"I have been dancing ballet since I was five. And what am I doing now? Rotting at that stupid school." She spat, not really caring about the light if it was on, or off.
Shaking her head, she didn't want to hear from him. He was a cop. They got away with anything. "I need her address, anyway. And I'm not a stray cat." She griped, a bit quieter. She did like cats, though. There was one at the school that she liked to hang out wth.
"And I'm not-" she glanced down where his hand lay on hers, then moved. Her eyes flicked back up to his for a moment, before she continued. "discouraged. I just...don't fit in there. The girls all smoke a lot of weed, and lose it, and are bitches." She was getting pretty foul with her language, but she felt it wasn't right for her to call them 'not so nice.'
She didn't get why was apologizing. Her parents were often physically comforting when things sucked. "You don't need to be sorry, you know." She reached over and squeezed his hand, before turning back to the movie.
