Selina takes in the reaction to the hidden door. She had it explicitly constructed so that unless you're aware of the location it's quite near impossible to spot. Purposefully. So while in the throes of her mood, Charlotte fitting the key into the lock is impressive. And she lets the teen explore as she is quiet. There is enough emotional charge between them she doesn't feel the need to add fuel to the fire.
For the time being she finds one of those large exercise balls and sits down on it, balancing with her core as well as holding on to her lightweight crutches. Charlotte seems to be keen on the idea of hitting something, and she's going to allow her to go at the bag in whatever form she wants. She can teach properly later. What is a big focus is the teen is able to direct her anger into a physical point, and hone that. It will get the frustration as well as the stress from her system, and give her a task to complete as well.
And just as she had thought, the energy, anger, and possibly even pain that Charlotte is drawing on is helping her to get the momentum she would possibly not have otherwise. And her form is pretty decent. Most physical tasks Selina has set before the teen have been surpassed, or honed within weeks, and this is no different. And now that Charlotte has her own key, she is able to practice moreso. And the benefit of getting all that emotion out?
You tire quickly. And when sleep does come, it's a rejuvenating, refreshing slumber. So while the teenager continues to go at the heavy bag, Selina observes quietly, now and then shifting on the ball to keep her balance. There is a slight burst of energy Selina notes, and smiles at. Charlotte will either be wanting bed soon, or maybe a bit of a talk. She can see the determination set in the teen's jaw, and again it causes that blossom of pride to swell in her chest. They can do the measurements later. After everyone has slept, and recharged.

While Charlotte may be in rather good shape now, given the amount of energy pouring out if her it just isn't going to last for very long. She's soon covered in sweat and breathing hard, though she's quite determined to keep punching even as muscles protest and her body starts to fail her.
Eventually she even reaches the point where she simply can't keep up any sort of a rhythm anymore. But it's clearly a fault of her body and not her will - she wants to keep going, but she can't. The proof of that is that she continues to punch the bag as she works up the energy to do so - it just takes her a moment between punches. "I don't see..." she starts to say, but interrupts herself with a punch before adding, "...how this helps." Because as far as she can see it's done nothing. She's still very, very angry after all, and it's not like punching a bag fixes the thing that made her angry. The only difference is that now she's completely exhausted.
And not just physically either - mentally she's already dealing with the fact that they're now up very late after a long day, and emotionally being angry for this long is tiring on its own. It shows, too, in her expressions as her face has taken on a very weary look even though there's still hints of fire and determination here and there. But even with the latter still present there's not much she can do when her body can't obey.

In a way, this is a character study. The teen is in decent shape, and is getting more and more refined under Selina's tutelage. But considering the rage and range of teen-aged emotions, the physical exertion is burning them off like a sunlight's glare on a steamy morning.
So while Charlotte wants to keep on and persevere, her body is just done. And it's clear to Selina what is going on, while it might not be to the teen. So Selina stays quiet until the punching stops, the bag stops shifting as much, and Selina nods. And while there may be more anger burning under the surface, at least there is no yelling going on. And sleep will be following close on the heels of the cessation of movement. She's been at the same precipice that Charlotte is perched upon now too many times to be unaware.
"The effects come later. You want to shower before bed?" The question may seem rather ridiculous as she offers, ignoring the earlier protesting and defiance. There is a time and place for most things. And some of those things need to be dealt with later; after a good night's sleep.

The only reason why Charlotte yelled in the first place was because she was absolutely not okay with Theo being in her room - that really crossed a line with her. In fact, she's of the opinion that she exercised a great deal of restraint when she responded to that in the way that she did instead of the way she really wanted to - she's trying so hard to live up to Selina's hopes for her.
Not that she's necessarily doing it for Selina. But when Selina found her she'd not had very much hope for anything, and then this lady comes along and seems to think that she's cut out for... all kinds of things. She's simply trying to see for herself just how right Selina is about her, because she wants Selina to be right about her. And at least so far she has been, though Charlotte can't help but be very skeptical about the next step whenever the previous one is actually successful. When you've hit rock bottom more than once already and at her age, it far too easy to assume it'll happen again - she could lose everything again. But so far so good - it's just a bit of a struggle to try to work her way into something better and stable after so many years of having her life in flux.
Though at the moment she has a hard time seeing her life in a positive light at all - partly because she's starting to get a bit spoiled by this new life that's letting her forget what it's like to have much more basic but much more consequential problems, but mostly because she's just plain in a sour mood right now. Selina's question causes a frown as she glances at herself, not having paid attention to just how thorough of a sweat she's broken out into until the question came up. "Shower's mandatory now..." she answers, sounding extremely unenthusiastic about that. She'd rather just go pass out on her bed now, but that would mean spending all that time while she's asleep being all gross... Nope, definitely going to shower first.

There is a time and place for chatter, and for once Selina is on the correct side of things. So when Charlotte finally tapers down on her actions with the heavy bag, she stands; with her crutches as support, of course. So when the teen speaks up, Selina nods in support, and makes her way to the girl, brushing some of the now plastered hair off her forehead and out of her eyes.
"Sounds like a good idea. Later today we can go over a few routines you can practice at will." And discuss all the night's events. But she doesn't have to articulate that, as Charlotte is a pretty intuitive kid as it is. Smiling fondly at Charlotte she watches the girl for a moment or two before speaking once more. "I'm going to take a short nap. I'd suggest the same after your shower. Then, we can get on those new routines later. Sound good?" The whole of the evening is finally hitting her as well, a barely-concealed weariness finally seeping into not only her bones, but barely into her words as she tries to stay calm, and positive. Encouraging even. This is a point where it's not all about her, but the teen before her. All part of parenting; dealing with not only the good points, but the more trying.

"'kay," Charlotte replies simply at the idea of going through routines. She's actually too tired and miserable at the moment to realize that Selina also wants to talk about other things then, but she will after she's slept and has no desire at all to talk about it now anyway. In fact the fond smile Selina's giving her strikes her as being rather irritating, though aside from the glazed over look in her eyes she doesn't protest.
Instead she sighs and quietly mutters, "Whatever." Though at least this time the word merely means that she doesn't really care what the plan is, and that the one proposed is therefore acceptable. Wanting to get he shower over with so that she can be in bed as soon as humanly possible and let sleep take her away from this time and place, she dully heads for her bathroom without another word.

As Charlotte leaves the room with few words and a barely improved attitude, Selina makes sure the lights are off and the room is locked as she watches the teen slink off to her own room and bathroom to shower and rest. She herself makes her way slowly to the living room to look at the city. It's those few hours before the sun starts to creep in the sky. And if it weren't for her injury, she'd be out there on the rooftops, enjoying the chill but staving it off with activity.
Sighing, she lets her forehead fall to the cool glass, the brush of Jasper at her feet. He's not quite ok with her 'additional' legs, as she's found a few attempted bite marks, and indentations from his claws. Reaching down to scoop up the massive cat, she sets him up to sit on her shoulders; a fur stole of sorts. After he settles, and starts to purr in his perch she watches the skyline for a while longer before finally making her way back to her own room. The door opens and closes quietly as she turns the lights off. Jasper jumps from her shoulders and she makes her way to the bed, grabbing an extra blanket to cover the already sleeping man in her bed.
It's been a trying night for them all. There are messes to clean, and loose ends to tie up; but that will all be done in the morning as she makes sure the bathroom door is firmly closed, as she goes to the bed and crawls beside Harvey to rest. Much like they'd done time and time again, but in a different location. And there she will rest until the morning.
