So I thought that I would create an unspoken code of conduct for the professionals throughout Gotham. Now I’m first going to start with what I believe to be a serious list and I thought I could add a bit more fun to it as Dr. Crane does often produce games on this site. I thought it would be fun if every alignment could post their own codes of conduct. People can also post their reactions and feelings to other peoples codes. So post your codes! And Have fun!
1. Every man for themselves.
2. I will hurt you to get my way.
3. We can remain civil at social events.
4. Friendships are fleeting and fragile.
5. What and who I say is mine, is mine
6. Avoid getting everyone together.

1. Every man for themselves.
No matter whether you are partners, acquaintances, or “friends” as professionals, when it comes to the GCPD or any of the vigilantes it’s every man for themselves. We don’t have to outrun them, just the slowest one of us.
2. I will hurt you to get my way.
Every Professional will always look out for their own interests first, if you are getting in the way of those interests, it doesn’t matter who you are.
3. We can remain civil at social events.
Can, is the key word here. It doesn’t mean it will always happen, but as most social events it is generally understood that none of us want to disrupt it without good reason. If things go down, rules 1 and 2 suddenly apply once more.
4. Friendships are fleeting and fragile.
Don’t ever expect anything in this world to last very long, especially among professionals. Friendships are usually made under terms and conditions and stay that way. Some of us have turned to not bothering at all.
5. What and who I say is mine, is mine
Don't try to take my nemesis from me and not expect retribution. The general understanding is to each their own and don't interfere.
6. Avoid getting everyone together.
Some will notice some of the smarter ones in the group leave early if a lot of us gather together. It will usually end in a fight.
