Dee wore an outrageous fur coat with knee high boots that clicked and slipped in the snow on the sidewalk. On her head, she wore a giant fur hat that looked like it could have been taken from Russia. There was no point for winter and all of this nonsense with snowmen and snow angels. Yuck. Cold sticky yuckness, and breaking a nail because you have to keep grabbing onto to things to prevent yourself from falling.
Her boot slipped in the snow, and she awkwardly balanced herself out, cursing nonsense as she chewed on a stick of flavored gum.
She should do what the birds do. Fly down south and wear a hot bikini with men in speedos. Latino men in speedos. Yummy. Actually, now she felt like Mexican food. Would Nina be down for Mexican? Who is she kidding, Nina would probably be off with her BOYfriend again. She rolled her eyes, she basically was living alone at this point. Her eyes glanced at the windows as she passed them, her eyes falling to a couple in the coffee shop, sipping something hot. She needs something HOT.
“Wait a second….” She muttered, recognizing that brunette anywhere. She did a back step and slipped into the coffee house. She walked right over to the unknown stranger man and little miss kitty.
She pulled up a seat and sat down, still chomping loudly on her gum. “Hiya, kitty,” she grinned, knowing it might annoy her. “I see ya got a new boy toy,” she glanced at the man, giving him a wink.
The man seemed confused and flustered. Dee leaned over to him, her finger trailing along his shoulder as she whispered. “This ones dangerous,” she nodded at Selina, “Real heartbreaker.” She smiled and brought her lips to his ear, “Why don’t you try something else that has a real explosion.” The man flushed and adjusted himself.
“Miss Kyle, you’re obviously preoccupied. I will reach out to you later about the business proposals,” the man said quickly, before standing and grabbing his coat. “Good day.”
Dee pouted out her bottom lip. “Bye puppy!” She then turned her eyes back to Selina, her face scrunched up as if she had smelled something bad. “Not worth my time anyways.”
She twirled her hair around her finger. “So what’s this I hear about you sleeping with Eddie?”

Selina had been going over schematics with Alec when ..some fur monstrosity came over and started groping him, 'whispering' loud enough for her to hear. With a quick roll of her eyes she shook her head at Dee, covered head-to-toe in fur, and...wearing ridiculous boots. Who wore that sort of shit in this weather?
Only her. Only her.
"We'll finish this later, Alec." She said, trying to keep a straight face. At least she had been with someone who mattered, but wouldn't be shocked by this.
Watching Eddie's henchwoman carry on, she had to laugh at her words. "Well, shit. I know for certain he didn't tell you that himself, so where did you hear it from, Dee? And nice get-up. You must be cold." She pushed the warm mug of cocoa toward the blonde. "Decent hot chocolate. Why don't you warm me up, and fill me in on the latest in the rumor mill. I'm surprised Mr. Nigma hasn't come to chat with me himself, you know."
If Dee was trying to be 'catty,' she could continue to try. It was nice to not have to mince words with someone.

She eyes the hot chocolate like it was just handed over by someone suffering of the plague. “No need to share your disease, sweetie,” she held out her manicure hand, as if to say get that shit away from me.
The gum smacked in her mouth as her eyes fully rolled as the little miss princess spoke. She never liked her. This holy then thought attitude, acting like she was the shit, just cause Eddie gave her some flirtatious comments. Eddie flirted with everyone. She was nothin’ special. But here she was, offering her hot chocolate like she was some broke homeless bag woman on the street. Nah uh. Dee had her shit together. She made bank and had nice things. One of her little bombs could just BOOM any one of this cat’s security systems.
No, Dee wasn’t fake. She wasn’t going to pretend to be this woman’s friend. Go shopping. Chat. Do each other’s make up! HELL no! She had Nina for that, and on some occasions Harl’s when she wasn’t glued at Clown boy’s hip. She definitely wasn’t going to reach out to some prestigious dominatrix.
“Oh kitty, I might be pretty, but that doesn’t make me stupid,” she remarked callously, as her eyes judgingly looked at her.
“Eddie already told me about the little date or rendezvous!” she said in a terrible French accent, “He didn’t tell me about the sex, but the bounce in his step and the fact that you’re a manipulative whore was simple enough for me to figure out.”
She rolled her eyes again, before glancing at her nails. She definitely needed another manicure. “Normally, I wouldn’t care who you decide to spread your legs too, but you decided to choose him, so we need to have a little chat ourselves,” she remarked.
To the bystanders, it might appear that Dee was jealous. But this wasn’t about jealousy. Dee never wanted to end up with Eddie. She didn’t like him that way. Too thin, and constantly muttering nonsense. But Dee, did love Eddie. She loved him so much because he had helped her. He had helped her out of a terrible life, and she wouldn’t let some catty bitch who could never appreciate him break his heart.

"I would have thought you were already used to it, considering you do his bidding like a slave!" Selina purred, clearly enjoying the woman's lackluster 'insults.' Eddie certainly did have a keen eye for women. For quality women? Well, that was something she may have to talk to him about.
"I never said you were stupid, Dee. Your boots and coat are fantastic, though. I can't fault you for having good taste in fashion." She ventured, eyeing the monstrosity she was covered in. It wouldn't be bad for a night out, but coupled with...everything the girl was wearing, it was a bit over the top. And those nails. Wow. She must look like royalty to someone. Maybe on the Jersey shore. But at least she did have drive. That much she could admit to.
A coy smile on her lips as Dee babbled on made her sit back in her chair, and sip at her drink. Oh, now Eddie was being this vocal about it, or Dee was...just assuming. "Well. We did have a glorious day. Went to the museum. We are close you know. But that close? I didn't think he was the sort to kiss and tell. Or fuck and brag, you know. Are you sure the little bounce in his step wasn't the fact he probably got a bit of information on how to fuck over Batman? What about that?" And it was true. After that night had..concluded, she had the nagging feeling that she was just a pawn in something he was up to.
"But do go on. I'm ever curious to hear what you have to say. Please enlighten me, Deidre." The woman was absolutely sure Selina had done something to her dear Eddie, and was wanting her to get it through her pretty little head that it wasn't ok. So she'd humor the girl. Even if she was turning a hundred shades of Harley.

Her eyes went dark with hatred when she called her some slave. She wasn’t black. This chica needed to get her attitude in check or she be facin more than some Jersey Shore shit. She never understood why Eddie put up with her in any fashion. She spewed bull shit like a cow on the great plains. It didn’t matter how she tried to dress up her words with fancy vocabulary, it still was a bunch of bull. Even the way she complimented her awesome fashion sense, she caught the way her eyes condescended her.
She went one to explain the “date,” but the fact that the girl wasn’t given her a straight answer was an answer in herself. Eddie had taught her that. Read between the words. She’d gotten fairly good at it. Not as good as her explosions, but she could keep up with the manipulative people.
“You are a condescending, bitch,” she grabbed Selina’s hair and ripped her out of her seat. “Let’s take this outside and settle this like real women.” She yanked her hair hard and started pulling her to the door.

Now Dee wasn't playing fair. Not that she expected her to. She was Eddie's girl. At least there was a faint spark when Selina not so straight up insulted her. But she hadn't expected the fake nails to rake her scalp as she was tugged out of her seat, her drink spilling on the floor. But the fur covered blonde only got so far. Three steps, maybe, in those heels before Selina's hands went to her scalp, one resting on her head, the other pressing her thumb into Dee's wrist. Pressure points were a glorious thing. Kicking out the girl's legs from beneath her with a swift kick, Selina knew she'd go down, and hard. But she'd be on top.
Which is just how she liked it. "Now, Diedre, sweet child," she said, sickly sweet. "You want to end this right here, or continue? Because if we continue, I know where you will be headed, honey." The snark was out in full force.
