Literally at the heart of the city, the buildings here include Gotham City Hall, Gotham Courthouse, the Gotham Public Library, and other government owned facilities. Though the design of each is slightly different, they're brick on the outside with white pillars in the front. On the inside the decor is dependent on the purpose of each building, but it's based on mahogany and beige colored accents in the areas that are meant to impress and blank white walls in the areas that are meant to oppress.

Located on the northern end of Gotham Central, Robinson Park is a haven for those who wish to have a nice day out in as close to 'nature' as Gotham can offer. Most of the park is filled with open fields, some parts with floral gardens and others with various shrub gardens and whatnot. All parts of the park can be navigated by way of the sidewalks. Many people bring out their canine companions as well. Nearly all parts of the day from sunrise to sunset, the park is at least populated.

This district is the area of central Gotham between the bridges to the north and east, and has become a very attractive area for a wide variety food and entertainment venues as both tourists and locals of all walks of life are likely to pass through here - the most expensive clustered to the north, the least expensive clustered to the east, and the rest fills out the middle. Whether you're in the market for a front row seat at that musical that everyone's been talking about, or just want a cheap drink at some no-name bar, you can probably find it here.

Central Gotham
The epicenter of Gotham City. This is the place for city officials to hold important meetings behind closed doors, and also to showcase their deliberations in front of various media outlets. Journalists of the newspaper, of both Gotham City's own news stations and outside cities' news stations, are found here on nearly a daily basis. It's a large piece of land, but hardly any of it is really open to the elements. Nearly the entirety is boarded up by the glass and brick skyskrapers that give the city it's closed up, gothic feel.
