The phone rings and suddenly it is indeed answered…
“Hi, this is Bruce!” Pause. “…Excuse me while I interrupt your conversation with my voicemail, but I’m not available right now - haha! Leave a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP. Ciao!”
His voice sounded so light hearted, carefree, and dripping in self-absorbed candor. Was it truly a surprise the billionaire playboy wasn’t available upon first call on his personal cell phone?

Yes. She was calling Bruce Wayne, and right now. Sadly, it went to voicemail, to which she let linger a bit, enough to log a message, before she hung up. Pointing a finger at Nina, she shrugged. "Well, he's busy. He's usually busy. But whatever." Finishing more of her water, she set that glass down, waving over a waiter. "Well. I have things to get done later tonight. Maybe we can meet up again, soon?" Using a card, the waiter returned again soon enough, and Selina signed for the bill.
If she had been home, she'd have caught the 3 minute warning from Batman. In the interim, Selina attempted to stand, almost falling flat on her face until the room stopped spinning a bit. "I should get back to my hotel." It was a feeling she had. Something she couldn't exactly pinpoint, but had to do.

Nina waits in silence as Selina makes her phone call, somewhat amused. She isn't surprised though when the man turns out to be busy. "Well, it's pretty early in the morning in Gotham right now..." she comments, glancing at her watch. It's just after six in the evening here, so it would be just after six in the morning in Gotham. And if she had to hazard a guess, she'd suspect that the man sleeps in.
She finds herself somewhat saddened when Selina starts making comments about going. Then again, it's still early enough that she has a fair shot of beating Edward home and not making him worry about where she's gone off to. But this was a nice diversion from what has become a tedious series of days for her. "I think I'd like that," she replies with a smile. Well, as long as Selina doesn't drink like this every time anyway. But the woman is having a bad day, so she doesn't mind it much this time.
Collecting her crutches, she's a bit slow in getting up, but hurries when she sees that Selina having trouble for an entirely different reason. "Wait, let me help!" she insists, quickly shifting her crutches around so that they're both under one arm. She only barely needs them, really, so it isn't much trouble. "Here, I'll help you to a cab, alright?" she says as she offers her other arm. Perhaps between the two of them they can both walk with some stability.
