with people on the street for anything. You couldn't be fighting crime if you didn't learn to suspect what might be coming if something gets stolen or something. "Do you think I'm stupid," Jason replied. The kids around this school couldn't all be trusted either. And Jason trusted no one.
Jason had been more of the loner type in school. He often kept to himself, rarely talking with other about much. And never talked about his home life. Not even the consular at school could get him to open up about anything. As far as he was concerned he didn't care if the kids just thought of him as the kid Wayne took in.
"Though depends on what you want to see it for," Jason replied, just seeing if he can dig a bit deeper to see about her motive for wanting to see it. He could understand if she just wanted to toy around with the phone a bit. But he wasn't that trusting at all. He wasn't like some of the kids in this school.

"Awe, you don't trust me." Kitrina placed her hand delicately on her chest and twisted her face into a mask of horrification. She was only able to hold it for a couple of seconds, however, before she gave way to a chuckle. "Please, we're not going to get anywhere like this because neither of us are going to break. So how about you drop the act for just a moment, let the one who doesn't have a rich "father" to pay for a pretty little device see the phone for just a moment, and then we can both be on our way."
Kitrina held out her hand. Her gaze held strong and firm, but allow some its femine softness seek in. She wasn't sure how week-willed Jason was when it came to girls, but she wasn't above using some charm. Of course, she would probably have to gargle bleach afterwards, and maybe even have nightmares later, but this was how she was raised. At least now she had the ability to draw the line, whereas she had no control over the situation whatsoever before. It was all about what Mario needed, what Mario wanted.
Sighing, Kitrina mentally shook herself back to her situation. She cocked her head and blinked but didn't turn away. "Well? Please?" she asked.

Jason looked at her. She really was trying to get a look at his phone. Though, Jason had a feeling there was more than just looking through the features of it. He knew the security risks of other people getting a hold of a cell phone. Though he wouldn't have to worry as much due to the programs that ran and were encrypted on the cell's systems.
A smirk came to his face over her first question. "To answer your first question, actually...I don't," Jason replied. If there was one thing about Jason he could be blunt and honest on his opinion and didn't care if it upset anyone.
Jason didn't know whether or not that he would regret this, but he knew she wouldn't be able to get into any important information. Then again, he doesn't have all that much information on it for the taking. He say her hand held out for the phone.
"Fine, just quickly," Jason frowned at the decision. He handed the phone over. He never trusted any body with anything. But the phone was well protected. It'd take a computer genius to hack the system in less than a minute.
"Don't get any ideas," Jason said referring to any ticks she might try to pull with the phone. He was about ready to soon look into cutting class before Kitrina had come across him.

"Oh, aren't you sweet," she said, giving him a mock smile as she gripped his chin between the index and thumb of her free hand and giving it a slightly shake. "And it wasn't a question. You don't trust anyone; that's as plain as day and written all over your face."
Kitrina shifted her weight onto one foot and looked down at the phone. What had gotten him to finally give in, she wasn't sure, although the evident fact that it was well encrypt was a hint. Even with her skill of puzzle solving, this was something she wasn't trained enough to hack. Security codes at a jewelry store? Not a problem. Bank safes? Easy enough. This, well, this was obviously a pro's job. Sighing on the inside, Kitrina was careful to keep her face from showing disappointment. Instead, she shifted to analyzing how everything came together.
Without warning she popped the back off and peered in at the exposed gadgetry. Nothing looked overly complicated. This was something she could easily do within a few hours. Satisfied she put the back on again and flipped it over. "Got any good music on here, or are you into crap bands like the rest of this school?" Not really waiting for an answer, she tapped the music button and began scrolling through the artists.

Jason shot her a glare of 'don't ever do that again if you know what's good for you' in her direction at her action of grabbing his chin like that. Jason didn't like being pestered like that. He wasn't some little kid. And this girl had no right to do that.
"Good," Jason replied to her comment of him not trusting people being written all over. He didn't care if people knew. He wasn't like Bruce and he was definitely nothing like Dick.
Jason watched her fiddle around with it, a smirk on his face knowing she would have trouble getting any information off of it for any use. Though he was a bit annoyed when she went on popping the back off of it to see how it worked. She better not mess anything up with it,
Before he could answer her question, she had already started flipping through his music on it. She was quite pushy and did as she pleased. He had take to that fast. Even with them having class together he never really cared to stop and talk with her.
"Just a bit of rock and heavy metal," Jason struggled as he didn't bother to snatch the phone from her. If she tried anything he'd be more than able to stop her.

Kitrina ignored his glare, deciding that it was funny. she had found a way to get under his skin. This knowledge amused her. It could her little game, seeing how far she could go until he finally snapped or just stopped being a prick. Although, the constant watching her like she was a criminal was going to get old. Sure, she was a thief, but not now.
"Seriously, chill. I know that this thing is coded, so I'm not even going to try and hack it. That'll be for another day," she smirked. Kitrina folded her legs in Indian style and sat down next to him, still flipping through the music. Once finished, she moved on to games. Maybe, if she had enough time, she'd see about scrolling through the pictures. It was always interesting to see what secrets came from a simply snapshot. "So I don't know about you but this is lame. I'm thinking about skipping out the rest of class after this one. Wanna come?"
She didn't usually hang around people like this, everyone was annoying, but she was finding her little game too much. If he said no like she expected, she would just go about with her original plans. Cash was running low, so the rest of the day had been filled with little 'field trips'.

Jason did not reply to her comment about him watching her. It was just what he did. The vigilante side of him was always running, even while trying to live the normal life as a student at school and what not. "Good luck with that," he replied smugly over he comment for hacking it another day.
He didn't mind he sitting down next to him, though he had thought she might go her own way after she had gotten the chance to look over his iphone. But he just shrugged it off. He had nothing better to do.
At her next comment he was a bit surprised she had invited him along. "Actually I was planning something along those lines today any ways. So, sure," Jason shrugged. He might as well. Going around the city in the middle of they day could be boring by yourself.
He had already been there done that by now since he had gotten back into school. And it was easy to hide from any cops. Sure he might get in trouble over it, but he didn't feel like siting through history class or English. He could easily get the work done without having to go to the class.
"So am I going to get my phone back any time soon," he said, not really in a rush to take it back. But more of to see what she would say and how she might react.

Kitrina blinked, surprised he had actually said yes. She glanced over at him out of the corner eyes and raised her eyebrows. They really hadn't talked to each other the whole time they had gone to school together, and with good reason. Jason had come off as a stuck up punk which cause her to try her best to ignore him. Now, here they were, plotting to sneak out of school. Were her standards dropping, or had someone finally made a small crack in his shell? Kitrina almost laughed. It was probably somewhere in between.
"Um, maybe..." she said playfully. In all honesty, she was having fun with the small device and didn't want to give it back. Considering he was already watching her like a hawk, she wasn't sure if she could slip it past him. And it would probably be the smartest choice to not overstep boundaries.

"You'll have to give it back at some point," Jason replied. "There is no way you are walking off with it." He wasn't all that serious and he wasn't all the much joking over the matter. He didn't really joke around with people. His way was more of annoying people to get a reaction just to test his limits.
Though against Kitrina he had picked up she didn't seem to fall into the traps if he were to try and set them. She just seemed to be having a fun of her own over this. Hence the reason he had caved a bit just out of curiosity.
His body language didn't suggest that he was at any time going to grab the phone from her at any moment. He knew he could get it back when he wanted. But she didn't seem to be causing any harm at the moment. He looked over at her. "Well in the mean time, are we going to get out of here or what," Jason asked.
"I'm not really in the mood to have to deal with the hall monitors at this school, their just get in the way. So, are we going to ditch this place and head out," Jason asked, more of a heads up that he was going to get out of there soon. He'd grab his bag one way of another. And he knew of a few ways to get out of the school without getting caught.

"Don't worry, Jason, I'm not stupid. I wouldn't try to steal from you," Kitrina stood up and stretched, "not yet anyways." She looked through shelves to where the rest of the class sat. Some had fallen asleep, and the teacher was nowhere to be found.
"Come on, let's get out of here. " Kitrina thought about taking the lead, but decided it would be best to keep her knowledge underwraps. So she stepped back and signaled with her head forJason to go ahead.

Jason gave a slight smirk of amusement at her comment. And then he went on to look for himself to see if it was clear. And when they both saw that it was. Kitrina had stated it first. And by the looks of it, she was going to let him lead. Smart chose if they wanted to get out of there. He'd grab his phone from her later,
He grabbed his backpack since it was the smart thing to do to not be questioned by anyone at home about school if he showed up without it. Though chances were the school wouldn't notice he was gone until it was too late anyways. There were so many students, they didn't always do a good job of reporting about suspecting that someone had skipped out on class. Well that was some of the teachers.
"Alright, lets go," Jason said as he led them back toward the back of the library. There was a door that led to the hall. It wasn't the main door so they were less likely to be noticed. Jason opened the door and held it long enough for Kitrina to get through as well.
He looked around and didn't see anyone coming. They have to get to the first floor from the second they were on now. He continued down the hall and going down one of the more narrow halls that led to were the staff lounge was.
"Are you up for the challenge of just getting off the second floor and to the streets or the easy way of getting to the first floor and out a side door," Jason said. He personally liked the challenge of getting onto the side roof of the first floor and down the side of the building to the street. Let hall ways and camera to deal with.
