Left to his own accords. In Kory's bedroom, which would almost be splendid, save he was alone… Clearly a room with Dick's presence. In more ways than one. Left to dissemble the rest of the Nightwing suit. If it had been anyone else, it might have been a lot more awkward than it had, but one learnt a while ago not to be so surprised by a tamaranean's Joy. It could be quite infectious. Gaining back much of his identity with his casual clothes back on. Putting the Nightwing suit, hopefully back where it came from. That could go two ways… Ok, maybe several more. Of course offered to help in the kitchen, but unpacking was insisted. Returning to his new bedroom. Home away from… Well, no where at moment. This was his only home now. After being between places and potentially lost on the streets, but mostly he hadn't cared…. Realising now that wasn't true… More he cared too much. The new room was defiantly comfortable… Decorated. Very decorated, but not at the tipping point. Just Kory being courteous to her friends. So, unpacking. Placing his bag from the floor to the bed. Unzipped and open. Opened a draw. Laid some couple items of clothes. Put a jacket in the wardrobe. Put his Arsenal gear in a safe spot… He was in need of some more weapons.. Which is lack of trying, he could hardly recall where some of them went… Did he simply lose them? Just a sign of how much of a change he needed. For someone that could make nearly anything in a weapon, he wasn't without some merit. Toothbrush. Razor. Phone charger. That was pretty much unpacked. Put the bag in a draw and guitar on a chair.
After unpacking which took all of a matter of minutes, though went at his pace, before crashing momentarily upon the bed… For several reasons, maybe most he wasn't so sure of, but it was a new start? Why did it feel still very much the end? Probably because it was meant to be hard, Roy. It was either his inner voice or he was hearing ghosts. As his eyes wandered over the portrait of Donna. Tears didn't come now. Mostly just stillness. Silence. With the mild added sound as Kory must have flicked on a radio of sorts. Regaining his attention back to the room. The apartment, now Kory had let him share. Not forever, least that was what Roy imagined. Said… The washing machine added a thudding sound, muffling out the sounds of the front door. Humming along with the radio aimlessly. Voices soon drifted, he hadn't exactly shut his door and it allowed now as he noticed. The aroma of the kitchen. Not much needed to be heard, to know who it was… Although out of 5, he was pretty sure he'd nail it on the head every time. Roy left the bed and his room, heading for the kitchen. Getting closer to the voices. Smiled a little at the mentioning of a roommate… As if on cue. Roy appeared after coming from the hallway and stopping on the other side of the kitchen bench.
"Hey… That would be me, bro!"
Casually as he could greeting them. Sure taunting them. Mostly Dick can be fun, but Roy wasn't here to step on too many toes. Not so many that they'd regret it, although he was sure to mess that up more without trying, but these were cool friends. One very sexy. As of course naturally eyes seemingly upon Kory. More so. Who ever imagined this image in a Robin's suit and cooking dinner. Roy couldn't recall the past Robin ever doing such things. More away from the stove. With the added smile with a casual wave. Because this was possibly a said 'couple' moment, though it was exactly new and waiting any longer in his room would have been rude. Plus he was happy to see his buddy again. Even if he aggravating him at times. Motioning around as he said bro. Greeting a hand, hopefully received. A casual friendly hand shake and maybe one of those guy hugs.
"Wow! Can't say that suit has ever looked better… No offence! You are one lucky son of a B*tch!"
As if continually surprised and Roy had seen it previously. Not just that, but in her bedroom. As his eyes defiantly went back to the scene. A hot Robin in the kitchen. It was weird and hot all in one. He could hardly imagine it gets too boring in this place. As grinned a little too knowingly, but not pushing it. Anyone walking in here, would be somewhat fixed… Right? Defiantly meant what he said. Really couldn't say he ever checked out the suit before. Not that Dick was unattractive. As Roy looked to Dick, not meaning to jab at him, but Dick couldn't blame him now could he? As Roy placed a hand on his shoulder. For all the flirting, because hey, she was sexy sexy tamaranean, but there was a line to not cross with a friend's girlfriend. Half trying to wipe the look off his face, as happily admitted Dick was certainly a lucky man. Roy knew them well enough, somehow imagining privately was much more than he could gather. Shaking his head in mild amusement and disbelieve.
"To come home to this… So… How have you been? Last I heard you were planning to do double duty?"
Roy simply formed out his mouth, with a simple gesture of his hand and not forgetting that now Roy would be coming home too. Was there a slight teasing look, maybe, but Dick had little to worry about. Although be more worrying if he didn't, he was generally concerned about something. Roy probably wouldn't out say it, maybe over some drinks… Oh, right, cutting out that stuff. To admit that to get more chances to hang out with Dick was also a reason. Hard to know if Dick really missed the team atmosphere, but Roy did. Not that Roy was much looking back. Trying to see somewhat forward than simply getting stuck…. With a pause and blinks at Kory. Asked Dick how his buddy was and in regards to his desires to be a cop… In other words to be double the hero. It certainly didn't seem out of place.

Sometimes it was hard to really know what Dick was thinking. Easy enough to know he was thinking something. As Kory stood in the kitchen, with the Robin suit a little on display whilst at the electric wok. She did know Dick pretty well. The man she had madly fallen in love with. She was very much his and she knew he was hers. In the manner of speaking. Love. Looked to him with the colour still at her cheeks. It could have gone several ways, but she knew him well enough she hoped to find it ok… RIght? Always looking for ways to please him. Make him happy. The laughter was always a good sign. Though eyes dropped to the suit at his words. A hand straightening the cape a little. it barely came over her shoulders it was so small.
"Can't say society was who I was really aiming for. You know you are very admirable, Dick… I would never want to steal your thunder. Though I feel closer, but not as much as without… Does remind me how small you were…"
Kory humbly spoke lifting her head a little to the side. As much as she wanted to fit in. Feel human and a home here… If any judgement she valued it was her friends. Dick. One thing she did know that rang true. Humans differed between the next. Where would she be if every man was like Dick? He was too special to duplicate. No matter how Bruce may have tried. Kory defiantly saw the joke in it and laughed, keeping things interesting and fun was always a good thing for a relationship. Challenging. Worth it. Resting a little against the bench and her hand slid down from his cheek. To his torso. To his pants. Tugging him closer. As Kory said the more affectionate things. He was a wonderful man, she'd remind him as often as she could. Suggesting there may have been merely a desire to feel just a hint of what made him so amazing. Simply feel a little closer. if there was a weakness, though loving this much hardly made her feel weak. She'd have him with her all the time if she could, but he needed space. Something she didn't fully understand, but accepted. Give and take, it seemed with humans… Hardly seemed a bad thing… Fingers etched around the edge of pants. Brushing his skin. Her other hand came. As she finished any untucking there was of his shirt… Unbuttoned some of the lower buttons and upwards. With a playful smile and looked to him through her lashes. As he knew full well what she preferred and nothing closer… As her fingers escaped a little in his shirt. Contour of his torso. Scars. Muscles. He could literally melt the fire within…
"Hmmm, I don't know maybe Bruce needs a female touch… We both know its not just the suit that makes Robin… On me its just a suit, I don't exactly blend and I'm not dying my hair… I like my hair… Maybe for private moments, unless its displeasing? You can help me remove it… I don't know why I imagined this and a cop badge!"
Kory jokingly said about offering Bruce the female touch. Because being his sidekick would go down well. Flashing Dick a warm smile as her warm fingers continue playing at his shirt and his skin underneath. Either Starfire be too much for Bruce to handle or Starfire would be so easy to follow his orders. Though Bruce could use some encouragements to relax some more. Though her eyes flashed in more serious note, she had no plan to go outside like this. Tim was the rightful Robin and she defiantly wasn't close. She'd experienced the original Robin. She knew very well it wasn't the suit that made Robin. To her it was just a cute suit. She hardly expected she'd make much of it, than maybe making it pop a little given she was bigger. Lightly pointing that out, that she stood out regardless. Her hair the most. Looked to him with a shake of her head, she wasn't dying it. Or cutting it. As she looked a hint of concern of that. Before smiling as her hand ran through her hair. Not being overly sentimental, but she very much liked her hair… She would defiantly miss it… No doubt he would miss it, the many mornings waking up with it almost like a pillow. Soft and scented. Not often so much so that she'd have to push him off without him landing on the floor… Save the moment he got cheeky about it, but he more than turned the tables. Made up for it… Hands motioned back up to his chest. Flattening his shirt collar a little. As she gave him a look the suit could be left for more private moments. On rare occasions if he wished… It was almost odd offering to help remove it. She'd so often helped him. Even helped the removing of the very last time he wore it. Gave him a naughty look as she joked about putting his cop look against Robin. Wasn't like Robin was a criminal. As Kory shrugged her shoulders at her thoughts. After all these years, it wasn't bound to get boring. Grinning to him innocently.
"Sounds you got a lot of things done… You know I can help with the theory work or was I too distracting? I don't really remember… I miss you too much in the day… Can I be assured you'll be coming home with me tonight? Although with this practical training… Does that involve a lot of tackling? I might be able to volunteer for that…. If you'd have me?"
Defiantly felt more comforted with Dick now at home. Not that Kory couldn't cope. She had her own busyness whether going to help mentor the upcoming Teen Titans or a photo shoot for her modelling career. Moving back to stir the wok. This was pretty much what it was like most days. The casual conversations. Feeling might comfy, whilst very much desire weaved in. Defiantly suggesting she was proud of him as she smiled and even though he could get over worked at times. Thus where Kory came in to flatten him out, he seemed happy.. Maybe not singing on a roof top like a disney film, but for Dick he seemed happy. Of course Kory couldn't only guess what the paper work was, surely it would go over her pretty little head. Even though she was smarter than she looked. As casually offered to help with theory work.. Like some of the times she had, mostly recalling the times he studied for his schooling. Surely she had helped. As she curiously tried to really recall, before winking at him… Looked to him with a longing gaze in missing him, but delighted he was here now. Very much savoured the seconds. If he'd move in officially she'd not have to ask, not that he hadn't come to sleep here pretty much every night, but there was always a chance he'd want to be alone in his bed. For whatever reason… Being a little more playful if she hadn't already, in thinking of the training in his work… Assuming the practical side. Similar fighting training. Which they were not new too. Of course. She kicked his butt often enough. Which could also lead… As Kory raised a brow to him, turning into him closely as she teasingly asked him with a sweet look. Tapping his chin lightly with her finger. Any time she could steal. Kory was going to steal it.
"Mmmm, thank-you! I'm defiantly trying. Though I still don't get any of the science… Maybe a cooking class wouldn't hurt… You do pull off an apron well! Unexpected! Everyone thinks its just me thats weird… I like to think its enjoyment!"
Kory expressed with a delighted smile and soft colouring to her cheeks. As her finger came up to dab any excess sauce from his chin or lip. Bringing it to her lips and defiantly savoured it. Casually if by playful accident, bumping her hips against his. Admitting there was a lot more she needed to learn, but certainly enjoying it… Something a little more human. Smiled sweetly with gratitude as Dick got the garlic bread out of the fridge. Hopefully putting it in the oven at said tempture. Everything was still a little pre-made, but it least was something for now. Looking to between him and the stir-fry. Expressing the desire for cooking class, which he'd suggested earlier she could do and she very much considered it. Given he wasn't much of a head chef, not that Dick didn't know his way around the kitchen… Maybe Alfred! Dick coming along to one, couldn't hurt, but Kory knew he was busy as it was. They could see… If she learnt something, she'd have something to teach him… Expressed happily she enjoyed seeing him in a apron… Is many ways of surprising her. It defiantly wasn't one sided as some think it was. Pouted a little as she commented. Joking mostly, but with some sincerity. There was many she expressed the difficulties in not just being different, but being an alien… Not everyone was as accepting… Nor as warm… If they were weird, she'd happily be weird with him, together. Kory just didn't see it so much as weird. This was her home now, but she was born the way she was… At some point you had to accept and embrace what you were given… That was all she ever really tried to do… Not that she really had a clear answer of who she was, that was an every day kind of thing, but she knew where she had come from and where she was now.
"Why you keep staring? You're unnerving me… You know what happens if you distract me from the cooking… A lot of smoke!"
Kory piped up as she could very much feel his dark… Oh so handsome eyes upon her. Pinpointing. As soon as he made for the garlic bread. A little chore. It was like a tiny magnet. Even though mostly at the corner of her eyes. She knew. Giggling under her breath. Turning to him a quick cheeky look, mentioning the nerves he was giving her. The tingles the second he had walked in the door. Looking back to the wok, hiding her flushed cheeks and the excited grin. Trying to keep on point.. The cooking. Biting her lip. Twirling her toes a little. Looking back to him mentioning what happens. Expressing dramatically with her hands, also rather cutely a massive amount of smoke. Not that she could really stop from smiling. He was potentially laughing at her at this point.. If he picked her up now, it mean he'd probably go hungry. Giving in. She couldn't help it. Kissing him. Passionately.
"Why do you make it sound you're disappointed its not you?"
Kory pulled back still excited, but of course he was curious now about the possible extra body in the apartment. Really didn't mean to have kept this from him. Though with a half smirk to her lips, amusement at the phrasing of his words. Really? He knew she had offered. Asked. Dropped hints, many of times for him to officially pop in… Of course she knew that wasn't his meaning, but she couldn't help tease him a little, maybe a part of him really wanted to move in… Was he disappointed? Kory looked to him curiously… The roommate would stop it if he did. Though just as Kory was about to enlighten on who it was. The said roommates appeared. Kory happily brightened in colour. Least she was happy to have Roy in their midst again. Placed her arm around Dick's waist momentarily as he motioned a moment away from the stove and to turn to Roy.
"Roy!… I hope you don't mind… He called me up shortly after you left. I guess I was so caught up in making sure his room was set up; along with the regular chores… I'm sorry, I didn't tell you sooner! I He needed a place, Dick… I didn't want to find him in a gutter or worse!"
Expressed happily as Roy very much made himself known. Kory smiled with happy eyes between Roy and Dick. It had certainly seemed a good idea without any flaws before Roy had mentioned earlier. Kory was still sure Dick be more than happy to have a friend around more often. Even though a little in their space, but it wasn't new. He wouldn't stick his nose in too much, Kory was sure… Rumbling on a little about how it came about. Yeah, it was maybe a little on Roy to have made it such short notice, but Kory was delighted he had asked in the first place. Rather than go with his pride. There was no time wasted when one wanted a change. Sometimes you just had to take it. Kory could relate. Just as a slave for all those years, she knew there be a time where she could break free. Kory very much took it. Not that this was the same thing… It seemed uncaring of her not to have thought to call Dick, she'd honestly been distracted and thought he'd be more delighted than anything… Very much apologised, if he was upset, but she didn't regret it… As Kory said the last bit a little lower in tone. Expressing her concerns about their friend.
"That's not a very nice thing to say about his mother… Do you mind keeping an eye? I might go change."
Sometimes Roy had very complimenting words. As Kory blushed a little and tug a little at the Robin suit. Looking to Dick with smile. Not that Kory needed the confidence, but was nice to hear. Although there were times, things were less complimenting. As Kory frowned taking that was not a nice thing about Dick's mother. Probably not what he meant, but Kory still frowned. Before it settled as she sighed. At the possible embrace, maybe it was all part of the male bonding lingo… Her eyes darting between Roy and Dick, blinking a little. OK? With a pause, happy they were hopefully reuniting on a good note. As Kory politely asked if Dick or Roy or Both may watch the wok… Even dish up if they wanted.. Offering to go change to get ready for dinner… Give them space to catch up if need be.

"Well from the design of that one, looks to be back when I was probably fourteen," Dick replied. Shrugging at her comment. He wasn't quite sure when he had worn that one.
He had gone through quite a few different changes in suits.
Kory was drawing him in more and more. Tugged at the rim of his work pants, she closed the gap between them. Then removing the tucked ends of his shirt and starting to unbutton from the bottom. He was rather enjoying her slow motion to it as she worked on them.
"There's a lot Bruce is missing in his life. But I'm not trading you," Dick replied to her. "I don't see you dying your fiery red hair."
He could feel her fingers running against his skin as she spoke. Her actions and her thoughts were enough to stir a fire in him. And right now, she was working more towards that. At her comment of her, he had ran a hand back up to her neck. Running his fingers through it gently, he couldn't image Kory with another hair color.
"You know I love the way your mind works," Dick commented as other hand traveled to her mid back, pulling her in closer.
The fun they had together. So many and sometimes hard to recall. Though it lingered in their minds when brought up.
"I got enough done to call it a day. And if you were there to help me, I'd more than enjoy the time. Though none of my work would get finished," Dick spoke with a smile on his face.
Recalling many times when Kory had taken his attention away from his work. It was always a good way to give him a break from his work. But with that in turn, took away the time he needed to work.
"I guess you can count on me coming back," Dick said in a half joking manner. "Besides, coming home to this makes me feel up for a good training session."
Dick made it sound like he might go off on his own tonight to go finish off more work. Though in all truth he wanted to say. And tonight he had the time to. As he spoke of a training session, he had pulled her in closer to him again. Kissing her lightly just to start things off, hopefully.
He hated to pull away from her for the moment, but she had asked for him to help. And so he had started on with the bread. Though this seemed like a lot more food than usual for the two of them. He didn't question out loud. Kory cooked how she wanted to cook.
"You are weird...in all the good ways," Dick replied as she had started back to stirring the meal.
Dick came up behind her. Slightly peaking over her shoulder as he started to kiss her neck gently. His arms working their way around her waist as they stood near.
"I know. And a lot of burns," Dick replied as he took her in when she turned to him.
His arms still around her waist. Keeping her near to him as they kissed. He could go hungry that night. Either way he'd be happy. Especially having such fun after a long day. It was nice to settle in at Kory's.
"I'm not disappointed. Just surprised that you were even looking for someone else to stay here while we're in and out of here so often," Dick said.
He wasn't quite sure what she meant. As far as him staying. But a stranger living there? That wouldn't go over well with him. Especially with the whole vigilante life style the two lead. Though before he could say anything...a familiar face appeared in the door way. Pulling them away from their pass actions. And pulling his mind else were as now they had company.
"Didn't know you were even in town," Dick replied as he took the offer to shake hands with Roy.
There wasn't much more motion after that. He was stuck between the unannounced new roommate. And the only moments ago flame that was now put out.
"It's cool. Always happy to lend a hand," Dick said. He let Kory go on to explain everything.
He was on the fence over this. Roy was a friend, but sometime it could be crowded with too many people staying under one roof. But it hadn't gotten to that point in the slightest. It was must a matter of helping someone out in need, like Kory said.
Dick gave a knowing and slightly longing look to Kory as she had to head off. He hadn't expected this change in events when he came home. Though his friend was welcome at this point. And there was much catching up needed. But they had the time now that Roy was living there.
"Yeah, a couple more weeks and I should be out on the streets patrolling from behind the wheel rather than the roof tops. At least during the day," Dick replied.

Feeling centre of attention wasn't in the moment of glory, not this situation. With that feeling where one had danced all night and slept too many days. Whether any particular bed, if one had even been met. With the feeling. The need of screaming, whilst Roy's heart had been growing weak. Roy mindful picked up the gutter comment… He could have happily lent his hand in protest, sure that he hadn't been that low, but he really couldn't justify that… Could he? Not after the many nights… That he could only partially recall or just in some massive haze. Most likely of silly and stupid things. Too late now to really even try to take back or amend them. Really probably the not remembering most of it all, was better. Move on… Wasn't that the motto in this place? Feeling a little like the big kid becoming between the adults. Dick finally getting in on the know that the space might be getting smaller. Not that Roy really wanted to step on their toes and make much of an annoyance of himself, than he probably already could simply being here. As fun as it was to mess and toy with the two. Roy knew it was not worth the drama, really getting between them. Of course the chances of starbolts coming at his neck, certainly would help. Though Roy didn't pipe in to add as Kory filled Dick in. Pretty much the description. There was no need to worry, that Roy might see Dick's special closet. Given Kory had already given him detour. Could be possibly he even knew things, Kory didn't and probably best she didn't. Although recalling the many stupid, dumb, lame, pathetic… He really could go on. Things Dick had pulled, that most probably resulted in a physical strike from Kory. He was always forgiven.
"Of course, Princess… I'll keep two eyes!"
It was questionable whom Kory had directed the question, but Roy happily took it, none the less. Offering along with a knowing smile. Whether to keep eyes on the food, on Kory changing, but give his luck earlier, well… Or keeping two eyes on Dick. Maybe all above. Roy had to keep some mystery, even if bad at it. Especially around two figures that had probably more than several times, called him up on it. Though there was the chance Dick sort a reason to bale, or maybe be less of a girl and stake his claim. Of course coming down to it… They were friends… Buddies on one occasion to the next. What kind of friend would Roy if he didn't look out for him? Shaking Dick's hand… Not with great strength of course.
"24 hours ago, I wouldn't of guessed it either… I hope this doesn't spoil you're plans… I really thought you knew… I…"
That was essentially the truth. Did Roy even need to detail what had happened, some 24 hours earlier… He much rather not. Least not so soon after moving in. Which he really didn't he'd be here. Had for some reason Kory not picked up or he had an extra lapse in thought, he probably would have baled on even asking. He knew once he was here, it be harder to just go…. Sorry, time to leave now. Especially without a flame full of hair coming his direction only to probably drag him back and he certainly would resist it… Roy was loose on assuming Dick had plans. Whether tonight. Any night. What he was planning to become with Kory whilst not 'officially' living here, but mostly living it… It really was like a old record, just with newer dints by the looks. Sometimes men are too high up on their own pride to admit the truth, but whether Dick wanted a life with Kory or should, were to very complex differences. Offering a little sly smile, Kory wasn't really one for secrets. Least as much as he knew from living with her. Really must of slipped her mind. Of course Roy may have played on it more than was needed. Unlike humans, friendship seemed more straight forward for a tamaranean. But in saying it, Roy was expressing he didn't want to stepping in places he shouldn't… I would have have, but paused when he was going to say, sorry. Because in truth he was more thankful than sorry, he just wasn't as secure in really saying that, but more than sure it showed.
"Oh that's right…. I almost forgot you had your license… I'm sure it will pay well… Do you have a partner? Although I guess someone has to keep Kory company during the day."
Roy belatedly commented in regards to Dick mentioning he'll be behind the wheel. Not that Roy was purposely meant anything by it really. Whether it was some memory when they were going for their license. Nightwing defiantly made Dick more the man swinging from buildings, than the naturally speedy at the peddle as Roy could be… Without getting too many tickets… Moving on as Roy interestingly commented on the pay. Assuming being a cop would pay well, but being a part time musician, anything else probably would seem to pay better. Not that Roy only saw money, but in this way of the world. It sure helped to survive. Success. It's not like being a hero, comes with much a of a pay roll. Not thats what they do it for, but it can make it difficult to live day by day. They just tend to leave those part out in the fairy tales. Curiously asked if there was a partner. Whether or not Roy was actually interested, but surely one wouldn't mind to be thought of. Who really was better with weapons, than him? Or would something like that give him a way to much… Was Dick good with a gun? That be something to see. Of course alluding to the fact Dick was making less time for Kory, somehow Roy was sure, Dick would find away to break all Roy's arms and legs… Well, least Roy would hope he tried. Or try something. After of course moving over the pot to stir. Lending a hand, one he could do quite often, keep the tamaranean princess content and not kick him out. Which it was probably extremely hard to get Kory to do, but if anyone could. It probably be Roy. Looked around, from knowing the previous spots in her apartment in New York. Roy pulled out mats. Knives. Forks. To set out the table. Being the good boy that he really was.

Fourteen! Kory could ponder a memory of what he was like at fourteen. He was maybe just a little older when she met him. He'd probably always be that touch smaller, but he certainly made up for what he lacked. As her orange fingers tug at her yellow cape with a gentle smile. One way or another, he'd always be cute. With the twirls in toe and really feeling Kory had gotten what she had sort out of wearing such a suit. Her attention was more promptly on the boy who used to wear it. Oddly he was reason in the first place to put it on, but that was exactly hard to see. As in her small attempts in her action, pretty much asking without words and he had drawn in closer. It was worth the wait how every many hours it could be in a day or even days… The scent that had kept her content on his suits, was very much now in the flesh. It somehow settled her much more. Little tingles at her skin from feeling his once again. Even with scars or none, he was a story Kory continually wanted to hear. Be surrounded by. Like that favourite childhood book, makes you feel all warm. Fuzzy. Home. She knew him so well, but there was always that little something that would surprise her. Maybe even something she knew, just in a different light. His words, they were maybe not surprising. Yet, still very much set a warm feeling in her heart. Her cheeks lit up with her smile as Kory withdrew a hand, to come at her hair. As if she needed to try and save it. A spark as fingers grazed his at the back of her neck.
"You're quite amazing, Dick Grayson!"
If anyone could really render Kory speechless at times, it was Dick. What more could she say? As her green tamaranean eyes took his eyes in more directly. Whilst her hand below undid some buttons. Caressed his skin and felt his nerves jump beneath. Dropping her hand from her hair. Came to the opening of his shirt above. Coiled gently the collar in her hand as if in motion to draw in what more Kory could. Was met with his hand at her back. Felt her nose graze his at the side. Felt pulse, though hard to say if it was just his she was really feeling… Maybe both. Feeling like liquid fire inside. Vaguely trying not to forget there was a stove to attend to, but he could keep her alive. At the sweetened comment about her mind. There was barely anything Kory could hold. Bracing him in. Too kiss him. Mumbling nothings. Both hand back below. Taking care of the last buttons on his shirt, her hands ran up to the sides of his neck with some essence of extra in her fiery touch. Biting her lip again. Felt his voice in her ear or there about. Tickling her up her neck and continuing down her spine. Unable to stop, not that she really ever tried, the giggles that seeped from her lips. Generally they seemed to come from a place more at her core. As if it wouldn't be Kory without it. More to her smiles, she was always happy to hear about his day, even if she was with him and more delighted when it had been a good day or he felt he'd accomplished what he needed. Of course with him, there was always something more, he felt he could do or should be doing. He was quite humble in that way. Kory laughed at the notion if she'd been there. Even with her in the corner with her Nightwing or Grayson flags, whispering depending on the location 'go team?' Kory looked to him innocently, wasn't bad she was able to distract him, she knew the line. Most of the time. Kory smiled before kissing him more softly now on the lips. Sometimes one needed to have there mind somewhere else, to be better focused on the task. He'd often protest, complain and some of the time he was probably right, but there was times he knew she had his best interests at her heart. He could be at fault for caring too much for others.
"A training session? That generally only happens after work, when something bad happened… Oh, you mean… Well, in that case."
For a moment Kory would have frowned, when Dick brought up a training session. More work? A little confused, because he's usually worn out, unless something bad happened, where he felt the need for correction or ware himself out more. That wasn't entirely something Kory advocated. Looking to him a little concerned, though surely with her by his side tonight, he'd have less to worry about, but then as he drew her pulled her in again. Kory understood what he meant by 'training session'. As she smiled again more brightly and knowingly, with the right colour back to her cheeks. Motioned her hands to help slip his shirt off, whilst fully accepting his tender kisses. Felt the pulse of his heart at every one. It strained the fire at her core, when had had pulled away too fix up the bread, but maybe a little thankfully. Not that Starfire required oxygen, but defiantly felt more able to gather her bearings. Or save the food at least. Well, that was hardly a bad comment. Kory smiled warmly as Dick favoured her somewhat tamaranean self.
"Thank-you!"
Quite simply Kory said, not eyeing him, but that was hardly needed to know he was very much there. As she continued a little bit of the stirring. Not too much. Hopefully enough. Though soon, Dick was there behind her. Trying to un-rattle her, she was sure. Not that she had much desire to stop him. He could so be a distraction. Feeling the heat spiralling. Her finger trembled where they were at the tender touches at her neck and certainly some sort brace as his arms escaped around her. waist. Once turned on her heels again. Eyes in view. Kory's arms gently rested against his shoulders.
"You know I don't mean… I thought you enjoyed when I kiss them better."
Innocently Kory commented in regards to the burns she had given him during the years. Even as recently as probably last night. Saying sorry was probably redundant, she wouldn't exactly take them back and there was no promise of no more. Offering a sweet smile, not that Dick wasn't man enough to take them. She was a passionate creature. Love could be an intense emotion, although didn't always have be love that caused such an explosion. As Kory happily mentioned about making it up to him. Meeting his lips. Matching the kisses.
"I wasn't exactly looking for anyone in general. Well except… For you! But I'm delighted you're not upset by it… I wouldn't let anything come between us!"
Kory lightly remarked back, not that she wouldn't open her door to any other friend that was maybe in need, but she hadn't planned to look for a roommate. Roy had merely been an offering, as probably not many others did offer and even less Roy would have said yes. Even to Kory, she couldn't have been sure he'd take her up on it, but sacrificing a room for his potential well being, hardly seemed a risk. Weren't they heroes after all? Although if there was really anyone Kory was more insisting on being a roommate, Dick knew that was him. So she could stop seeing his tooth brush from disappearing. He probably have a dozen, if he didn't assure her… Kory gave him a sweet look, that he was still very much welcomed to officially move in. He practically lived here anyway, it just hardly made sense. Wasn't like he didn't enjoy company. Least Kory hoped there wasn't something she wasn't giving him. Because she defiantly would if she could. Kory was relieved he was ok with it, she had hardly expected until Roy mentioned he might… Which after the initially welcoming and Dick finding out that the possible stranger. Was in deed a friend. No need to really hide anything, no more than he already did from Roy. The potential passionate moment was lost, there was always later. Tugged the edge of Dick's pants, not in the manor as earlier. As Kory offered a happier toned smile from Dick's words and expressing he was ok with it. Sensually she was thanking him and she would more than thank him later. With everything, it had been getting busy, so quiet time was far and few between. He was defiantly a man, she was proud of. Smiled at Roy at his comment, whether it was what he meant, but Kory was off too her room to really react.
Very much in Robin fashion, who knew when she would adorn the cape again. Shutting her door. Snapped free the buttons, which oddly seemed more than happy. Took care to put the cape away. As she did with the rest of the suit she slipped off. Tucking it away in one of the many boxes lined with special paper. After all these were meant to last forever. She no longer need to be concerned what would have happened to them had she not taken them to look after. Changing into her more general casual cotton shorts. A simple light t-shirt that slipped off her left shoulder a little. With a faded Nightwing symbol. Not anything fancy, she probably be changing in her Starfire attire in a matter of time. Red hair tousled down as it generally did, as in some manor of fashion, Kory returned. To much to her surprise, with table set and dinner practically served.
"X'hal!"
Remarked delightfully as her eyes went between the two men. They were defiantly good men. Smiling happily whilst entering, not that there was much more she needed to tackle to get dinner on the table. Hardly seeing how this was something to regret, but Kory really didn't regret anything. Besides, Roy was sensually family. Only really thing left was beverages.
"What would you two like to drink? I made punch… Don't worry its Roy safe!"
Kindly Kory offered. Opening the fridge. There wasn't just punch, but she certainly was favouring for it. As she pulled the jug out of the fridge. Placing it upon the bench. Before assuring it was alcohol free, from the many times Roy had mentioned punch at parties. This was sensually just fruit juice, with chopped pieces of fruit. Strawberries. Kiwis, peaches etc As Kory motioned for some glasses and ready to settle with the dinner. One of many to come, she was sure. Not that there still couldn't be one on one times with Dick, she could find those.
