Easier? Her face scrunches up in disgust at that. If anything, her company is smaller, and she does the brunt of the work. And she has creative licence over whatever the hell she does, with full support from her 'staff.' If anyone ever asks about her office, she states she has other consultants in the field at the moment. Which is a lie, but not one that many have cared to follow through on. She promises fantastic quality, and she delivers on it, no questions needed, or asked. Eyeballing Summer over a rack of dresses, she shakes her head slightly. Oh, to be young again. She's not that much older, but youth still sparkles on the redhead.
"He's certainly charismatic, and intense. The hair, or lack there-of has not a damn thing to do with it!" As they peruse more dresses, Selina understands the logic behind Summer's choice. "That makes sense. I forget you're in front of the camera so much, because I'm usually with you at the studio, so .. I just sort of forget!" She laughed at that, pointing out a teal number for Summer. "It's short, and flashy. Why don't we get a few dresses, and go from there?" As Summer falls upon a dark dress, she nods, looking at the fabric, and cut.
"This detailing is to die for! I think I'll add this to one of my 'to-try' dresses. And you better grab that pink concotion. We have all day, honey." Draping the gown over her arm, she continued to search, not liking this one, or the next for one reason over another. "Maybe I should try something outside my comfort zone. I feel like I rarely wear anything...other than dark on dark on black. Hm. And yes, Clark! Tall, dark and ...something. Those glasses. You'd think he'd go for contacts at this point." Shruging, she had to admire the fire in Summer's belly. She worked hard, played rarely, but was making a name for herself.

She giggled at Selina’s comment regarding Lex Luthor, though the redhead was completely enveloped in the sparkle, color and designs that this particular boutique had to offer. “I can’t wait to actually meet him. The station wanted to do a piece on him individually, but with all of the explosions and what not going on, we had to cancel his potential segment. I’m sure I will get all of my questions in at the press conference for the Gala though. I’m way too excited for it actually. It’s nearly a week away and I already have the outfit I am going to wear picked out. Are you excited?”
Returning to skim for her size in the former pink outfit, she usually tended to stick toward rustic and pale colors. Pale pinks and shimmering golds were her favorite, though she did tend to stray from that color pallet and adorn herself with a great deal of red when she was in front of the camera to match her signature lip. Instantly, a woman wearing all black raced over to them, offering both Summer and Selina something to drink as she took the dresses they had already selected to hang up and await them in a room for later.
With her hands free, that only gave her more opportunities to select other dresses. “I love the neckline of it, it’s so chic!” Smiling as Selina decided to add it to her potential pile, Summer began to have a bit of difficulty getting over the first one she had laid eyes on. “It works on you though, you have really exotic features, and the dark colors make you look all sexy and mysterious.” The return of Clark’s name to Selina’s lips caused laughter to peel from her lips at the comment. “Right? Those frames kill me. And he has the prettiest eyes! I don’t see why he would want to hide those. Oh! I wish this one came in a shimmering pale gold.” Summer pouted as she came across yet another style she liked, though the deep purple color was a complete turn off.

Excitement? The droll face she pulls is a clear show of that. "Maybe I can swing you some time with him. He has been busy. So have I, to be honest. And, I think I'd enjoy it more, if there wasn't so much damn planning. Even indulging in this-finding a dress has been difficult. But the Gala should be fun. I will be playing hostess to Lex, but...there will be entertainment, our little production of explaining what is going on, and the Q&A, but the rest, I should be able to have some fun, mingle a bit. So..I'm hoping?" And even that is a stretch, because she's seen how much 'fun' is dedicated to this. Having to make chitchat, small talk, solicit money without making it obvious.
Thankfully they're offered beverages, which Selina takes gratefully. If she had her way, after this a drink or four would be fantastic to indulge in. As the two scour, she's drawn to purple number, and settles on something in yellow-just for shits and giggles. She loves the cut of the slinky gown, but yellow? Hell, she'll try anything once. Nearly snorting as Summer goes on gushing, she shakes her head. "Black Irish, they call it. The darker side; swarthy skin, dark hair. You and your pale skin and red hair, you look good in most anything, hon!" Sexy and mysterious isn't all that bad, is it?
"That color is so damn good, though! If only it did come in gold, and that color was in something in this style!" She adds, holding out a gold dress, in a cut she'd prefer. While they giggle at Clark, she shakes her head. "Men are stubborn, you know." She adds.

The idea of getting some time with Lex Luthor brought an unavoidable smile to her pretty face. God, being friends with Selina certainly had its hidden perks and benefits, not to mention her charming personality clicked perfectly with Summer’s. She bit her bottom lip to try to contain her excitement, though she hoped that she did manage to snag some time with him liked mentioned. For now though, she needed to play the role of friend rather than reporter. While it seemed impossible to put her career down even for a couple of seconds and focus on something else, shopping proved to be a very good distractions.
“I’m sure it will be fun for you too. Just think- as soon as the doors open to the guests everything will come together and all the planning will be over with all of your hard work to show for it. It’s going to be amazing.” Her smile so big that the corners of her mouth was beginning to hurt, she couldn’t remember the last time she had been this happy and the emotion was something she was beginning to struggle with as of recently. Needless to say, this day of relaxation was much needed.
Summer couldn’t help but laugh at her compliment, “Anything? I wish! If you ever saw me in orange you would understand my pain. It’s a mess.” Eyes lighting up as she spots the gold dress that Selina send in her direction, the redhead quickly seized her appropriate size and hugged the material toward her, falling in love with yet another dress. It was beginning to be a problem; she was certainly going to need Selina’s expertise when it came to which one she was going to decide on. Nodding in agreement, she couldn’t help but quip, “And that would be why I am still single.” She paused, selecting one more dress that was a light lavender color, “Okay, I think I am good. I have like, seven to try on already. As soon as we find a couple more for you we can try them on. I think they have our room ready for us.”

Summer's bubbling enthusiasm makes her re-call when she was 24. Was she happy at that point? Yes, but only up to a certain degree. The next year had her divorced, a mess, but happy. It was just a different happy. And she'd been back in Gotham, so that had always been a plus. So as she mulls over several other dresses, she makes a mental note to coordinate the redhead, and the bald-headed one for a bit of press.
Selina does like that way of putting it. "Agreed. As soon as everyone gets a glass or two of whatever they're going to drink, pretend, at the very least, to listen to the whole production of what is actually going to happen, I agree. The food, dinner, and you wouldn't believe the whole venue. It's just...so not stuffy!" She gushes, mulling over a deep plum dress, and another in a shimmery, slate grey. Both go over her arm, along with another peculiar one; in a tangerine shade.
"Planning has been fantastic. Luthor is a very driven man. And after our talks about why I was chosen, I'm pretty damn sure he made the choice, and that finally, even if it is an outsider-someone is taking interest in this, that will get things done. Even Jere-Jeremiah Arkham has a bit of a sparkle in his eye. If you're really thinking of something else-" Yes, Selina was going to tip her off on a few more story ideas. "But you might want to talk to the board we've assembled for the project. Arkham, his son, Dr. Leland, Dr. Ledford, and then Gordon and Bullock, Bivins and Montoya. Considering I consult close enough with the PD, I was able to pick those I know are capable of handling their own caseloads, as well as my questions, Luthor's questions, so forth."
Her hand illustrates in the air her thoughts as she continues to wander among the dresses. She laughs with Summer, scrunching her nose up. "Maybe if it's the right shade? Maybe?" Holding up her new selctions, she points in the direction of the rooms. "I think we're good to go. And maybe after this, lunch, and mani/pedis? And there is a little place off 4th I wanted to hop into, if you have the time?" She was fully intending to monopolize her friend's day, fully.
"And hell. I'm still 'technically' single, too. It's just..men are complicated, and I don't like all the media attention, and it's just...you know." Did she? At 32, she was pretty set in her ways; but only to a degree. She didn't want to talk too much about her current love interests. If she could barely explain it logically to Charlotte, who was in on dualities, how could she explain it to Summer?

“This is probably the biggest event I have covered since I arrived in Gotham. I can’t tell it I am more nervous or excited.” She chirped, eying the grey dress that Selina selected. “I love the neckline on that one, and the color. You could match it with a smoky eye really well.” She added, taking the material into her hands. It was a gorgeous dress, though entirely not her type. It would fit the dark-haired beauty much more than it would even look on herself. While Summer’s hour-glass frame did suit her well when it came to finding dresses, she always had to worry about the colors clashing with her bright red hair.
Summer held onto every word that peeled from the brunettes lips, taking a mental note as to who she might need to speak to in the near future in regards to the development of Arkhams security. “I’ll have to do that.” She said with a smile, quickly crossing Harvey’s name off the list, fully aware that a realistic conversation between the pair of them without snide comments was going to be highly unrealistic. “It’s funny, we keep saying that we are done talking about work, but somehow it always manages to slip back into our conversations.” She said with a giggle. “I suppose we are just a little too career driven for our own good. Maybe we should go on a vacation or something.” Half-jokingly, she couldn’t help but admit to herself that she desperately needed one.
Summer nodded in agreement, taking a moment to look at her free hand and examine her nails. “I’m in dire need of one. I’m all yours for the day. The redhead said with a smile, starting toward the large fitting room with Selina that had been prepared for them. Sharing a room would that was large enough would help them compare and contrast the styles and colors of the gowns that they had selected. Summer was positive that one of these dresses in the batch was going to be perfect to the gala. Allowing the brunette to lead the way, she smiled when they closed they closed the door behind them and she was reunited with the rest of the dresses she had selected earlier. Falling in love with each of the all over again, she bounced toward them. “This is going to be hard.” She said, starting toward them to decide which to try on first.
“Men are way too complicated. You are lucky though, your career makes you desirable, not to mention you are strong, independent and completely gorgeous. It takes me a while to find the good ones, but then again I don't really go out looking” She waited for a moment before adding “I totally agree, I hate the media too.” Obviously teasing, a giggle peeled from her lips as she looked over her shoulder to glance in Selina’s direction.

At the mention of vacation, Selina audibly groaned. "You can't tease me with that! There is the gala, and then overseeing the reconstruction of both facilities. But after all that is done? I'm doing it. We're going somewhere. Perhaps an island vacation. I could do for some sun, sand, cocktails, and cabana boys. You're the worst." She said with a grin.
Nodding to the grey dress, she was glad she grabbed it. It was something different, but she liked to expand her wardrobe here and there. "I know. We both just work and work. Which is why I said we should just...not work all day, and shop, eat, get our nails done, the whole thing!"
She glanced down at her own nails. She'd have to cut out the work if she was going to keep a manicure solid.
Once they were back in the dressing room, she let her eye wander. She really wanted to try the purple one, but slipped out of her clothes and into the grey one she had just picked. It was nice, but not dazzling. She could keep it for a work thiing.
"Me? Desirable? I run a security company. It's dirty. I never sleep because a lot of theft occurs at night. I only get invited to benefits and all that just because I know the right people. But trust me, you'll find someone. You just have to look past the money, and the assholes, and you'll find a keeper." A gem, even. She snorted at that, not quite believing what Summer was saying about the media.
"You work in it! As long as you keep seeking out the truth, you'll not go wrong. Once you start making up shit like the tabloids? Then I'll stop watching." Spreading her arms out, she debuted her grey frock, not wowed with it, but no doubt taking it home anyway.

Summer’s face lit up at Selina’s approval. “But in the best way,” She shout back, evidently teasing. "Seriously? You are on board? I so need a vacation. The last time I did anything was spring break my last year in college! It’s been years!” Summer began to shed her clothes, only pausing when it came to her tight pants. The scar would be exposed the moment that she slid them off her smooth legs. As foolish as it was going to look, she decided to keep them on while trying on dresses – as foolish as she looked.
“I agree! We majorly deserve a day off!” She knew that she looked completely stupid, slipping into her first dress with her jeans on underneath. Even she knew that it looked ridiculous, but with half of the dresses she had selected being so short, it was possible that the moment she removed her pants the scar would make its big debut. Of course, once the pink, feathery number was on and tightly hugging her hour-glass frame, she momentarily forgot about the brand.
“I absolutely love this one! It makes my boobs look huge!” Admiring her silhouette, “But I really have a thing for assholes,” She pouted into the mirror, though she understood her friend’s point to steer clear of the ‘bad-boy’ image that she strayed towards and maybe go for someone a bit more mature. It didn’t really matter though; it wasn’t like she was ready to be completely serious about a real relationship right now anyway.
Still sporting the first dress, she just didn’t want to get out of it. It flattered her figure, complimented her skin and even managed to tone down her bright red hair. It was completely perfect and though she wanted to ask Selina’s opinion, she didn’t want her to comment about the unnecessary pairing with her pants. “Oh trust me; I will never sink to that level. I wouldn’t even make things up if I was held at gun point.” Which was surprisingly true.

"I'm more than on board. I'll have Allie look into islands. Do you want an island, Mexico, what are you thinking?" She could already taste the salt in the air, the sand beneath her toes, the alcohol in her mouth, and the warm, warm sun on her skin. She sighed heavily. "We're totally looking at swimsuits next. A girl can dream, right?"
"You're right. That pink dress is gorgeous. And it will totally make your assets pop!" She smirked, glancing down at the next dress she'd changed into. She wasn't too impressed with it. It was tight where it shouldn't be, loose where it it should be hugging her. But hell, Summer looked great.
Shedding that dress for another, Selina turned to allow for Summer to zip up the back. She had her own slew of scars and marks, but the years had faded her own map of stories. She rarely thought of baring so much skin to someone who wasn't aware of her extraciricullars, but hell, it was her friend.
"Yeah, but assholes are only good for a night or two, or to show up someone that hurt you. In the long run? Not good at all." She frowned for a second, lines appearing between her eyes. She had dealt with her share of 'dangerous men.' They were alluring, but bad for more than a week of fun, sadly.
"Then good. You'll go far, especially for the hard work you've put in. And hopefully, it won't get to that point. I'll get to you, before you get there." Motioning to the pink feathery concoction, Selina grinned big. "Looks like we need to find you a pair of shoes to match that dress? Maybe a pair of earrings and a bracelet?" She knew the face of determination and decision, and Summer had already made up her mind on getting this number for the Gala.

Swimsuits? Oh no. There was no way that she could keep her jeans on when trying on swim suits. She instantly feared that Selina was going to become very aware of her dirty little secret that she was trying so desperately to hide. It took her a moment to reply to the question, her fear overwhelming her as she tried to rack her brain for some kind of excuse. “Oh- um. I don’t know! I have never been to either. I mean, I got to travel a lot when I was a field reporter, but of course I was never sent anywhere that fun. I always thought Hawaii might be fun!” Not to mention they had grass skirts or something that would disguise her humiliating brand.
Summer removed the pink dress she adored, placing it aside so she could slip into a longer, tighter one. As she moved to slip into it, she noticed how form fitting it really was. Unable to get it over her hips with her jeans, the redhead swallowed as she was forced to remove them finally. Wincing as she tried to remove her pants without messing up the bandaging, Summer then admired herself in the mirror, adoring the dress but not nearly as much as the first. “I really like the pink one more than the gold. I mean, gold’s my color- but I don’t know.”
Selina’s sediment on assholes was completely true and something Summer had known for a while but now nearly as willing to accept. “Yeah, I don’t know if I really want anything for the long run though. Gosh, I don’t know what it is I really want. I feel like I keep going back and forth. My cousin got engaged the other day and she’s twenty-one. Now my mom makes sure to ask me every time on the phone if I have a boyfriend yet."
She nodded in agreement as Selina asked her if she was ready to find the proper accessories for her dress. “I think I am in love with it.” Summer smiled back at the discarded dress. Still having not tried on the rest she had selected prior, she didn’t want to risk messing up the bandage any more than she already had. “Do you know which one you are getting?”

Nodding, Selina closed her eyes and thought of Hawaii. She could go there. Glorious beaches, crystal clear waters, alcohol. And no where to break a bone. "Mmm. Yeah, but that is for work, Summer. I went to France, Italy, and most of Europe, but that was for University. Same thing. It wasn't purely to get away. And hell, maybe we can find you a man of the week. Mess around with him, then come back here. And we could tan. Think of that." She sighed again, stripping out of her dress and into a new one about the same time Summer changed.
It wasn't that she cared for hiding anything, but she just had a few scars on her back that were mighty questionable. And a gunshot wound she never really liked having to explain. As she noted a bit of hesitance, she shrugged, opening her eyes. "Or we can just window-shop and look. I think I have enough to mix and match that I don't need new ones, but you know how it is when you start shopping with no goal in mind."
Tugging on her next dress, she was so disgusted with how it fit, and the color, she dropped it, stepping out of it and re-hung it back up.
"Gold is your color, but I think that pink number is growing on me. Especially with your other choices. That one is nice, but just...I liked the feathers on that pink one better, you know?" She tapped her chin, contemplating Summer in the gold dress. Still not happy, she pointed at the pink one.
"Mmm. Join the club. You're young. Play the field if you need to. But if you find someone that you can truly be yourself with, don't let him get away. No lying, the sort you can sit and drink and do nothing with, and it's still fun. That's the man I'm talking about." She sighed, glancing at her hands for a second.
"And don't focus on work so much you pass up someone. I'm getting up there. I work too much. But still, there are a couple of men who work just as much as me, and ...well, we're making it work." Yes, she was hinting at the fact she was seeing more than one man. And regularly. To the hostess of Gotham Live! Was she baiting Summer? No. But it would be nice to talk to someone about man ...issues. Not problems, but ..complications.
"What would you do if you had a man that was just..amazing, but you didn't want to fuck things up? Or put labels on it, or just...complicate things? And what if one was so complicated, but so freeing. And both were in your life? Who would you go for? Or would you just...not make a decision?"
She was just asking for it with that sort of 'hypothetical' going on. And considering her friend was a reporter?
Selina smiled, stripping off her dress and reaching for her original outfit to put back on. Scrunching up her face slightly at her own half-tried on dresses and discards, she shrugs. "I liked this one, but not for the Gala. I'll find something, but how about we find the rest of your outfit. At least one of us will be put together." Unhanging the one dress she did like, she knew that the other dresses would be re-hung for them.

Her face lit up at the persistent idea of a vacation, goodness knows she needed one. While there was a brief blush on her cheeks a Selina’s mention of finding a man, a sly smile quickly played on her red lips at the idea. That didn’t sound too terribly bad. She could spend a few passionate nights alongside some dreamy islander for a week and then come back to her career with no strings attached. “I just love the way you think,” sending a smile over her shoulder she tried to put the idea of hiding her brand behind her now. “Only I don’t tan. My skin is so fair that the sun practically fries me. But I am still down, this has to happen. Who can we take with us? If anyone, I mean, I am pretty sure we can take over Hawaii by ourselves.”
Summer had raced through her choice of dresses and settled on the one that had caught her attention from the moment she walked into the boutique. “I know, and I mean, it’s such a pale pink that I can always accessories with gold…oh! Or pearls!” Her eyes lit up at the idea and she turned to face her friend, “Which one do you like best for yourself?” A sigh fell from her lips at the brunette’s comment. “Young? Why do I feel like I am in my forties than?” Perhaps that was simply the amount of strain and pressure she had been putting on her body recently, goodness those mani-pedis were sounding better each minute. Maybe she could just convince Selina to go for a spa day with her and blow off shoe and jewelry shopping.
“A couple of men, huh?” Summer caught instantly. A devious smile playing on her pretty features as she looked up in the mirror, catching the brunette’s expression for a moment. “Like who?” Knowing a majority of Gotham’s elite and simply assuming that Selina would not stray from her social class, she hoped the brunette would trust her enough to tell her, despite the press label on her forehead. Selina’s question was one to make her think, cracking a smile as she began to slip back into her regular street clothes. “You remember who you are talking to right? The girl who can’t keep a relationship for more than two-weeks?” Summer was playful about it, but it was sadly true.
“I mean- I don’t know. I guess I would go for the one that was less complicated than, If you like each other and are happy together, you shouldn’t really have to think about it too much – it should just click, right?” Summer couldn’t help but laugh. “I told you I am terrible at love advice.” As Selina got ready as well. “Are you sure you don’t want to go somewhere else? I don’t want you to leave empty-handed!”

"Told you there was a reason we're friends, hon." As Summer asked about bringing anyone, she blanched. Would she want to bring anyone? Would there be anyone she'd want to bring? She pulled a face at the thought, pushing it out of her mind. "I don't either, but it doesn't hurt to sit in the sun for a while and pretend, right?" She shrugged at bringing anyone. "You have any thoughts on who to bring? Either way, we could do a group, or just have the two of us?"
As they both poured over the pale pink frock, Selina nodded at the idea of pearls. "Mmm. Gold, and pearls would work. I know they have a good selection of jewelry here, and next door if you want to look? And considering the color, you could really go all out. Bracelets, a flashy pair of earrings, a necklace." She nodded again, and smiled at her friend. At least they got one thing off their list for the Gala. As the question was turned to her which she liked, she held up the shimmery grey one. She liked it, but probably wouldn't wear it to the Gala. But it was still too gorgeous to not purchase.
"You feel old because you run around all the damn time. That's why!" Selina said, holding up the dress. "And yeah. Several." It's not like she was ...having a serious relationship with the both of them. They just sort of fit into her daily life. Both of them. Seamlessly.
"And yes, I'm quite aware of who I'm talking to! My friend, who works for the press, media, and delves into the lives of socialites for news." As they bantered back and forth, Selina listened as they walked to the register, each with a dress over their arm. "Both are complicated in their own way. Maybe I'm just the complicated one. Thankfully I don't really have to ...make a choice, you know?" She shrugged, letting the topic drop as she moved to hand over her dress first, her card already out of her purse and on the counter as well.
"I'm good. I'm going to get this dress for now. Can't hurt to have a backup." And she was honestly more excited that Summer had found something that fit. After all, shopping was about the journey, the experience, the time spent, instead of focusing on what you found. "And love advice? Hell, I've already been married before. I debate if I want to do it again, sometimes." She said quietly. It wasn't a well-known fact she'd been married. And she barely, rarely brought it up, even to her good, close friends without purpose. Or to illustrate a fact.

She giggled at her comment. “I don’t think I have anyone really worth being. I am sure if we go by ourselves we will get into much more trouble and you know how much I enjoy trouble.” Sending a playful wink in her friend’s direction she honestly couldn’t think of anyone that she would want to bring along with them unless they were the week-long designated driver and drink refiller, but surely they would have people at whatever resort the pair went to that would do that job for them.
“I think I am just going to go with classic pearls. Oh, maybe a pale pink pair to match it.” She nodded, agreeing fully with Selina. The details were intricate but the color was not. She was going to have to majorly accessorize to pull off a successful look that would steer the attention away from vivid red hair and large chest (seeing as those two assets seemed to be the most commented on)
Summer couldn’t help but smile mischievously at her comment. “Come on Sel, off the record! I swear.” She countered back quickly. “You know I won’t exploit you about your love life, we’re friends remember.” The redhead reminded her, though for as long as the two had known each other Summer noticed that she was always very personal about her love life. In fact, she was unaware if they had discussed much in regards to their love lives in each other’s presence – particularly because Summer didn’t exactly have many stable ones. But psh, details.
She couldn’t help but chuckle when she talked about not having to make a choice. “Of course not, what fun would that be?” The little redhead added almost sinisterly, her false sense of innocence completely fading for a moment. Hoping she wouldn’t need a back-up-dress like Selina, she was sure that the Gotham Live credit card she had snugly tucked into her wallet had some sort of a limit. With the dress in her hands already exceeding several thousand dollars, she knew that doubling it with a second dress would be unrealistic.
“I didn’t know you were married! Oh wait, yes I did. Back when you lived in Paris, right? God. I have always heard the French are freaks. Maybe we just need to go to France instead of Hawaii.” Summer teased, gathering up her personal things and the dress she planned to purchase and turning to Selina to see if she was ready to leave the solitude of their dressing room.

Hell, Selina knew how much sheloved trouble. "Mmmm. Trouble trip for two. I could get Alec to tag along, keep us in line, drive us around if need be?" She winked back at her friend, trying to remember if Summer had met her IT man slash bodyguard. If anything, Selina had a fondness for the SAS.
Peering at the frock Summer had picked, she narrowed her eyes at both her friend, and the dress, envisioning and going through several other options other than pale pink pearls. "Drop earrings, too?"
Tapping a finger against her bottom lip, she broke into a smile that fractured her deep concentration on perfectly accessorizing the redhead. "I always have complications. And would you believe me if I said I could count on one hand how many lover's I've had?" When the saleswoman handed the receipt to sign, she paused in their conversation for a second.
But perhaps she would indulge her prying-in a good way- and feed her a few things about the men she'd loved. And very rarely lost. As the dress was secured, and noted it would be delivered to her home later that evening after being pressed and steamed, Selina stepped back for her friend to pay for her purchases while she, herself mulled over what Summer had said.
Were the French insane? Who honestly wasn't to some degree? "Mmm. Back when I was your age. Actually, I was divorced by the time I was your age," she laughed, her memories turning wistful for a second. A brief second. "Depends on your definition of 'freak,' hon. Here in Gotham we're desensitized to a degree. They certainly are an intense, passionate sort of populace. And I'd rather Hawaii. Unless...what about Italy? I have an uncle there who used to let me stay at his summer home?" She'd love to see her Zio again.
"You ready for our next stop?" She asked, brow raised.
