Kara listed as he spoke. She was very much so amused by him attempting to down the hot soup in front of him. "I'll be nice and do a hands on approach. The trash can was a bit more spare of the moment to help you out. You humans are so delicate," Kara's amused tone coming through in the last part.
It was rather interesting the difference between her kind and the humans. Beside the super strengths and such. She could be bothered less by heat or cold. Heck, her cousin's fortress was in the northern ice caps. That said something about their tolerance for the below zero weather. Kara was very much so like her cousin in those ways. Her powers and body of a Kryptonian were very much so in effect on earth. Her skills and power levels could challenge that of her cousin's due to the fact that she was raised on Krypton.
"I could see where the skills came from. I can image you upon a horse and shooting at live prey," Kara replied. A slight smile breaking out upon her soft face at the thought as she took a sip of her tea.
"That must have been quite a shock to the system. I mean to get used to living with Oliver verses the way you were raised," Kara question.
She didn't mean to pry, but it was rather interesting. These were some facts she had not learned about before.
Kara did not pull away when he took her hand and kissed it. She slightly blushed at the actions of Roy. He was very much so a gentleman when he wanted to be despite how he acted sometimes out on the field.
"Who is Sebastian? I'm not trying to sound ignorant, but I haven't heard of this lion," Kara said.

Kara looked to the clock. Boy, it was getting late. But there was still time.
They had only managed to get about a quarter of the way into their dinners so far. It was rather amusing. After all that talk about how hungry they had been earlier, here they sat with food on their plate. And what had they been up to so far? They had been talking almost the entire time. And it had been a good leading conversation.
Something had really evolved from their earlier conversation.
Kara smiled at Roy. "I thought your were hungry?" She teased him from across the table.
It was just amusing to think how different they really were. Seeing as she was technically, she was an alien to this planet. And here was this human. This so proclaimed vigilante, with no superpowers of any kind sitting with her. And they were moving forward into a new relationship between the two.
It was rather exciting in ways. Something Kara had little experience with. Relationships with humans. It was different compare to the few sidekick of League members who wanted to take a chance with the cousin of Superman. She wasn't exactly and easy catch to keep a hold of.

Apart from the near deadly mishap with his soup, which mind you Roy was adamant he had totally recovered, but apart from that. There was certainly nothing bitter about this evening or this dinner… Date? Suppose, it was something one could add to a diary. Hmmm, yeah. Roy wasn’t short of imagining Kara home on her bed twirling her hair and tell ‘Dear Diary’, all about ‘Dear Roy’. He wasn’t completely knocking this image. Legs, always helped and come on. She was adorable. Among other… Roy straightened up and wiped whatever drool was on his chin. Thankfully for Kara, Roy was a good boy and wouldn’t snoop out for her diary. As noted by the sincere grin he played upon his lips. Kara responding to going with the hands on approach. It certainly made the grin on his face, make more sense and evidently grow just that little bit more.
”Nice? You maybe Super, but nice? I don’t know if I can trust you on that. Do you want to recall when the last goon asked you to be nice? Hmmm, I guess in any case. I am way on board… Delicate…? Great, does this mean you’re expecting me to come out like a Ballerina? You know my legs can totally pull off a tutu!“
Roy messed with Kara back on her promise to be nice. Of course, she could be nice. Very nice. She could also be a little not so nice. As Roy reminisced that one of many times on the battlefield. To be honest, he was vastly impressed, entertained and slightly turned on… So, even on that thought. He wouldn’t completely turn his nose at violence, particularly from someone as lovely as Kara. Roy could never turn down her hands, as the smirk played upon his lips, but playfully disappeared. Cheeks going red as his Arsenal suit. As Roy ran the notion as Kara called humans. Meaning himself included. Delicate. He hadn’t been called delicate, in quite some time. It was obviously a cute notion, playing around her beautiful kryptonian head. Roy teased, if she was playing with the notion he was comparable to a Ballerina. If not, he was sure to plant the image of him in a tutu… Or a skirt… Any skirt. His smile teased, before slowly disappearing with another attempt. Another go at his soup. Hmmm, delicious and just right.
”Well, it certainly didn’t happen over night, but yes… Not that I purposefully went out to shoot Bambi, but I’m definitely good in a hunt…"
Roy mused at the thought of his much earlier years and sensually learning his way. Particularly around a horse. Suppose, it was no surprise he was a little quicker at learning his way around an arrow more, he was a natural. Not that Roy would need to openly boast, but yeah he knew how to hunt… He picked at the salad and then picked at a piece of sushi, that had mix of fish and ginger. It blended well, unsurprisingly. Roy breathed a soft amusing laugh, at Kara mentioning his potential shift in lifestyles when he moved in with Oliver. The famous blonde haired billionaire playboy.
"Hmmm, it was in ways, yes! Certainly in lifestyle… I had been quite use to having nothing… I was a highly driven kid, I knew I wanted to do more with a bow. The moment I saw Ollie do his thing. Well, I… I sensually chased him down, scratched and clawed my way until his no, became a yes… I wanted to be a hero… The lifestyle was like an ice bucket to the face, I had to accept. Of course, it wasn’t completely hard. I mean, there was definitely perks, but can’t say it has ever driven me…"
At times it seemed years ago. Lifetimes. Some times, it felt like yesterday, he’d lived under Oliver’s roof or roofs. The dude was seriously loaded. It had been quite a change. Once Roy had set his mind in wanting Oliver to train him and be his sidekick. He knew he would take anything that came with it, Roy just wanted to be a hero. He wanted in the fight… Of course the lifestyle wasn't so bad to accept. It certainly took some time for Roy to get use to his way around, actually having money and it occasionally got him into trouble. Roy liked to think he was mostly sensible about it. It was another shock when Oliver took it all away again and Roy was left again with nothing. But money was never his drive, he adapted with or without it. It was alcohol that had been his real problem… Roy smiled at the lovely display of colour to Kara’s cheek, as he had offered affections with her hand. He was always a kiss a way from being a gentleman. He was definitely like an onion, he had layers. It just was a matter of which one he wanted to show or what ones certain people could bring out.
”Oh… Did I say Sebastian? I must have my crabs and lions mixed up… I meant Christian, the lion! If you are unaware, we can youtube him later, I can hint. He is a hugger… You have to admit, I give a good hug!"
A flash came across his cheeks, as Roy noted his mistake in the name he had given. Not that he need to land more disney hints on this dinner. He wasn’t entirely sure what impression that was going to give nor leave. He wasn’t entirely sure if he was surprised or relieved if indeed most were unfamiliar to Kara. Though he had to confess, it was somewhat amusing, then in his case somewhat sad. Despite that, a grin came across his lips, as Roy noted the lion he was referring to was somewhat of a hugger. A friendly lion as you will. Was that not Roy? Playfully Roy pinned the idea towards Kara. If more convincing was needed. He wasn’t short from demonstrating either.
As more food arrived. The table was finely stocked to fill their stomachs. Maybe more than once, but alas. Despite Roy’s rumbling belly. He had just mindfully picked at the food. Certainly hadn’t been exactly mindful what he was actually eating. A little salad here. A little rice there. Soup. Sushi. Varies kinds. He wasn’t entirely sure what he was tasting, though that could be half down from practically burning his mouth earlier… Or, he was highly distracted. Lost in her seas of blue, it wasn’t hard and Roy was happier for it. Deep in conversation. Roy was use to yapping his mouth off, but he was entirely absorbing this all. Whilst totally flowing in to the next part of the conversation, forgetting the time. Roy was adamant it had just stood still. Really, nothing could feel this perfect… Of course, leave it to Kara to bring him back to reality. a half smile smirked across his face… As his eyes dropped, recalling they were in the midst of dinner. Sushi to be exact.
”Hmmm, I must have forgot… Thanks, for reminding me."
Suppose, he could have played more at words, but Roy kept it simple. Playful, but frankly quite truthfully. Before flashing a cheeky look as he played a thanks. His fingers picking up two pieces of sushi and shoved them in his mouth. Definitely not a fine gentleman moment. Especially not as he added a third whilst still much of his mouth of filled… Rice. Seaweed… Fish.. Ginger… A lot of ginger. Roy half coughed with his mouthful, struggling, but he eventually got it down. Found air. As he found his drink. He made the natural refreshing sound. Whilst feeling his stomach a little more filled… It seemed just at that time. Dessert had arrived.
”Its all really about getting to the dessert… Fried ice cream, as a friend often puts it. Is da bomb! Well, besides given that one time. It actually was…"
Roy’s voice certainly played up the delight, not entirely in expressing his inner child. Like he hadn’t shown that already, nor proved he wasn't entirely like most kids growing up, but yeah. Despite being playful, Roy totally couldn’t knock ice cream, particularly fried. Even with his half assed attempt at his Stone voice. Recalling… That one time… Roy couldn’t help cracking up laughing… Tapped his ice cream with a spoon. Ooh. As it opened up. It was definitely good. Roy happily took a bite. His eyes stretched out to Kara, the comfortable level was certainly up there. Whatever stood between them. Whatever differences. They were hardly a focal point. She was for now at least. Just Kara and not in anyway that was just ordinary. If she was, she was ordinarily perfect from where Roy sat. Bless her, she was still here and putting up with his occasional mood swings.

"I'd see you in more of a kilt if anything," Kara laughed. "Lets be honest, I'm not exactly the type of girl you find as the damsel in destress."
This conversation was getting rather assuming. That was one of the reasons Kara liked being around Roy. At least he could laugh at himself as quick as he could get annoyed at his own mistakes. It was refreshing to be around someone who tried to be so light hearted. Kind of like how Clark is at times when he wants all business as Superman. He was the one who treated her with kid gloves, and she quite frankly hated it.
"Clawed your way into his life. That's an interesting chose of words. I'd image someone of your skill just showing him up in an archery competition," she replied.
"You are. And yes, we should look that up when we get the chance. Maybe on a break back at the bunker," she said.
Kara smiled at him as he remember he still had food in front of him. They kind of got lost in their conversation for some time now. That was the thing with him, there weren't too many dull moments with Roy around. If it wasn't one thing, it was another. And even when he was serious and concentrated, Kara was quite attracted to him.
"Sounds like something Gar would say," she recalled times of running into Beast Boy. Kory had mentioned him quite a bit as well. As a matter of fact, Kara had at time joined up with the Titans here and there seeing as Superboy was apart of the team as well.
