While one might find it difficult to sleep with a madman attempting to destroy your entire family, our young heiress was sleeping soundly in her bed along with the rest of the Hill family in their proper bedrooms. Security patrolled both the perimeter of the building as well as the inside. If that were not enough, the incredibly pricey security system that the Mayor had installed around his manor would be enough to detect the slightest bit of activity. Despite her dear father’s wishes, the young blonde insisted on sleeping with her window open so that the summer breeze and pleasant sounds of the suburbs could rock her to sleep. Sprawled out on her king-sized bed with the sheets and covers going in various different directions, the sleeping beauty stirred in her sleep this particular evening. While she was usually a sound sleeper, she found herself constantly awoken with disturbing dreams that were so vivid the seemed much too real to be in her head. Once she would wake up, Piper would take a few moments to gather her surroundings, calm herself and take a sip of water before drifting back off into another round of troubled sleep. As the young blonde stirred, both muttering and moaning in her sleep, she was oblivious as to what was taking place around the rest of the manor. Though she heard no distinct sounds to awaken her for her sleep, she once more left her sleeping state, sitting up in her head once more with a painful gasp. These nightmares were practically haunting her, making sleep difficult. She glanced at the clock next to her, noticing that it was extremely late. She ran her hands through her slightly disheveled blonde hair as her heart rate slowly began to go to normal. Pushing what was left of the covers off of her, she got out of bed and quietly opened her door, knowing that even the slightest noise might alert the numerous body guards that her father had hired –some of them even consisting of Gotham’s finest. While she wore even less to the clubs, the young blonde didn’t want to encounter any of them in such an exposed state, and she tried to silence her footsteps as she started toward the kitchen for a glass of water. During her passing, she started past her father’s office and noted a crack in the door. Perplexed as to what he was doing awake, she pushed open the door, the only source of light being the moonlight that bathed through the many windows and exposed the room before her. piper is wearing: this!

There had been rumors about the mayor. And while she had been quite friendly with Piper as of late, there were some actions that took a bit more finessing than she could do during the day-lit hours. So once night had fallen and the sun set, she had made her move. And as sad as it was, it seemed that Mayor Hill had not taken her up on her suggestions for securing his home better.
Despite the guards patrolling he had not upgraded any of his surveillance equipment. And while the grounds were large, several of the bulbs on the motion-sensing floodlights had burned out. Poor form, good sir. Poor form. So while she had no intentions of dealing monetary damage to the politician, she did have a certain hankering for information.
Considering how often she had been to the residence, she made quick work of the grounds as she skirted guards, sad security measures and broken floodlights and found not only an unsecured door, but an unlocked window. Shaking her head as her leather glad figure slipped through the window she sighed lightly and flicked on the goggles so she could meander with a good line of sight.
It wasn't long before she had found his study, another door that was surprisingly locked, but quick to unlock. Sitting down at his desk she had plainly ignored the safe behind a painting, and gone for one of the once-locked drawers as she started flipping through bits of paper and stacks of disheveled errata.
So engrossed in a certain correspondence, Catwoman had only heard the footfall at the worst possible moment; the last, and gasped lightly, looking up at the scantily clad blonde as she froze, willing herself to blend with the night shadows. As much as she wished she could blend away, there was a large difference in rooftops and the dark paneled office of the Mayor. There was only so much that the curved woman clad in black cat-themed leather could do.

Piper folded her arms across her ample chest as if to devise a bit of modesty around her father. The house was kept so cold that she had already regretted leaving one of her many robes in her recently decorated room. Pursing her lips as if that might prevent her white teeth from chattering, she hoped her father had not fallen asleep in his chair again. The man was notorious for falling asleep in front of the fire place in his study with a half-empty bottle of expensive scotch in is lap. However, there was no loud snoring as she approached the door, though Piper was not nearly as keen enough to notice. In fact, she found herself caught off-guard much more than the woman seated at the desk before her. A scream flew from her large lips as she backed into the office door that had shut quietly behind her. Needless to say, the blonde began to panic as she searched frantically for the door knob, not bothering to turn around and simple fumbled blindly for it in the limited light. Despite her anxiety, she did recognize the woman before her. Despite the limited amount of skin, the cat theme and leather quickly gave it away. Catwoman’s origins were unknown to the blonde, all Piper knew about the woman was her thieving ways, concealed claws and the fact that she made one sexy Halloween costume. A stream of curse words flew from the young heiresses lips. When she finally struggled for words, she found herself tongue tied. Her voice was shrill and full of obvious surprise. “What- why..are you going to rob us?..I…Daddy!” Was it bad that she was primarily concerned with saving her endless collections of designer clothes over all else? Regardless of how loud she was, the room was practically sound proof. In fact, a majority of the home was via the mayors wishes. The excessive security was aware of this factor, which was one reason they were forced to monitor the area at all times, regardless of how late at night it was. Still, no one was running to cater to the princess’s screams…yet. At the same time, despite the mysterious woman before her, Piper wasn’t willing to sit down for a chat. Still pressed against the door she finally forced through the shock and whirled around to rip the door open. piper is wearing: this!

Shit. That's all that came to mind once the blonde screamed. But fate seemed to be in her favor tonight as the door clicked shut after such a shrill sound. But considering the Mayor was snoring several floors up, she could only hope that the scream of his daughter would go unheard. Or at least she'd have a minute or two to spare before the 'guards' started moving. She just wasn't impressed so far with the security set up here.
So when Piper didn't automatically recognize her, the anxious look clearly painted across her pretty features, Selina took the brief span of time to fold and slip the papers away. If she had limited time, she wanted to make sure she got what she needed. Otherwise the whole endeavor would be wasted.
"Wait. Piper." Yes, the Catwoman was aware of who the blonde woman was." In the blink of an eye she moved from the chair to grab the girl's arm. She wasn't going to get out of this that easily. And coupled with the fact Selina was quite aware of the blonde's adoration and near obsession with the masked, cat-themed thief, she was going to use that to her advantage.
If she would be able to stop Piper, she'd shift to draw her close, a claw out and pushing away a tendril of stray her. The woman she was did have to take in the nearly sheer, skimpy bedclothes. Not bad in taste, even, as she committed the style to mind for a scheduled shopping trip.

The office was sound proof. A lovely addition Mayor Hill decided to finance when he was having other relations behind his wives back. It didn’t occur to Piper that no matter how loud she screamed in that particular room, she wouldn’t go heard. Her tantrum came to a halt when the mysterious woman said her name. Eyes growing wide with sheer terror, another squeal fell from her lips. “How the hell do you know my name?” The blonde asked stupidly, but her anxiety and shock had clearly gotten the best of her. Practically all of Gotham knew her name – it was only every other day that she was being arrested for a DUI and causing some kind of scene. She could be recognized from a yard away with those big, baby-blue eyes and blonde curls, it shouldn’t have been a surprise to her that this person knew who she was. The woman grabbed her arm, and Piper instantly attempted to pull away. “Let go of me!” She practically whined another loud cry for her dearest daddy following closely. Her eyes had not yet adjusted to the dark, and the person continued to remain nothing more than a shadow. By her figure and voice Piper could tell it was a woman – in fact, the voice was almost familiar in a way though she was far too busy panicking to actually put her finger on it. Her series of shrieks came to a stop and she stopped trying to pull away. Within an instant her slender frame was pressed against the strangers. Even in the limited light she could see what appeared to be some kind of talon of sorts emerged at the woman’s fingertip. Piper began to squirm once more. “Oh my god. Oh my god. Please don’t kill me.” She squealed in a very girlish voice. It was surprising that the young blonde didn’t recognize the woman yet, but then again Piper Hill wasn’t exactly known for her smarts. Little did she know that the rouge she practically idolized was the only who stood only inches away from her. With that knowledge in mind she certainly might have acted a little differently to the closeness. However, in her closed mind there was simply an intruder before her and an unfamiliar experience for the young blonde. ”W-Who are you and what do you want?” She asked nervously, belting one last cry for her father. piper is wearing: this!

Selina blinked. She wasn't this stupid. Selina knew she wasn't this stupid. But holy crap. She'd chalk it up to surprise. And the screaming. She'd have to stop, and soon. Shaking her head a bit, green eyes narrowed at the girl. "You're in the papers nearly every other day. Get your shit together." She snarled, coming closer to Piper as she pulled her arm away. It didn't help that her own silhouette was bathed in darkness. Black leather on shadow was a look she did adore.
But for as much as Piper had gushed to Selina before about being enamored with Catwoman, the small cues didn't seem to register. And from how wide those baby blues were, it didn't seem she was intoxicated with drugs or alcohol. So why wasn't it clicking?
She was close enough that the next set of squeals had her moving automatically. "I don't kill. And I know you're a huge fan of mine. So stop screaming, Ms. Hill," She'd purr to the girl, her lips close enough to the blonde's ear she'd be able to hear each word near-perfectly intonated. Clicking a small penlight, it gave off enough to illuminate the two of them. And just how close they were. Black leather, black boots, black hair; curled. Black eyelined eyes, and dark red lips. Cat themed. Blonde hair, blue eyes, long legs, and little else save for that robe.
"Does that answer your question? And I want you to stop screaming. I've found what I want, despite your little interruption." She had barely been able to get out those words when another nerve-splitting scream let loose, piercing her ears as she closed her eyes tightly. Reaching around the girl, Catwoman grabbed a fistful of the blonde's hair, and pulled back slightly. "No. More. Screaming." It was not a request.

“Daddy!” She screeched, only to recall the soundproof room that she was currently in. The blonde curled her hands into fists, prepared to pound on the oak door and alert the household of the events taking place in the office. If Piper actually had a bit of common sense, she might have surpassed such a stupid question, though the woman was quick to snap back at her, obviously annoyed by the volume of her screams. Still, she didn’t realize that the woman before her was the one she had idolized. Then again, the version of Catwoman that Piper had always pictured in her head was barely clothed and on top of her. Very few had captured the vigilante on film and the young heiress had yet to see an actual picture of her in the flesh. The connections were not clicking, but her squeals were silenced as the woman moved closer to her. “F-fan?” Piper repeated. “What the hell are you talking about you are nothing more than a thi-“ Oh… it had finally clicked. She wasn’t just a mere thief, she was a cat burglar. Mouth open and eyes wide, she looked the woman up and down. So she wasn’t the half-naked, barely clothed version that she had hoped for, but still cloaked in mystery and sexiness. Piper’s mind instantly raced toward the gutter, though it didn’t seem like her encounter with the infamous Catwoman resembled the one from her dreams. Still, there was always hope. Though she was a bit starstruck, she attempted to snap out of it, pinned between what could only be described at her long-time obsession and the door to her father’s office. She was speechless, though the squeals seemed to continue until the woman before her move with impressive speed. Before she knew what had happened, Catwoman had seized a large handful of the blonde’s hair, forcing her head back. Piper cringed slightly, her heart rate escalating significantly. The young blonde had a very complicated relationship with pain, in fact, it took a great deal to harm her and instead it provided a very different reaction. Still, Catwoman got her way, and Piper halted her screeches. Still, she wanted to inform the woman that she hadn’t gotten the best of her and possibly get a bit of a reaction out of her. “And what if I don’t? Are you going to whip me?” The blonde replied, sounding more like a smart-ass now than a frightened young woman. She wasn’t going to take this seriously, that was confirmed. “Because I might just like that too much.” Piper moved to meet the woman’s gaze, with a bit of difficulty considering the grip on her blonde locks. “What is it you were looking for?” piper is wearing: this!

Her eyes narrowed as one more screech left the woman's lips. Ouch. As Piper recalled just who she was, the dots finally connecting, Catwoman recoiled. Just a thief? Just? Blinking, she pulled away from the blonde enough to see the curious eyes wandering her form. The suit was meant to encourage that, but it was different from someone she knew outside the skintight leather. Part of her, a teeny, tiny part felt a bit of, well, something at abusing the fact she was aware of Piper's adoration of her persona. But if it would get her out of the house, and to see another day without bars restricting her in some cell, she'd do what she'd have to.
While Piper had finally stopped yelling, it seemed from her nonverbal cues and shift in body language that the grip Selina had on the blonde's hair was having quite a different reaction than she'd anticipated. Glancing down to those large baby blues, Catwoman sighed. Claws worked at her side for a second, and a soft wush of leather on leather sounded, the unfurling of said whip now released.
"Perhaps. It would be only fair to indulge one of my admirer's. And if I do say so myself, you're much better looking than most of them." Adjusting her grip on the handful of hair, Catwoman looked her over once more, her other hand occupied with her weapon of choice. Rotating her wrist there was a soft sound, before the whip cracked suddenly beside them, as if to punctuate that she was not joking.
"Mmmm. How many lashes does the Mayor's daughter want, weighed against how many she deserves?" Came the low, purring tease. This was a game she knew quite well. Allowing Piper to shift her head to look her in the eyes, she shifted the whip to gently caress her with it. "Now, don't worry that pretty little head of yours with such a trivial question, now." Clicking her tongue, Catwoman ran her clawed, gloved thumb over Ms. Hill's jaw, the metal brushing her lower lip as the distance between the two women closed once again.
