Black Mask nodded in response to her answer about her new plant. "If you ever want me to get you a certain plant then just contact me the same way I contacted you." He said with a smile.
He knew that he had just gotten a valuable 'ally' Though he didn't trust her one bit. He simply saw her as someone to go to for some exotic poisons. Or when he wanted someone to put on a distraction to help with a plan he had. But that didn't matter at the moment. As soon as he was gone he would go right back to planning his return to Gotham.
He smiled at her comment about the Lounge. "Terrible company you must have at you office." He said with a grin. "I look forward to being able to put your poisons into action." He said then he waited to see whether or not there was anything more to be said. Otherwise it would be time for him to return to his own office.

Poison Ivy smiles at that offer. She's not one to avoid getting her nails a bit dirty, but she's also shying away from anything high risk at the moment. Perhaps Black Mask would be a good resource for if there's a plant that she wants which she'd rather buy from him than go get herself. True, she could also probably ask Oswald, but in her experience the more connections that one makes, the better. That way she has a backup in case one is unable to do what she wants.
But does she trust him? No. At best, she doesn't expect him to shoot her in the back when she leaves right now. And she shouldn't be trusted either - another advantage to having many connections is that you can 'disconnect' some of them with no harm done to yourself if you decide that you don't want them. At best she can be trusted to keep her word - assuming that you have the same idea that she did about what the exact details of her word were.
She smirks at his comment about the company at her 'office'. "You know what they say: keep your friends close and your enemies closer," she replies with a smug grin, "And if you keep giving me little beauties like this one, you'll be up to your armpits in my poison." She laughs a little before adding, "It was a pleasure meeting you, Black Mask." And she can actually be sincere about that, if only because she's come away from this meeting with a beautiful plant she can't identify - so many things to learn about it, and so little time. She turns to go back to her car, eager to get started.

Black Mask thought that this woman was going to be useful. He knew that she was dangerous...... He didn't know much about her, which made her all that much more dangerous.
Also the fact that she was so good looking made her rather dangerous as well........ He pushed those thoughts from his mind for now. He had his guns ready so if she attacked he was ready.
He nodded at her comment and tapped his forehead. "Your right. Your smart and beautiful." He said grinning. "And I'll look for anymore plants that you might not know or have." He added. "And it was a pleasure meeting you Ms. Ivy... If I may call you that." He said clasping his hands together looking at her without any signs of hostility.

Poison Ivy smirks at his compliment, though if he's trying to flatter her he'll have to try just a bit harder. "Smart, beautiful, and deadly," she replies. There once was a time when that third aspect of her that proved she had it all was money, but since she became a criminal she's found that money is easy to come by, easily spent, and practically meaningless whether it's coming or going. She measures herself by a different standard now.
To the rest of what Black Mask says she simply gives a polite nod. She may now be one of the most dangerous criminals in Gotham, but that doesn't mean that she's forgotten how to be proper. At least, not when she's in a good mood like she is at the moment. And because of that, causing any harm to Black Mask is the furthest thing from her mind at the moment, even if she's always prepared to change her mind about that in an instant if she feels so inclined. But this time she walks away without further ceremony, her mind more on science than violence.
