"You know this bike does have an button for the passenger seat to eject," he replied through annoyance at trying to focus on the road and deal with the car tailing them. He glanced down at the dash for a second. There were a few things he could use, the only problem was the traffic around them. It could easily cause more trouble for pedestrians around them in their vehicles and anyone out at this time of night.
"That's the funny thing about designing things," he started. "You mainly focus on the chasing rather than being chased!" If the tables were turned he had a battering ram of some type that could be used, a grappling hook and line, he did however had some type of weapon built in to shot out the tires on vehicles when chasing.
Dick shifted the bike into the next gear, building some space between them and the black car. He really didn't want to have to resort to trying something risky, but there wasn't much choice. Then he thought of something else. "Alright, there is one thing that could help," he pressed a button to deploy a grappling line still coiled up ready to be fired. There was one for the front and on for the back. "You're going t have to reach up front and in the back and attack the two lines together," he started to explain. "Once you do that there is a button at the end of the left handle, your going to have to reach forward and hit it once to fire off the back line and then press it again to fire off the front line."
He knew it was a risky move. He'd do it himself, but he was kind of busy at the moment with handling the bike on the street before them getting busier. "Pretty much get the line to hook the car and the other line to hook something solid to pull it off into another direction," he knew it was risky, but they had to do something to get them off their tail. Dick was trying to prevent others around them from getting injured. As soon as she would do that he planned to use the turbo speed on the bike on a turn off a while ahead yet. There wasn't enough space to get it fired up with being blocked in and weaving through was getting a bit dangerous at the moment with a car and driver that didn't seem to care what they hit at the moment.

Selina raised a brow. Acrobatics like this on a bike? Of course. This was Nightwing, nee Robin, Batman's little acrobat. "I see you still can't shirk the Robin mentality here, Nightwing." Clearing her throat, she glanced back at the car still following a little too closely for her liking. This was going to be risky, and she sure as hell hoped the only audience they were going to have was the few passersby on the road, and whomever was following them. A bat-encounter of any sorts at this point would be more questions than she really wanted think up answers to.
"I'll do it. Watch the bike, not me. I just have to get around you." Part of her bristled as she watched the lines dangle in the wind from their quick pace. One way or another she was going to have to get close with Nightwing. A light shake of her head, and Selina filed away another thought; don't play cat and mouse with flying rodents. Nothing ever good came from it.
"Let me..." She'd say calmly to Nightwing, her left hand moving his injured, braced foot from the front peg to the back, bending his leg a bit more to the back.Replacing her own foot there, she was able to then swing herself so she was sitting on his tank, nearly bent in two as she pressed herself forward, allowing him to see, and her to grab the front line. Another quick twist, and she was back on her seat again, swiftly reaching and twisting the two lines together. "Almost ready!" she would call out, her back to his as she watched the passing scenery, hunting for a suitable anchor.
..and there it was. One end aimed at the car, she was able to snag it, deftly turning the object to shoot the second line to wrap about a sturdy light-pole, the car snagged just as he said it would be. Reaching an arm around to anchor herself to the Hero, she called out again, "Done! Now go!"

Dick stayed still and concentrated on the road as Catwoman maneuvered around him to do as he had asked. They needed to do something. It was a risky action, but if it even bought them a second it would allow him to put more distance between them and the car following after them.
He listened to her, waiting for the chance to get a move one. And as she got the second anchor for the front, he could hear the other anchor she had shot hitch to the car behind them. With the next line fired, he heard it snag onto a post. He didn't look back to see what had happened.
As soon as he heard something from the car behind him, he felt Catwoman get a tighter hold around him. And she had shouted for him to go. Dick sped up the motorcycle and tried to get away from the car behind them as in snagged and was swung out from behind them. The cable would be heavy enough to hold it, unless the post came down with it.
Well as the car snagged and was swung out towards them, Dick managed to pull away from the car, leaving only a few feet between the back tire of the motorcycle to meet with the back end of the swinging car. And of course this action would got without other reaction.
As soon as the car swung out, other cars became to pile up around them as they too tried to avoid colliding with the out of control vehicle. Dick watched as some cars coming the other way started to come into their lane to avoid the possible pile up.
"Hold on," Dick shouted to Catwoman as he swerved to avoid a few cars coming at them. As he went to avoid a car coming straight at them, he had just barely made it out of the way when the front end of this car nicked the back tire on the motorcycle. The motorcycle wobble, but Dick was able to keep it up, but went off into a spinning turn to avoid the bike from falling over.
But the turn had been too sharp and they were going too fast. The bike ended up tipping to the left side and skidding across the pavement just out of like of getting hit as sparks flew from the metal scraping the ground. Dick braced himself on the bike as he had lost control at this point and they were lucky they were heading out of traffic.
Well, they weren't too lucky when the bike ended up skidding into a lamp post. They had been going so fast that once the bike made contact with the post, it actually got flipped up right again, but the impact was enough toe send both rides flying from there seats.
Dick's body had just missed the lamp post, but he ended up doing a few somersaults before his body came to a stop in an up right sitting position against a brick wall. He let out a a slight yell as the wind was knocked out of him. His body had been bumped and scrapped from skidding across the pavement, And he at probably as at least knocked his head against the pavement slightly as he had tumbled.
(ooc: sorry to skid ahead to the accident, let me know if there is anything you would like me to change)

She held on, closing her eyes for the briefest of moments before all hell broke loose. Very dramatic. So Bat-like when he had that tunnel-like focus. "Just like Batman..." She barely got out before Nightwing was able to aptly maneuver the bike out of harm's way. Or so she thought. Glancing behind them she winced at the destruction but was wholeheartedly glad they were not about to get caught. And then she felt it. The smallest nudge that threw the bike off it's course, even with Nightwing at it's helm.
It seemed like a split-second and they were skidding, separated. Hitting the ground roughly, she was glad for at least the leather catsuit she was wearing, considering their speed and the impact. Her left side had hit, and she hoped the crunch she had heard was his bike, and not her own body. Almost as if it were in slow-motion, she was having a bit of timing trouble, considering her heartbeat thudding in her ears and the adrenaline rushing through her veins.
Finally stopping several feet from Nightwing, she was on her back, her suit ragged and torn, a gash on her thigh, as well as near her temple. Green eyes finally popped open as she tried to make rightside of things, sitting herself up on her elbows. " 'Wing?" She called out, hoping that he wasn't dead, considering their lack of helmets.
(OOC: it was perfect timing. No worries.)

Dick shook himself a bit out of what just happened. He realized the full impact of the accident when he looked around. He then heard Catwoman calling out. "I'm still here," he replied, knowing what she was probably trying to find out.
He looked over in her direction to see her propping herself up on her elbows. He leaned forward and away from the wall. Getting onto his knees he looked at Catwoman and said, "Are you alright?" His eyes full of concern over the woman. If something would have happened to her, Dick would have never forgave himself over this. It was his fault they had gotten into the accident.
After hearing her voice, he was just glad she was still conscious. As he moved to get up, he winced a bit as his back was giving him trouble. He was definitely going to feel that in the morning. He was just pleased that Catwoman hadn't taken any harder hits than the pavement. it could have been worse.
He got up and slowly made his way over to Catwoman to look her over. "Does anything hurt," he asked. He would have to make sure. They would be super lucky if neither of them came out with any major injuries. So far, Dick past his own test. He might have a minor concision, but nothing more to worry about.
Glancing over his shoulder slightly at the damaged they had caused to the traffic, he grimaced at the sight of a few cars piled up, but for he most part. People seemed to be alright. Even his armored motorcycle had survived the collision. Besides the large dents and a few pieces of it missing. Nothing that couldn't be repaired.

She choked out a weak laugh. "You're all trouble, you know that?" She said quietly. One hand motioned to her suit which was scraped up pretty badly. She was sore, her head throbbing, but she honestly hadn't moved much to test any of her extremities. She was more thankful that her mask was still on, obscuring her face, and moreso her identify from him. But as her arm raised to double check, it was then she felt it, the grinding in her arm. "Shit..." She swore, using her right arm to push herself up so she was sitting. The quick movement made her head swim, but nothing worse.
"It's broken." She said, her head dropping slightly. "I can brace it, but not here." Angry at herself, she pulled herself upright, standing tentatively before she blacked out, her leather clad form falling like a willowy tree.

Dick gave an uneasy smile at her attempt to lighten the situation. It was when she had cursed that he realized what she had been checking. It was her arm. He didn't want her to move again, but she had already started to stand up. He wasn't sure exactly what to do seeing as she wanted to continue on and try to get out of there quickly.
"Take it easy. You're going to cause more strain for your body to deal with," he started as he followed her motion as she stood up. "Take it easy," he said again before he noticed her looking weaker all of a sudden. She seemed to waver a bit. Then her body just seemed to give way.
Dick rushed to catch her before she could fall to the ground. "Catwoman," he said, hoping to get a response. But she had blacked out. He cursed under his breathe has he looked around. He couldn't help her here it was too risky. With the FBI out on the streets, they didn't have much time to hide any where for long. And with the dead weight now, it would make it all the much harder to get away.
Looking around there was only one thing he could do. He couldn't go to the hospital and the Batcave was too far and out of the question. He glanced over at the motorcycle. He only had one choice. To take her back to his penthouse, He could take her there and could only hope she stayed knocked out. Not that it was good for her, but he wasn't happy that he was left with only this choice.
Dick gathered himself to shift Catwoman easily and bend down a bit to get his one arm to support her upper body. And the other arm to support her legs as he picked her up and carried her over to the motorcycle, It was too far a distance to walk or go by rooftop. And he had to be quick.
Carefully he set her onto the motorcycle. He had her seated in front of him as he climbed on and tried to keep her broken arm safe from getting rattle around. He got onto the motorcycle and started it up. Luckily it still worked. And he headed off down the short cuts of the many alleys back to his place. He keep slow, but fast enough to not be followed. Dick took extra caution with drive now with having to protect Catwoman.

The flash of thoughts before everything went dark was muddled. Jail, a trial, her entire life flashing before her. Nightwing was going to hand her over to Batman, or worse, the FBI. But her thoughts were just as fleeting as she was carefully placed on the motorcycle, blissfully unaware of everything around her as he deftly fled the scene.
