Hawkgirl smirks at that, but doesn't comment. As far as she's concerned, she's not impressive at all - she's just a normal Thanagarian when it comes to strength. If he wants impressive, he should watch Clark do... well, anything. The amazing power of flight is lost on her too; that's just a normal part of her existence. Not that she doesn't enjoy it, but she enjoys it on the same level as someone who enjoys going for a walk.
Instead her attention shifts to the part of the city in front of her. "Almost there," she comments, "Let's see, if I was Huntress, where would I be right now?"

Huntress was in her general patrol area, though with the FBI being more of a scout, she was taking her area by foot more often, keeping to the shadows for the most part. The curfew was a pesky thing, but she'd dealt with worse. Currently she was perched on a roof top, watching the coming and goings of the local mob faction. Tonight was gathering intel; when the mob was meeting there was little crime and oddly--though she hates to admit--crime had slowed because of the FBI. She however, knew it was only a matter of time. Time to get used to it, time to learn the holes, time to grow rash and not care.
She pulled away her binoculars and leaned a little more over the roof as a dark, long car pulled up to the seemingly abandoned building she was canvasing. It looked like the Boss had arrived.

"On the roof top looking over the edge" He stated wondering if Shayera had just seen her or was looking another direction. Of course the fact he was indeed being flown around was over shadowed by pain radiating from his shoulder an leg.
the sooner he could get some where safe the better.

"I see her," Hawkgirl comments as she readjusts her flight path. Unless she's completely distracted, the odds that she'd miss seeing something that a human can is practically nothing. It would take a really dark night for her to miss spotting someone on a rooftop - that makes finding someone a little too easy, in her opinion. Then again, given Question's situation perhaps she should be more glad that they can be quick about it than disappointed at the lack of a challenge.
When she gets close she purposely glides so that the tell-tale sound of her wings flapping doesn't alert whoever Huntress is watching in case it happens to be important, though the sound of the wind over her wings should be enough to tip off the young woman that she's no longer alone just before they actually get there. She lands extra carefully, for though she doesn't find the Question to be particularly heavy, the extra weight does change the dynamics of such fine maneuvers and she doesn't want to jostle him. "Special delivery for Huntress," she quips, "I hope this isn't a bad time."

Helena did not like to be taken by surprise, but upon turning to see the winged-woman carrying Vic she blinked a moment. Instantly she had to come to terms with two realizations. One is that apparently Vic had escaped. It had gotten to her rather quickly that he'd been captured by the FBI—a fact that had not sat well with her at all; the FBI was supposed to be working for the better of the city and imprisoning those trying to protect it was counter-productive. She hadn't let her impulse take her, however. She knew that going after him would also be ill-advised. They already had one, no use placing herself in a trap. She had been confident that Vic would find a way out, anyway. So she smiled at Shayera.
“Bad time? This is perfect, I'm just doing some surveillance. You know, a little recon.” She kept low as she moved towards them. The second realization, however, has her less than pleased. She can see blood covering his ankle, soaking the orange sock there and also the evident stain on his shoulder. She looked up at his blank canvas of a face, eyes wide. “Awww, baby doll...How bad are you hurt?”

It was a relief to be back on the ground. some what on his own two feet. As amazing as flying was it was for the birds sorta speak. "I don't think I can help with your recon. " If that gave her any of an idea how bad it was. He leaned down to use the side of the building for support. Though it was a great thing to see her. Sadly though he wished the circumstances could have been better than what they were.

Hawkgirl goes silent after carefully setting down the Question, keeping an eye on him but letting the two of them talk without her interrupting. Instead she turns more of her attention toward the people that Huntress was watching as they arrived and the overall surroundings, making sure that they're remaining unnoticed. It's not like she has much of anything to add anyway, given that she knows little about the situation except that Question is hurt and really needs to find his car. She's guessing that the feds are at fault, but she doesn't even know that much.

"Forget about my recon, I need to get you somewhere safe and take care of these wounds." She knew he'd been bleeding out for a while if the amount of blood was any indication and so in fact had he not answered her question she knew he was badly injured. She turned to Shayera. "How long can you carry him? The only transportation I have is my bike and there's no way that's going to work." If he rode behind her he could pass out and fall off and if he rode in front of her--well he was too big to see around and drive and if he drove and passed out...She didn't finish that.
"It takes me twenty minutes on my bike to get to my apartment. If you can carry him and follow me, you can deposit him on my balcony and I can take him from there. I can wrap clean and wrap his wounds, remove any debris or bullets."
She didn't have to explain how this place wouldn't work for that sort of thing, beyond her lacking the proper supplies or rather the abundance she'd need. She began to make her way to the other side of the roof where her bike was parked below.

Having already essentially bragged about her strength today, Hawkgirl doesn't see the need to do the same with her stamina so she simply answers, "Long enough." While she's capable of getting tired, she has to be really trying in order for it to happen. And, as she told the Question, he's not that heavy.
"It's just as well; I promised to look for his car in the morning, so I need to know where to find him if I find it," she comments with a nod. She's just glad that Helena has a place with a balcony - those things make her life a lot easier. Fortunately, most of the vigilantes in the city seem to agree with her on that point. The only tricky thing with them is getting to and from the place without getting spotted in cases like this when it would be better to remain unseen.

"you just want to get my shirt off", he joked even though he was in bad shape. He wasn't one to let humor pass even in the most sinister of situations. He could be interrogated an still say anything to piss off the person delivering the beating.
Here we go again with the flying, as cool as it was he would have rather stayed on the ground. For one it let anyone with a sniper rifle to take a shot. For two, he wasn't in control

Again she gave Shayera a nod, nothing she could say to that. She knew her expression said all she needed; that she understood. She was just about to drop from the roof when Vic spoke and she turned to him with a smirk. “You popping jokes like that makes me feel better.” She knew he could he horribly hurt and she'd still be snarky, but when he did that it did make her feel better. It made her think he was going to be alright, and in fact, she knew he would be.
His joke, though, had definitely calmed her worry down considerably and for that she was beyond thankful, she winked at Vic before grabbing onto the ladder that went down the ground and sliding quickly to mount her bike, confident that Shayera would follow as she started it and took off.

Carefully scooping up the Question for a second time, Hawkgirl takes off easily and starts to follow Huntress's motorcycle. His own loss of control aside, there really isn't much to worry about being carried by Hawkgirl. She is perhaps literally the most agile being on the planet in the air for her size, and that's saying something when you add up all of Earth's flight-capable humans and animals. Which means that the odds that she'll make a mistake are practically zero in a non-combat situation. And between her eyes and her ears, it would be very difficult for anyone to attack her by any normal means without her sensing it coming. And on top of that, she's had enough experience flying through cities to do so without making it easy to spot her. In other words, Hawkgirl is the safest way to fly.
She's quiet this time as keeping track of a motorcycle is easier if she flies lower and slower than she did on the trip to find Huntress. But that's also more technically difficult, especially since she continues to make an effort to keep the odd of being spotted low, so she has that to keep herself occupied. However, she does take the time to simply say, "As soon as I drop you off, I'll head to my place to get some rest, and start looking for your car the moment the sun is up in the morning. If I find it, I'll come straight there to tell you where it is, and if I don't, I'll report back at sundown."
When Huntress parks her motorcycle not far from an apartment building, Hawkgirl circles and carefully surveys the surrounding area picking out a way to approach the building from the air with the least chance of getting spotted. The last thing she wants to do is to give the woman reason to have to explain what a superhero was doing on her balcony. Especially since, if Hawkgirl's car hunt is successful, she'd like to be able to do so again in the daylight without drawing attention. At least overnight most sensible people are asleep.
Once they arrive at the balcony, Hawkgirl carefully sets the Question back down again and, true to what she said, takes off again just as soon as Huntress starts to help him inside.
