Harvey chuckled at the picture, it was beginning to get a little worn. He sighed and just smiled.
"Yeah, I was a little shit head. That hair, look at that beautiful mane I had, man, though, it's starting to get long, I need to get a-"
Harvey instantly shuddered at her touching his earlobe. His breath caught and his gaze darted to her.
"Don't do that" he hissed. He did not sound upset, mean, or pissed, he sounded like a man who's on switch had been dangerously grazed. He took a moment and caught his breath again. He closed his eyes briefly, putting his hand to the spot between his eyes. A million thoughts ran through his head, dirty ones were fought by bland ones in an attempt to settle down. He finally let out a sigh and looked to her.
"Sorry, that's a sensitive spot. Always had been since I pierced it when it was fifteen."
He shook his head and managed as relazed a smile as he could.
"Heh, yeah. I was a little punk, legit."

Now that was something. Her hand shot back from him like she'd been burned. He'd not only reacted, and startled her, but hissed. And done a fine job of it. Damn. Blinking, they lock eyes for the briefest second ever, shock blatant on her features.
Her heart quickened for the moment, eyes glued to him. She hadn't...oh hell, yes she had. Blinking, she looks at the ceiling, realizing she just hit one of Harvey Theodore Bullock's hot spots. She had her own, but she was careful to not let him get near. But it's more than apparent he's trying to think of baseball, and homework, and she ends up biting her lower lip, thankful his hand hasn't strayed to her back recently.
"Sorry about that. I thought it had healed over, but...I could tell." Leaning to look at the phone one last time, she snickered. "I bet you did it with a potato and a needle." Thinking back to what he had been about to say before she so rudely hit that button, she runs her fingers through his slightly moppy hair.
"You should get a cut. Don't want you resembling a shaggy dog." She paused, grinning. "Or some punk. Don't want that Bivins to laugh at you anymore than he does."

He only sighed at her fingers in his hair. That always felt nice. Had she pulled it a little then they both might be in trouble.
"It's alright, you didn't know. And no, I did it with a safety pin and a pear."
Harvey snorted and relished at the feeling of her fingertips. He closed his eyes momentarily and just inhaled and exhaled slowly, taking it in like a connoisseur tasted a fine wine. He opened his eyes again and looked at her a bit more longingly than he intended it.
"I guess a trim is in order sometime tomorrow maybe, since I'm off and all. Bivins can kiss my ass. He wouldn't know a real joke if it kissed him on the face and bit him in the ass after, that twerp."
Bivins had a lot to learn.

She futzed with his hair a bit more, holding it up above his head, at angles, narrowing her eyes. "A pear? You've got to be kidding me. I bet your mother was livid." She narrowed her eyes at him, trying to see him younger. Well, she knew what he had been like younger...but even moreso than that.
And she let a coy smile play on her lips, oblivious to him looking at her, while she looked at his hair. Thankfully, he still had a good thick crop of it going.
The mention of Bivins shocked her slightly, her grip tightening. Shit. "Shit. Sorry about that." She pat his head slightly as an afterthought, of the follicles she'd tugged. "But yeah, Bivins is still a kid."

Harvey smiled and shook his head.
"Hell yeah she was. She learned to live with it. At a certain point I would wake up in the mornings with one of her earrings in it. One of her little ways of making me pay."
When she tugged at his hair a jolt went through him. His eyes were full of a fleeting moment of desire. He worked to shake it off.
"Yeah, sorry, I'm a little tender headed, too."
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
He had nearly reached to her out of instinct but he stopped himself cold in the tracks.
"You have a knack for finding all my little spots tonight, don't you?"

She snickered at that. Him, with some dangly earring, or whatever. Now that would be something she would pay to see. Speaking of. She had her lobes pierced several times. All the better to wear more baubles. So when he spoke, she was able to remove one of the diamond studs, pinching it between thumb and forefinger. "Buttons, they're called, Theo. And yours, at least to me, just beg to be hit."
She winked at him, before her fingers were back on his ear. "Hold still, one second." She knew it would drive him nuts, and it would recall the memory of Delilah. Not that either was bad, but he deserved a bit of torment.

Harvey grunted at her as she put the earring on him. He grimaced after it was on.
"Really? I mean, really? C'mon!"
He just shook his head. It had been a long time since something had been put into that little piercing in his ear. He batted his eye lashes at her and put the back of his hand on his forhead, laying on his back.
"Oh I'll never get to be the prettiest girl!"
He sighed and shook his head again.
"I probably look like an idiot."

"Probably? Didn't take much to get you there..." she teased, lightly. She'd been able to secure the small diamond stud with ease. "And yes. You wear it, you'll forget about it, and I'll be out a diamond stud. Sheesh. " She laughed as he bemoaned his beauty, and she just rolled her eyes at him. "So dramatic. I'm surprised you didn't go into acting, you know."

He just rolled his eyes and relaxed.
"I never cared for diamonds. I never got them, but I guess I never cared for shiny things much. Whatever."
The exhaustion began to reveal itself more clearly in his eyes as they were getting red around the edges. He rubbed them and moved around to put his head at the opposite end of the bed where his head would usually lay. He yawned.
"I hate to seem boring, but I think I am close to passing out, baby. I had a bad, and long day, but at least the night has turned out for the better, hmm?"

"They're overpriced rocks. It's marketing, and supply and demand that makes them so overpriced. Amethysts and other gems..now that is where you're talking..." She started to gaze off dreamily at the thought of the cost, and price of different things, when she yawned. "Well, I'm glad you focus on other things. A man with that preoccupation wouldn't do well in your line of work. Me, on the other hand....I do like my baubles. And I'm ok with that."
Especially when she didn't have to sit and pay for most of them. Or when she did pay, she got the best. As he started to nest on the top of the bed, not even bothering to move, she tucked a blanket around him, straightening it out.
"Yes, it has..." she mused quietly, getting up to put away their glasses, popcorn bowl, and shut the movie off. There were a few lights still left on she switched off as well, before shifting her pillow on the bed, and curling up beside him, tucking under a blanket as well. It was a familiar memory, watching movies, falling asleep, waking later to find his mother had draped blankets over the both of them. He'd usually be sprawled out, her, curled up, almost like a cat beside him; their backs touching, or a foot, or something, just so they were still connected.
